Just made a trip to cvs pharmacy to get a prescription. Arrived at 705 pm. Websight says open till 8 pm tonight. They are not. Yesterday i set in the drive thru for ten minutes and the cars never moved. Pulled out if line and went inside to a line if 3 people. Spent another ten minutes. The drive thru closes for lunch everyday. Sure seems poorly managed, not to mention prescription mistakes we gave had in the past, like wrong pill count, filling auto fill scripts early to mention just a couple. The reviews of this pharmacy are very old and outdated. If you go there now you will find a good and helpful staff that looks out for your needs and best interests. They're very kind and helpful. Make suggestions and offer smiles and friendly demeanors. Don't hesitate to visit. I've been going here for about two years and while they aren't perfect, they do a fine job. read more

Don't waste your time with this pharmacy! 3 months in a row, can't seem to fill my order. This time though, the help at the window, just wants me to drive on through.... She apparently didn't think it was her job to answer my questions, of why I called the automated line the day before and was told it would be ready by 11, it's 5:30pm. And You have nothing for me again? At one point she's tells me there's not enough to fill my order, she's rolling her eyes at me, she's pissed that she's having to ask someone else in the pharmacy my questions. Then all of a sudden they'll have it ready in an hour. Smh I can come back and get in the line again. hmmm thought you didn't even have enough to fill my order ?!! I've been here a few times; it's a bit out of my way, and even if you're in town it seems to be in an odd location. It's a pretty typical CVS: pharmacy, lots of health and beauty stuff, a fair amount of food and household stuff. Service has always been good. Yesterday I couldn't find something, and the lady helped me find it, in an odd location. They usually have a store brand which is cheaper (although overall, I'd say they're slightly more expensive than the grocery, etc.) read more

This location has professional staff. I know they are thorough in ensuring my prescriptions are correct. The Minute Clinic staff have always helped my family and provided us with great care if we could not get into our primary care provider. The front store of this CVS pharmacy provides a great selection for most products in health and beauty. I have never had a poor experience in the six years I have lived in Marysville. Awful, awful place. In fact, the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. The people who work here are rude, apathetic and there is ALWAYS a problem with your prescription. I was harassed by their robo-call for a week saying my prescription was ready, went in finally to pick it up and they said they hadn't filled it yet and I'd have to come back in "an hour or two". Every single time I've gone to this place there is always a problem and I never leave happy. For example, the next time I went in and gave them a special card for a drug I needed to get a discounted price, the woman took my card and said it'd take an hour to fill and I told her I would come back the next day. I asked for my card back and she said they needed to hold on to it. When I came back they said they had lost my card. After waiting for over 30 minutes while they did nothing other than look at me as if they'd wish I'd leave while pretending to look for my card, I finally called the drug company and got them to give me my code ID. They then told me it'd take an hour to fill. No apologies, nothing. I was so mad I couldn't even stay there and left. Unfortunately I have no other option as this is the Rx that my insurance company uses. Which is probably the only reason why this store can stay in business, lack of choice for the consumer. Avoid avoid avoid if you absolutely do not have to come here. Go to Krogers or Walmart or hell, any place couldn't be any worse than this sad excuse for a pharmacy. I have three prescriptions I have to pick up today. I'm probably looking at an hour of wasted time and will be lucky to leave with one. God help me... I only wish there was an option to leave zero stars. read more

I was just getting online to check the hours of this location & was surprised to find such harsh reviews. Personally I've never had a bad experience here. At times my insurance won't cover a certain medication but the pharmacy staff have always been helpful to suggest a generic alternative &/or to point me in the direction of where I can find coupons. Unfortunately our healthcare system in America is not the best. This makes things frustrating for customers & pharmacists alike. I do have to say the front desk employees are some of the nicest I've ever met. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen! read more

I just want to say I work at a doctors office and I speak to many different pharmacist through out my day. I was pleasantly surprised this morning on the customer service and warm uplifting greeting I got when I called and spoke to Linda. It truly made a difference in my day. We pulled to the drive through to pick up a prescription and they were so rude and said sorry- we don't have anything called in for you. I said- the ER called it in over an hour ago. She said- no they didn't. I asked if there was a chance they left a message that no one had taken off yet and she said - "well yes". But you need to leave and come back because it will be at least 30-60 minutes once we listen to our messages and I don't know when that will be. We left and tried to call back 3 hours later but after 20 mins on hold (21 actually and I took a pic to prove it) - we hung up. As of now- we still do not have our prescription. Horrible service. You have to wait multiple minutes to finally have a person help you in the drive through. If there is any question about a prescription they will try your doctor once, then wait till you call to check and tell you that you need to contact your doctor ( they apparently only try once). Go to Walgreens. read more

They're crooks. Pharmacy screws things up and tries to brush it under a rug. CVS in general is so expensive as well, even though they advertise the extra care cards and what not. I have been screwed over a number of times there, and refuse to shop there except if I absolutely need something quick (since it's unfortunately so convenient for where I live). read more

The teen-age clerk at the register in the pharmacy knew my daughter.... although not a friend.... rung us out. Got home and the makeup that I purchased for my daughter was not in my bag. (hmmmm... ) o.O It was 'accidentally' left out of my bag (I think she pocketed it). It's a very busy pharmacy, the workers are moody and rude. There's a HORRIBLE wait when you're sick and just want to get home.... It's closest to my home, but I avoid it like the plague!! It's very chaotic there in the pharmacy.... it obviously means that it should be restructured, but no one has a clue. read more

This pharmacy has the worst service, I took a prescription in for my wife only to find out that it is not covered by our insurance. They told me that I needed to call my insurance company , find out what is on formulary, then call the doctor's office to have them call in a new prescription to the pharmacy. When I asked if that is something the pharmacist should do, I was told that they do not do that. Really! I told them I would have the doctor call the prescription into a different pharmacy. read more

I went into the Marysville CVS this morning and bought a few things and had to ask for help and the fo;ks working there were very polite and helped me find what I needed and I certainly will return to this store again and this was the first time I was there. I found it very clean and they had some items I couldnt find elsewhere. read more
