I usually have a great experience at this store, and most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Brittany has always been especially kind and accommodating. This CVS has the worst pharmacy ever. I'm on a medication that causes SEVERE withdrawals when not taken. And i tried to get them filled here, as i do every month and they said they're out of stock and need to order more. It's been 3 days and i am so sick and in so much pain. Throw the whole store away. This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area. As a retail store, they HAVE to do better! The pharmacy in particular is being run by buffoons and it shows . They are extremely unprofessional and rude. There is one pharmacy tech in particular that is a total creep and I specifically used the drive through for that reason. I've had several prescriptions called in, received notification my RX was ready, only to get to the pharmacy and there is "no record" of my prescription being sent. Absolutely ridiculous. Please use another pharmacy as your mail because God forbid you need medicine, you will need screwed. Hours are terrible and inconvenient if you are like me and have to work all day. If I could give zero stars I would. This pharmacy always takes forever to fill, has pharmacy techs that must be overworked or underpaid because they never offer any customer service, and they do not greet you. I was directed here after speaking with customer service, and given a task that allegedly the store representative should've been able to do. However, I was redirected and inconvenienced. I literally sat in the lane after multiple techs made eye contact with me but they ignored me until I pressed the call button. I'm changing my pharmacy immediately. When I am ill I do not have the patience to deal with such poor service. I hope their manager reads this and offered them some training because this is a really sad experience to have when you're not feeling well. 0/10 do not recommend. read more

Kathleen or Katherine whatever the heavy set caucasian lady name is.... She is rude. Management really needs to teach their employees proper customer service etiquette. If you hate your job quit!! I walked up to the register and this lady didn't look at me, walked passed me three times and said absolutely nothing to me. If you are busy, say hello I'll be with you in one second. As simple as it is. She was working the drive thur and register. I had ask her if I could get my prescription. She says out loud "I have to make a call!" Then she tells her boss to come ring me up. This pharmacy is the complete WORST OF WORST, very unprofessional, slow & everyone doesn't seem to know how to do their job! I've had oral surgery on Tuesday & they told me that "we have to order your prescription, it won't be here until Friday'. The heck you mean my stuff won't be here till nearly a week later. The pharmacists here can't have more than a G.E.D because it makes no sense why they are so SLOW!!! Why is there a 15 minute wait per car?! Then they tell you your prescription is ready but when you get there they have nothing ready to go -_-. I had a bad experience here again at Mableton CVS pharmacy. I went through the drive tru today(6/23/24), I was my turn at 4pm. I don't know the lady name, but she gave my first order fine and before she closed the window I told her I had one more order. She yells and has an attitude "Are you serious next time say both orders together". I have been told by an employee before to do one order at a time when the prescription is for a different person. I just said "okay" because it's such a waist of time to argue. I only went there to get my mom and sister prescription as a favor, but please don't come to this cvs if you have no choice. Let me just say that I've tried this pharmacy multiple times and every time something is wrong. Its either a 6 car line at the pharmacy drive thru (15 minute wait time per car) or they can't find my insurance (which I don't have an issue with at any other pharmacy). So I have been under the weather for the past week again. I visited the doctor this past Monday, early afternoon. I was prescribed 3 different medications that were sent in electronically to my regular pharmacy, which is a different CVS than this one. Normally, I don't have any issues with them but on this occasion, the one time I probably felt the worse ever, my prescriptions were not ready in a timely manner. I had to wait over 24 hours to get my medicine as they stated they were "backed up". The next morning, I phoned in and checked the status of my prescriptions and 2 were ready (which probably were filled the night before) but the 3rd wasn't and wasn't going to be ready until that evening. I understand a lot of people are sick, but I don't understand why they couldn't just go ahead and fill the last one instead of having me wait all day for it. I had to go the whole night before without it, and now basically another whole day as well. And even when I got there to pick it up, I still had to wait a few minutes because it still wasn't ready.. Fast forward to my doctor sending in another prescription for me.. this time I requested for it to be sent to this pharmacy which is actually closer to my home, but I've never used it. Prescription was sent in literally within an 1hr to 1hr 15min closing time. I honestly didn't think it would get filled till the next day and I understood. HOWEVER! I received a text that said "your prescription is ready for pickup" about 30 minutes later. I couldn't believe it. I rushed to pick it up before closing and really give kudos to this pharmacy for taking the time to fill it for me in such a short timeframe. I actually may consider switching pharmacies! read more

My doctor sent my prescription 4 hours ago. I have been trying to call the pharmacy several times in the past two hours, being on hold for 30 mins to an hour with nobody in the pharmacy to answer the phone. At some point I have to ask. What are you doing? Are you working? I see the reviews, does CVS corp not care? This is so disappointing. I work in customer service and answering the phone is a fraction of the job but oh so important when it comes to customer service. Now, I have to drive 30 mins to guess and see if my meds are ready. I can see why your ratings are so low. The young person at the drive through greeted me with, "I gave you all that were ready." This was my second time. "But I'm picking up for my mother." She stated, "Its already been picked up." Here's the thing: don't EVER tell an old person that something is ready to be picked up if it's not. They CAN count. On 12/18/20, the CVS in Mableton had litter all over the parking lot and no public trash can. Maybe, if they had a trash can, there would not be so much litter??? Horrible!!! NONE of the employees from the front check-out to the Pharmacy are helpful or PROFESSIONAL! I was greeted by the front desk by a young lady who said "Hey" which might be code word for "Hello, Welcome to CVS" The Pharmacy is unorganized and PAINFULLY SLOW!! The drive through is a joke - you sit and wait, and wait while technicians walk Pat the window - No Acknowledgment! Has customer service gone to hell in a hand basket??? ( who thought of this saying ) Well it has, at least at this cvs pharmacy. I live no where near this CVS, already irritated that I had to go to Mableton to pick up my meds and could hardly breathe at times, frustrations really set in after calling them to see what the prices were before I got there. I was placed on hold twice, at least 5 to 7 minutes, a different person picked up the second time and asked me for my information all over again when it was understood that the first person that answered was placing me on hold to check on my order, not really addressing what I said about the first rep, she continued to ask for my information, after being given the price of my meds, I told the rep that I would be pulling up shortly. The reason why I was headed there was because I received an automated message telling me that my prescriptions were ready. After arriving I was told that my medicine was not ready, give them 15 to 20 minutes and they should have it ( at this point, I notice a little foolery going on in the pharmacy) so I asked why was I called by the automated system if it was not prepared, she apoligized. I wasn't parked for 1 minute before she waived me over to pick up my meds (sure they had been ready all along), by the time I drove around, some had already pulled to the window-smh (waiting again), when making it back to the window her attitude had conpletely changed, she finally became very focused on her job as she should have been from the start. 2 Stars for actally having the meds I needed. My Tip: Do better!!! You are a pharmacy so most of your interactions will be with sick people, eager to get well and not wanting to play games. read more

I was ok transferring my subscription from Rite Aid and was texted to pick it up a few hours later. Went to pick it up and had to wait 30 minutes for the original prescription to be filled there. I ended up here after transferring my mothers Rx from another location in Atlanta. The parking lot is some times clean and other times not sooooo clean. But the people at the pharmacy are extremely nice and helpful. I actually come here instead of the one nearest my home because the people are friendly and I like the Publix and Aldi on Flyod Rd. The young man (wearing glasses) helping me (I don't think he was the Pharmacists) even took it upon himself to call and verify some information for my mothers $200 Rx. When I came back I only had to pay $80. That was a great deal for me!!!! I'm a FAN!!!! read more
