Your help! I went to pick up my roommate, best friend, and she's dying with stage 4 cancer. She received a text her prescription was ready for pickup. I go to pick it up for her and I was told to wait. And they continued with other costumes without any explanation as to why I had to wait. After 15 minutes of being ignored. I walked out. Every time we go to this store there's always something! She's just had 2 surgeries and her stress is already high. Please hire better employees read more

DONT GO HERE! I should've listened to the other terrible reviews they have talking about how bad the customer service is here for the PHARMACY. I tried calling them twice this morning just to see if my prescription was ready, but it just kept ringing both times for about 6 minutes. I had to PHYSICALLY go in store to see if they were busy to which there was NO customers in line and I asked if their phone lines worked and one of the ladies back there said it WAS, and that they are BUSY. I looked around and scoffed because it literally wasn't anybody in there. Save yourself the headache and choose any other pharmacy besides them bc I'm mentally ill and they have no clue what I truly wanted to do from experiencing this on this great Friday morning. Be careful, you never know what people are going through and what they are willing to do to you for playing with their health. If it waS anything else I would've chalked it up but this is my health. CVS Pharmacy - Front entrance of this SHITHOLE - Drugstores Near Me - Marietta, Georgia

This CVS sits on the corner of Bells Ferry and Piedmont Road and is your typical CVS location for the most part. I swung in on a whim as I was in need of allergy meds and planned on getting them at the grocery store near my house, but then I came around the corner and this place popped up...so, I pulled in and headed inside. While I was able to find what I needed, a few of the shelves around the store were in disarray, along with boxes that were on the floor haphazardly.. In addition, I wouldn't say this store was necessarily "clean" either as there was debris and trash throughout the aisles and in the parking lot. Service wise, I did not expect a lot, but I also didn't expect the attitude of the pharmacy staff. I asked could I ring out there as I had only one item that came from the area. Before she even answered, she huffed and puffed, and at that point I just told her forget about it and went up front. I was not in the mood to deal with an attitude for no reason. The cashier at the front register was helpful and friendly. Overall, not the best CVS I have been to. I do not pass by this location often, but when I do...I don't think I will make it habit to stop. read more

I've only been in this CVS two other times over the years and have to say got no complaints from me. The first time was to pick up some toothpaste and mouthwash because I was going over to my cousin's house and had forgot to pack it. My cousin's husband works nearby and I was going to carpool with him back to their place in Mableton so I decided to pop in here to get what I needed. The second time I came in because I forgot to get contact solutions while I was at Wal-mart down the street and that was actually one of the items I went into Wally to get. This last time I went in to get some travel size stuff for a trip I am taking and have to say CVS has a great selection of travel size stuff. Always leave a happy customer. Thanks guys. I have been using this location for years and they were always great. Now, they are horrible. I switched to Walgreens because they are so bad. I stood at the pharmacy for 20 minutes just to hand them a new paper prescription. A girl finally was free at the register and I asked if she could hand it to the other person who was 5 ft away from her. She said flat no! None of the people who used to work there are there anymore. They apparently don't need my business and I don't need them. read more

Today I stopped by to get my some pain medication post surgery. They advised that they didn't have any as it's on back order. I asked if they could call around to local CVS' to see if the prescription was available. She advised that she couldn't call around. So I called and found out CVS didn't have this medication at any of the CVSs. Obviously, she could have helped and told me this. Customer service is non existent at the location. I would have rated a 0 if I could have. This is not the first issue I've had with this CVS. Sure wish my insurance took another provider. Horrible customer service. read more

"This is ridiculous" is the phrase this NP at this clinic used when I asked why I was being charged 171$ for A1C test which was listed as 59$ on CVS minute clinic website. This "yasmin" person was impatient to answer basic question and instead blamed us for being late and not having insurance and this corporate labor along with other labor there asked me to contact corporate office for this. She was so self righteous to understand that dishonest business practice is being done in the name of service. "have patient seated , talk a bit and draw blood to test and explain the result" want more money just for doing what is expected from basic Lab test. CVS itself is con business institute with overpriced inventory which should not exist along with these dishonest practice people. i went to this "100 Piedmont Rd, Marietta, GA 30066". Nobody should visit these places which advertise one thing and charge other. these are like cancer to society and should go away. read more

Folks in this part of Cobb County must be having a lot of sex. The Family Planning aisle here is crazy and more than I've ever seen in a pharmacy or supermarket. Generally there are a few shelves of two brands of condoms stacked above various types of K-Y Jelly. Here you'll find an assortment normally only available in sex shops and porn parlors. Trojan and Lifestyles were complemented by One Zero, Billy Boy, and prophylactic brands I've never seen. Need lube? Flavored or unflavored. Water-based or silicon. All of the above are available here. My favorite item was home paternity test kit. The box claims a $129 value and CVS is selling it for $32.99 (no ExtraCare card required). Hopefully this means the end of The Maury Show. It's time for him to retire anyway. read more

