They have it noted on my record, and there is a black label on receipts, however, REPEATEDLY, I get home and I cannot open the drug bottle! When I asked about this continued failure, the pharmacist just says, "It was a mistake." I am concerned that If they can't follow a simple directive, they will give me the wrong medication! Today, again, I drove all the way back to the pharmacy to get an EASY-OFF CAP !!! The tech who waited on me kept running his hands thru his somewhat DIRTY LONG HAIR, and not sanitizing his hands before waiting on me. I wanted to say, "I'd take the cap off myself, but I am unable to do this!! Very dirty habit when handling people's drugs! What is wrong with the North Canton #46 Pharmacy??!!

Today when I went to pick up my meds, one of my prescriptions was new. When I informed the girl at…read morethe counter that I wanted to refer back to my physicians instructions against what she was telling me as I wanted to double check the dosage and ensure I was going to take it at the right time, she acted rude and put out. Plus, the info she provided regarding the medication was incorrect. I know this because I had just saw my specialist and had the instructions in writing. And, they seriously need training on customer service. You would think they would have more compassion and empathy working in a pharmacy.

Ordered 4 tires from Walmart. They called this morn saying my tires were in. I said good, let's…read moremake an appointment. She took all the info and said i could come in at 6:00 pm. I showed up and they said they had no record of anyone getting 4 tires, and couldn't find my size. Then they said, "we found them"and we're going to put them on. About a half hour later, they came out and said We don't have all 4 tires, we only have 3. You can order another one and come back later. I told them I didn't think so, made them put the wheels back on and came home. Walmart sucks.
