This store needs help badly. Always crowded, not enough cashiers and the shelves are bare. Just because the store is in an urban area doesn't mean we don't deserve a quality store. read more

The store isn't staying in stock. I'm not sure if it's a theft issue but it's bare inside. The pharmacy is the only reason to patronize this store. Items in the weekly ad are never available. It wasn't this bad a couple of years ago but this year it is gone below satisfactory. read more

Pharmacy staff are very unprofessional and unorganized. They mistook my mother's prescription with someone else's. Gave us the other person medical card and info of the meds that were picked up when it wasn't even for her. They kept telling her that her meds were already picked up so when we told them it's the wrong person they quickly asked for the medical card, asked for her ID again and noticed that her meds weren't even ready. HIPPAA should look into this pharmacy. Check your documents/prescription twice before leaving. read more

If I could give 0 o would to this location, worse cvs ever, to begin with had to wait 40 min at pick up line just to be told they didn't have my medicine, why would you send me text my medicine was ready, on top of I had to go do another line at drop off to get it transfer to another cvs, unbelievable the lack of communication and lack of understanding, I will never be back to this CVs I really hope this gets fix, a lot of people waiting complaining, just because is this location is low income area doesn't mean people deserve this kind service. read more

Worst customer service. I got my prescription send to them, they could not find it in the system. I was showing them my release form, I asked them to then call my provider to verify, apparently they are unable. So, I had to ask my provider to send it to a different CVS. If your in the customer service world then provide it, if you cant you need to go do something else. I wish I would have gotten that guys name... read more

I want to give a staff member here named MIGUEL the best review. He is not only kind and helpful but very very attentive to all customers needs. Today he was opening the locked shelves for multiple customers including myself and also charging and greeting walking in customers at the same time. He is over qualifies to manage this establishment and will DEFINITELY COME BACK THANKS TO HIM. read more

This has been by far the worst experience I've had at any CVS location. If you can avoid this location at ALL costs please do so. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money elsewhere. I went to this location in the mist of an allergic reaction and requested assistance 4 times. 2 of the 4 times after I pushed the 'call for assistance' button the manager on duty came by as well a sales clerk but no one provided assistance or acknowledged my verbal request for assistance. There I was in extreme agony from my allergic reaction attempting to locate the proper medication that wouldn't make me drowsy before my 2-hour drive home and luckily for this location a fellow customer came to my aid. CVS you owe this customer for helping complete my sale as your staff were obviously not interested in doing so. It was a shame! I'm super disappointed in the service that was rendered at this location and would've promptly spent my money elsewhere had I not been experiencing an emergency!!! read more

Helen was excellent. I appreciate her hard word making sure I would get my pictures. When I arrived at the store she couldn't find my pictures. I told her I received an email that the pictures were ready. Long story short she eventually found my pics( she even put in another order to print them). Thanks again Helen. You were great. CVS you guys need to get people you can work only in photos. Helen was all over the place and cashiering too. She was answering customers questions (who weren't in line because she didn't want to be rude), being a cashier and working in photos. Through all that she kept her sweet disposition. That's a lot, they need help. Keep up the good work though Helen. read more

There was an employee working the floor named KAY. She was sooooo rude. I pressed the button to get help for something that was locked up. I pressed it about three times because I was not sure they heard it. She came storming down the aisle yelling "We hear it. You ain't gotta push it so many times ! We coming!" I was with my 9 year old daughter and she was just yelling at us. I told her what I needed and she just stared at me. I asked her "Are you going to take it out?" She said yeah and I told her I needed to scan it because I was doing a delivery and I want to make sure I got the right item . She said "You can scan it when you get to the front." I go to the front and it's the wrong item so the cashier helped me get the right one. While I'm telling him about my experience with her, she started yelling at me, "HE KNOW ME! I AINT GOT NO ATTITUDE! I AINT LETTING YOU SCAN SHIT!" I really don't understand what her attitude was about or why she would just yell at a customer and her daughter. I will not be going back to this cvs. That was the worst experience I've ever had with a representative and it happened in front of my daughter. read more

Didn't think about coming to yelp and reading reviews before choosing this location for all my family needs. They pick and choose when they'd like to see your I.D. I can walk in and get a bottle of Corelejo with no issue but when I'm there to buy medicine for my sick children they want to see an I.D. Never going there again. Inconvenience every time, long lines, unhappy pharmacy techs and the management is all backwards. I literally walked to food 4 less and got everything I needed and CHEAPER! read more

The lady in the register for shift 05/24 at 7:15pm was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never have I encountered someone as rude as her. If you can help getting your prescription filled here, do. It takes FOREVER! There is always a long line. You will spend at least 30 minutes. Best way if you need it then is to drop your prescription off and automatically get in line. Then let people by until your meds are ready. Actually the register lines at this place take a long time too. They usually have only one person working. But hey, it's still a CVS. It has everything you can expect to find. The store big and clean. Paying is such time consuming. read more

Worst store ever customer service is beyond explanation I've never been to a store that has been so rude and unprofessional Sal the store manager has no business being a manager he doesn't know how to manage his staff Robert operations manager doesn't know anything about operating a store you have a line that stretches all the way to the back of the store and only two cashiers and he does not jump in to help I'm professional staff all the way around and I would give zero Stars if it allowed me to read more