Ok.... so lol. A mess... a hot mess. First, I will start with saying my experience with the Minute Clinic went very well on my visit last Thursday. The nurse practitioner was very kind, listened to me and provided great feedback. She alone deserved 5 stars. Now....my experience at the actual Pharmacy area was an entirely different story. I provided the Rx request form or prescription order to the young lady at the counter and asked a few questions. She entered my info and told me it would be a few minutes. I then told her the NP said to maybe wait to see how I felt before getting the antibiotic and she said ok I guess it'll be here when you get ready. I wasn't able to go on Saturday because I went out of today but I still wasn't feeling well so I went today. The young lady, clearly flustered said she didn't see me in the system and asked if I called it in. I explained what was told to me a few times but it was a dead end. I told her I never got my Rx request form back but would check to see what I could find. I go home and come back with my summary visit to over hear not 1 but 2 other people being told they didn't have any information on them. Granted one was at another store which the young lady explained to the guest in line but they were confused and frustrated and she was flustered. I finally got my chance and even with the summary she couldn't find my information. So I'll be waiting until tomorrow... maybe to get my prescription. Now the young woman was frustration and her tone showed it BUT.... if I were the only person working in a busy pharmacy with people coming through the drive-thru, calling, picking up and dropping off... I would be annoyed too. That said they need to fix scheduling or do some hiring, and maybe some training on high stress situations. read more

Let me update my review after over a year at this location - when I first changed to this pharmacy they had different staff, ones that said things like "thank you!" Or "one moment please" or simply had a pleasant tone in their voice when they spoke, being a customer service manager of over a decade I can tell you that it's not even what they say, it's HOW they speak to you. Maybe they never were taught how to be polite, I'm not sure. They all are on power trips and it's like pulling teeth to get help. There's maybe ONE good pharmacy technician at this location and I haven't talked to her in a while so now there are possibly zero. This place is awful- the pharmacist herself just argued with me that I "complain every month about them being rude"!!!! WELL MAYBE YOU SHOHLD TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION INSTEAD OF TELLING ME I HAVE THE ISSUE!!!! It's unbelievable. My prescription was a week late due to some error in their system, it took a cvs in FLORIDA to figure out what my pharmacy in Georgia couldn't for over a week when I was on vacation. She fixed the problem but now one rx is a week behind the others. They will give you different answers knowing they're BS'ing you. One day they'll say they can fill it ___ days early, the next someone will tell you that they can't fill it until the day of. they get on a power trip and it's pathetic. read more

I have been with CVS for years. I recently switched to this location bc I had moved. Poor choice. I have only been to their pharmacy for 3-4 times. The last time was a bad experience but I thought the girl was just having a bad day. Well today I go, and wowwwww! After my whole experience I have to literally call my doctor and just switch pharmacies all together. Your front staff is amazing but something is going on with the pharmacy. I came to pick up stood there for 5 minutes which is totally good but then when they finished with someone at the window she would not even look up at me and started doing something on the computer, cool but then someone else comes to drive thru and she waits on them. She gets finished with them and then ignores me again and starts back doing what she was doing. So I ask should I go through drive thru to pick up or are you waiting on ppl here too. Not knowing why I was being ignored. Yamoni says to me as she is rolling her neck the entire time in her condescending voice ummm have you been standing there long, yes I have. Extremely rudely says back ok well you are going to continue to wait, the man working with her immediately turns around to wait on me. No sorry, no nothing. I asked for her name but he declined and he was in a white coat, told me he would handle it. No worries, I'm actually a store manager also so I know how to figure all the info out. How are you guys ok with ppl who are working in your pharmacy treating ppl like this? A lot of us are sick and come to get our meds to feel better and you have someone treating sick human beings like this. This wasn't the first time that's why I'm writing this. All I could do was get in my car and cry to how someone would treat someone sick like this. read more

These people are idiots. Drove all the way across town because they told another CVS that they had what we needed. When we get here, they don't actually have it. Then they tried to blame it on the other CVS, not knowing that we overheard the phone call that had been placed beforehand. Never again. The building LOOKS new, but on the inside it's rundown and worn out looking. The ladies bathroom was dirty, toilet paper all over the floor, unclean, etc. The tech in the pharmacy had to ask another employee how to handle my transaction. When I suggested that she allow the person that was assisting her to help me, she copped a major 'tude with me, and it all went further downhill from there. This location is actually about 6 minutes closer to me in one direction than the one on Cobb Parkway, but I will GLADLY drive the 6 minutes for professional, always courteous staff and a clean, spotless, shiny store ANYDAY! read more

