I had the most wonderful experience at the pharmacy this afternoon. I went in for a flu shot. The pharmacy manager, Harine noticed that I was over 50 years old and had not had my pneumonia shot yet. I killed two birds at one stone and got both shots with such care and efficiency. She's the pharmacy manager in Matthews North Carolina and it's a well oiled machine. She multitasks, fills prescriptions looks out for her Customer's best interests, and I'm so proud to be a Publix customer for Life. She is the best pharmacy manager, and I trust her completely. read more

The drive thru staff at the pharmacy are just plain rude and have no sense of urgency! I went for a covid PCR APPOINTMENT (paperwork completed on line) and arrived on time. This test shouldn't take more then 5 minutes and it took over 20 minutes, in the drive thru!!! To top it off, the results weren't able to be read! The pharm tech gave no instructions and there weren't any shown on the packaging as to how to actually perform the test. I did what I thought based on doing a home test, but obviously SOMETHING went wrong . This staff badly needs customer service training! I feel for the car behind me in the drive thru lane! read more

After 10+ years, I've finally had enough. This location is consistently understaffed. Drive-through pharmacy is no longer an option. The majority of the staff that is there are unfriendly and downright rude. Prescriptions are never ready when promised. One pharmacy employee actually asked me on the phone "do you really need your prescription now?" I've been a loyal customer but it's time to move on. read more

The female pharmacist at the Siski location was very rude to me on the phone. She did not give me her full attention and made me repeat myself several times even though I have laryngitis. Furthermore they did not contact me in a prescription was not covered by my insurance. It was eight dollars I can handle eight dollars! She needs a lesson in Customer service read more

The drive thru is useless. I waited 12 minutes watching the 2 employees that I could see in the pharmacy just talking to each other. They never acknowledge my presence even though both looked right at me and just kept talking. If you can't staff the drive through it should be closed. read more

NINE DAYS after surgery and you're now texting me telling me my pain killers are ready. Aside from the irresponsibility of those that spend time in the pharmacy and the complete lack of concern for the welfare of their customers they cause the rest of the store to be reflected in a very negative way. My prescriptions are often ready for pick up a month or more before I need them and the repetitive incessant text messages. If you are having similar problems do what I did and have Publix handle your prescription needs. They are far more professional and a pleasure to deal with. Not like the motley crew at this business failure. Management needs to step up and handle their employees and their poisonous attitude. I will not be back! read more

The attitude at this pharmacy is horrible. Not to mention that several times I have been given only 1 out of the 3 prescription that I have paid for as my insurance makes me get 90 day refills. And today I came back because the inhaler I bought from this same pharmacy is not working and the pharmacist kindly said she would fix it. But the lady at the drive through (her name is Delesia) acted like they are doing me a huge favor (to fix the thing I have paid for mind you) and had me come back 15 min later. When it was still not ready - she got an attitude with me that the pharmacist is busy and she can't just drop everything to help me. I never said she needed to drop everything but when I'm quoted 15 min and I come back 15 min later - I expect to be treated with some respect. And this is not the first time I've had an issue with this same person. She is consistently rude. The saving grace is that the pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. read more

One star is not low enough for this store. I have been to this pharmacy at least 6 times over the last several weeks. Every single visit, I encountered the rudest employes' I have ever come across. It's not even the same employee every time. All 6 times were different people. They were impatient, condescending, not helpful and 2/6 times I left in tears. They are often under staffed (drive through been closed multiple times and when you go inside, the line is long). One older gentleman, who barely spoke English, held up the line for 10 min arguing with me about a prescription that had already been paid for and was accusing me of not paying for it. He finally grabbed someone who spoke English, she grabbed my prescription, which said "paid for", handed it to me and walked away. I will no longer use this pharmacy and will go to Harris teeter or Publix. With all of the awful reviews, maybe someone higher up will make changes. read more

Rude, rude, rude! The pharmacist is very nice, but the rest of the staff are unbelievably rude, inefficient and incompetent.

I have had issues with this pharmacy on 3 separate occasions. From telling me my prescription was filled only to find out it wasn't, then told it was filled again.. and it wasn't (this went on for almost 2 weeks) to finding out they didn't have it in stock and it was severely back ordered to them calling me names under their breath (today) because I asked why I was signing a form that agreed to picking up medication that I wasn't picking up. She did not try to explain why she was having me sign for something that I was not picking up, just started muttering about how stupid I was and telling me I HAD to sign it. Wow is all I have to say. Is that even legal to have someone sign for something they aren't picking up?? Horrible rude customer service. Definitely switching pharmacies... they are beyond out of control at this point. read more

I have vist this location on server all occasions an there customer service is very bad in the pharmacy area especially Tommy, Alexia, Spencer an ever some of the staff not all but they don't care about customers at all! I have even had them to change me an my kids prescriptions that the doctors sent over an lost some as well an when you call corporate you don't hear nothing back from them until you write in to Raleigh about the issue. So unmanaged an need to be investigated soon. read more