Clean, lots of staff, and security guard at the door for safety. The lines are long but they are adequately staffed...it's just so many people frequent this store because of its proximity to the area local clinics. Be prepared to wait in like at the pharmacy if your doctor didn't call in the prescription. In an effort to be more efficient, the pharmacy just switched to texting you when your prescription is completed. Smart idea! read more

This is the closest CVS near me and I come here all the time. I haven't had any bad experiences with this store. I do feel a little annoyed that they keep some of their makeup item's in the back or beside the counters so you don't know if they are out of stock or they just have them hidden. I've ask about this to many of the employees and all of them had told me that it is because people steal the items so I understand stand but I wished they find other way to have them displayed so I don't have to go search for an employee to figure if they have what I need. Other then that I will keep coming to this CVS. read more

Went in today and I was looking for nail polish remover. As I was walking through the aisle one of the workers, Lorena, walks around the corner saying "Oh shit, these f***ing people." Customer service isn't there at all. Then at the registers another employee tells her in Spanish "Did you see the old grouchy man that comes in for the medicine? That's why I left." So she pretty much dodged the customer on purpose. Horrible manners. Wouldn't come here again! read more

The pharmacy lines are rediculously long. The Hispanic woman taking your prescription does not make eye contact at all, borderline rude.

I agree with all the other reviews. Some dating back to 2014 and I can say nothing has changed. It's 21016. Why change? They are a large chain. So, yes, the pharmacy line takes forever. The regular check out lines take forever. read more

I came into this store to purchase medicine for my child. Child care to be exact which is a over the counter medicine that DOES NOT require a prescription the pharmacy manager named BESHOY said that he will not sell me the medicine because he remembered me from a few weeks ago. However with this being a cold season and having multiple children at home he does not know what is needed. He stated he's sold the medicine to me twice and won't do it again. This is racial profiling to the highest. Fair enough the area in which this store is located is surrounded with drug addicts and it's in the not so good parts of Los Angeles. But to be profiled by this man is absolutely disgusting and action needs to be taken. I had my son in my arms whose clearly sick. I cannot wait to speak with someone from cooperate. This discrimination must stop now. He gave me a hard time the last time I came in and I'm sickand tired of it. It's absolutely disgusting. read more

The pharmacist take a very long time, and they always seem to have an attitude.....but it's the one closer to me so I guess. And like another yelper also mentioned a racist "manager" by the name of Beshoy had the worst attitude by me just standing in line look you A**hole....you give me an attitude I give you the same....maybe a Latin broke his heart that's why he is so discriminating.....I will also call and complain till his ass gets moved from this location because if I can't stand helping people why take a job in which you will be helping people do yourself a favor and look for another damn job read more

Head Pharmacist BESHOYJudges People..Totally Unprofessional I went to CVS today to pick up my prescriptions I had called in last week. When I noticed my Xanax was missing I inquired. After checking I was told to wait a few minutes and they would call my name. When that never happened I asked was my prescription ready and was told the pharmacist refused to refill it. I asked to speak to him and he finally came to the counter and told me he wasn't going to refill it because I pick up other medications from Costco. I tried to explain to him I have always refilled my Xanax right here and have never filled it on a monthly basis but since my 11-year old grandson died recently I can't sleep and needed to refill my prescription. He was RUDE and treated me like I was a drug addict or dealer. I was completely embarrassed and told him he has no right to refuse my request and had no right to speak to me in this manner. I called Cedars-Sinai and informed my doctor of this situation. They told me they were calling CVS right away to approve my prescription. I forgot to say he first lied and said my Medicare insurance wouldn't cover it. I am a 66-year old well respected member of my community and refuse to be humiliated like this. I didn't wait because my blood pressure had dropped very low and I didn't feel comfortable getting I'll at this pharmacy. I have made this complaint to CVS Corporate Headquarters twice this week yet when I called yesterday to pick up my prescription I was informed I would have to come in at 2:00 p.m. and speak to him. I immediately called Cedars-Sinai and told them I was still experiencing this issue and had my prescription changed to Costco. This man is trying to play God and has no problem berating people. Because this store is in Watts, CA. does not mean everyone is a drug addict. read more

I only come here for last minute items, if I am in dire need of something because typically their service is horrible. But when I visited just a few days ago, (1/18/16), to pick up some pedyalite and soup for my daughter, I noticed a change in culture. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier who was ringing up another customer. He had a smile on his face. The manager, I wish I could remember her name, also greeted me and all other customers that were coming in. She held the wheelchair access gate open for a few that needed help. And she collected shopping carts that were left by customers who were in a rush. There were multiple associates walking around searching for ppl to help! I grabbed my items and headed to check out and figured I'd be waiting forever since the lines are ALWAYS long and there's always just one cashier. Which it began that way, but when the manager saw us waiting she got right on register to help. She actually completed my transaction and she was so nice. As a retail manager myself, I understood that she still had to multi-task and she did so with ease. She actually makes me not dread coming here again. I hope they keep it up! read more