I took my daughter to this Minute Clinic Friday night. The posted hours stated they were open until 7:30pm; but when we arrived at 6:20 and started the online sign in process, another customer told me the clinic turned her away at 6 and said they were not seeing anyone else. Saturday we returned, and my daughter was seen; but she was grossly misdiagnosed and it cost her hundreds of dollars in prescriptions she didn't need. She was prescribed steroids; as it turns out, she has poison sumac. She didnt need to spend $200 on steroid pills and steroid creams. The practitioners were callous and rude and very unsure of themselves. I'm very unimpressed and I wouldn't recommend this clinic. read more

This is my go to CVS for everything. They have a huge range of options for anything you could need. ALSO they have one of the best clinics. The wait isn't overwhelming and the staff is always super nice and helpful, especially Nurse Jessica. They have given me better advice and a more thorough explanation than half the doctors I've seen. read more

I had an infection on top of my head from something falling on me. There was a little redness and swelling. I went in to the minute clinic early. I was there when they were supposed to open. No one was there, so I went and got breakfast. I came back and the nurse was there. There were no other patients but for some reason I had to wait about 15 minutes before she would see me. She immediately said that she can't do anything for me because there is infection on my head. She told me to go to urgent care and I did. Urgent care prescribed an antibiotic. Exactly what I told the nurse from the minute clinic. Then I received a bill from the minute clinic for $99. I called and asked what they did to deserve any money. They said that they saw me, and that is $99. No treatment whatsoever but I had to pay them $99 or they would report it on my credit. She said if I had gone to the emergency room I would have to pay. I just had the greatest experience at the drop off pharmacy counter. I regret not getting the woman's name taking care of me. She not only told me about a discount I could receive on my prescription by signing up on line, when I told her I didn't have my phone on me she took out hers to sign me up. Because of her I saved $30 and she could not have been sweeter in the process. She went above and beyond and I am so grateful! Just one of those little acts that really makes your day. read more

Quick in and out the minute clinic. Well quick compared to a doctor's office with an appt etc. I arrived at 5:35 and was seen at 6:50. There were 2 people on front of me and one being seen when I arrived. The nurse seemed quite competent and was very friendly. Gave me a prescription for my sinus infection and told me what to do next time so this wouldn't progress to an infection. I would be back. read more

I called for status on my prescription and they said nothing was called in so I call my dentist back and he said that he did call it in so now he is calling back in to find out what happened so I get a call about an hours later from another pharmacist who has the request ( it was missing DOB) , she told her co-worker who took the first call that she had it. Terrible pharmacy experience! I got a prescription filled over the weekend. When I went to pick it up at the time it was promised to be ready, I was informed that I'd have to wait because my label had to be replaced on my bottle. That made me a little suspicious. I went back in the next day and it was finally ready. Two days later I opened my bottle and there were 20 pills missing!!! I immediately called the pharmacy only to be told that their drug count was right and matched their inventory number. The guy on the phone told me that maybe someone had taken some from me and that he didn't know what to tell me. He simply could not help me or do anything to fix it. I used to get my prescriptions filled at publix for years, and not once did this ever happen there. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! read more

I am from out of state, alone, for business. I fell & sprained BOTH my wrists, ending up in the ER, where I received 3 prescriptions. I wasn't able to get to the pharmacy until 8:50 pm (due to being at the mercy of a hotel shuttle). I was told that they could not fill my prescriptions, because they were closing. When I stated that it wasn't 9 pm yet, the pharmacy tech sarcastically said that 10 minutes wasn't long enough to fill the prescriptions. I pleaded with her, stating that I really needed them filled, to which she then stated that they now only had 9 minutes. This sarcastic time wasting countdown nonsense continued for several more minutes. I asked to speak to her supervisor, to which she pointed to the pharmacist, who had quietly been listening to our conversation. I then asked for a store manager. It was at this time that the pharmacist stated that their computers are shut down promptly at 9 pm, thus not allowing them to input information or clock out; therefore, they would be working for free. After much pleading, they finally filled one prescription for the pain medication. What ever happened to customer service? Overall, very rude, uncompassionate & incredibly POOR customer service! read more

DO NOT GO TO THE MINUTE CLINIC HERE! I was a customer in the clinic today and was treated horribly. I was told that I have the common cold and that I should get a nasal spray.... When i advised the nurse (and I use the term lightly) that I was unable to use those kinds of products she shrugged her shoulders at me and said there was nothing else she could do. I advised her that there had to be something else and she said "You have a virus and should use a nasal spray". At that point I told her not to bill me because I didn't need to pay to be told I was sick, I already knew that. I then left and called the main number to CVS minute clinic and found out that she has falsified the documentation of my medical records. She put in that she took my blood pressure and recorded a pressure number when she did not even take my blood pressure. Unless you have pink eye or are vomiting in the waiting area you are not actually going to be given a diagnosis. I went to Walmart after wards and talked to the pharmacists who advised me the correct medicine to take. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on a service that does not help. I plan to pursue this with my insurance company as well and have already contacted them about the lack of services rendered. read more
