If you can help getting your prescription filled here, do. It takes FOREVER! There is always a long line. You will spend at least 30 minutes. Best way if you need it then is to drop your prescription off and automatically get in line. Then let people by until your meds are ready. Actually the register lines at this place take a long time too. They usually have only one person working. But hey, it's still a CVS. It has everything you can expect to find. The store big and clean. Paying is such time consuming. read more

Pharmacy staff are very unprofessional and unorganized. They mistook my mother's prescription with someone else's. Gave us the other person medical card and info of the meds that were picked up when it wasn't even for her. They kept telling her that her meds were already picked up so when we told them it's the wrong person they quickly asked for the medical card, asked for her ID again and noticed that her meds weren't even ready. HIPPAA should look into this pharmacy. Check your documents/prescription twice before leaving. read more

Worst customer service. I got my prescription send to them, they could not find it in the system. I was showing them my release form, I asked them to then call my provider to verify, apparently they are unable. So, I had to ask my provider to send it to a different CVS. There was an employee working the floor named KAY. She was sooooo rude. I pressed the button to get help for something that was locked up. I pressed it about three times because I was not sure they heard it. She came storming down the aisle yelling "We hear it. You ain't gotta push it so many times ! We coming!" I was with my 9 year old daughter and she was just yelling at us. I told her what I needed and she just stared at me. I asked her "Are you going to take it out?" She said yeah and I told her I needed to scan it because I was doing a delivery and I want to make sure I got the right item . She said "You can scan it when you get to the front." I go to the front and it's the wrong item so the cashier helped me get the right one. While I'm telling him about my experience with her, she started yelling at me, "HE KNOW ME! I AINT GOT NO ATTITUDE! I AINT LETTING YOU SCAN SHIT!" I really don't understand what her attitude was about or why she would just yell at a customer and her daughter. I will not be going back to this cvs. That was the worst experience I've ever had with a representative and it happened in front of my daughter. read more

Helen was excellent. I appreciate her hard word making sure I would get my pictures. When I arrived at the store she couldn't find my pictures. I told her I received an email that the pictures were ready. Long story short she eventually found my pics( she even put in another order to print them). Thanks again Helen. You were great. CVS you guys need to get people you can work only in photos. Helen was all over the place and cashiering too. She was answering customers questions (who weren't in line because she didn't want to be rude), being a cashier and working in photos. Through all that she kept her sweet disposition. This has been by far the worst experience I've had at any CVS location. If you can avoid this location at ALL costs please do so. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. I went to this location in the mist of an allergic reaction and requested assistance 4 times. 2 of the 4 times after I pushed the 'call for assistance' button the manager on duty came by as well a sales clerk but no one provided assistance or acknowledged my verbal request for assistance. There I was in extreme agony from my allergic reaction attempting to locate the proper medication that wouldn't make me drowsy before my 2-hour drive home and luckily for this location a fellow customer came to my aid. CVS you owe this customer for helping complete my sale as your staff were obviously not interested in doing so. It was a shame! I'm super disappointed in the service that was rendered at this location and would've promptly spent my money elsewhere had I not been experiencing an emergency!!! read more

Didn't think about coming to yelp and reading reviews before choosing this location for all my family needs. They pick and choose when they'd like to see your I.D. I can walk in and get a bottle of Corelejo with no issue but when I'm there to buy medicine for my sick children they want to see an I.D. Never going there again. This is the closest CVS near me and I come here all the time. I haven't had any bad experiences with this store. I do feel a little annoyed that they keep some of their makeup item's in the back or beside the counters so you don't know if they are out of stock or they just have them hidden. I've ask about this to many of the employees and all of them had told me that it is because people steal the items so I understand stand but I wished they find other way to have them displayed so I don't have to go search for an employee to figure if they have what I need. Clean, lots of staff, and security guard at the door for safety. The lines are long but they are adequately staffed...it's just so many people frequent this store because of its proximity to the area local clinics. Be prepared to wait in like at the pharmacy if your doctor didn't call in the prescription. In an effort to be more efficient, the pharmacy just switched to texting you when your prescription is completed. Smart idea! read more

I came into this store to purchase medicine for my child. Child care to be exact which is a over the counter medicine that DOES NOT require a prescription the pharmacy manager named BESHOY said that he will not sell me the medicine because he remembered me from a few weeks ago. However with this being a cold season and having multiple children at home he does not know what is needed. He stated he's sold the medicine to me twice and won't do it again. This is racial profiling to the highest. Fair enough the area in which this store is located is surrounded with drug addicts and it's in the not so good parts of Los Angeles. But to be profiled by this man is absolutely disgusting and action needs to be taken. I had my son in my arms whose clearly sick. I cannot wait to speak with someone from cooperate. Head Pharmacist BESHOYJudges People..Totally Unprofessional I went to CVS today to pick up my prescriptions I had called in last week. When I noticed my Xanax was missing I inquired. After checking I was told to wait a few minutes and they would call my name. When that never happened I asked was my prescription ready and was told the pharmacist refused to refill it. I asked to speak to him and he finally came to the counter and told me he wasn't going to refill it because I pick up other medications from Costco. I tried to explain to him I have always refilled my Xanax right here and have never filled it on a monthly basis but since my 11-year old grandson died recently I can't sleep and needed to refill my prescription. He was RUDE and treated me like I was a drug addict or dealer. I was completely embarrassed and told him he has no right to refuse my request and had no right to speak to me in this manner. I called Cedars-Sinai and informed my doctor of this situation. They told me they were calling CVS right away to approve my prescription. I forgot to say he first lied and said my Medicare insurance wouldn't cover it. I am a 66-year old well respected member of my community and refuse to be humiliated like this. I didn't wait because my blood pressure had dropped very low and I didn't feel comfortable getting I'll at this pharmacy. I have made this complaint to CVS Corporate Headquarters twice this week yet when I called yesterday to pick up my prescription I was informed I would have to come in at 2:00 p.m. and speak to him. I immediately called Cedars-Sinai and told them I was still experiencing this issue and had my prescription changed to Costco. This man is trying to play God and has no problem berating people. I only come here for last minute items, if I am in dire need of something because typically their service is horrible. But when I visited just a few days ago, (1/18/16), to pick up some pedyalite and soup for my daughter, I noticed a change in culture. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier who was ringing up another customer. He had a smile on his face. The manager, I wish I could remember her name, also greeted me and all other customers that were coming in. She held the wheelchair access gate open for a few that needed help. And she collected shopping carts that were left by customers who were in a rush. There were multiple associates walking around searching for ppl to help! I grabbed my items and headed to check out and figured I'd be waiting forever since the lines are ALWAYS long and there's always just one cashier. Which it began that way, but when the manager saw us waiting she got right on register to help. She actually completed my transaction and she was so nice. As a retail manager myself, I understood that she still had to multi-task and she did so with ease. She actually makes me not dread coming here again. I hope they keep it up! read more
