Worst pharmacy ever with the rudest people. My son needed asthma medication at 8:45. It took me 30 minutes to get there and I sat in a line for 20 mins. Once I got to the front a woman told me she wouldn't fill it for another hour.. an hour!! No one wants to be here this late. I told her we needed the meds quickly because he was struggling with asthma. So instead of helping she put the phone down, grabbed a broom and walked away. These people don't care about sick people. It's 10:30pm and I still don't have the medicine. I'm watching them through the window waiting for the medicine and you can see everyone walking around chatting vs filling prescriptions. read more

The service here is so slow and I really hate to say this because the pharmacy techs were all super nice but they seem to start handling your business and then they are like ok come back in a little bit and then they handle another customer and then you go back and they are like ok one more moment please then you're sitting for like forever and the whole time the prescription had already been sent, they have it in their hands and your standing there in pain and it's like just hand it over and take my money but noooo it kept going on and on. WHY is there no online or in person disclaimer, stating that they are ON LUNCH and will be back with no posted time just word from the other staff. I get here and the guy tells me it's going to be almost 2 hours. There is only 2 cars in the parking lot. No one waiting in here and he tells me he is slammed. Dude. What are you talking about. Coming back to Aubrey after 4 days in Houston, and could hear and had laryngitis (I couldn't get an appt at the CVS in the Houston area). Took the one appt at 1:40 at this CVS at Eldorado and 423. I arrived at 1:30, and was seen at 1:40. Michelle Jamison NP was awesome!!!! She was kind, thorough, and didn't mind having to repeat everything because of my clogged hearing. Michelle even sent my Rx to the Walgreens right across the street where all my Rx's and vaccination records are. I hadn't been to a CVS in forever, because my previous insurance couldn't be used at CVS. But based on my experience yesterday (4/23), if I need an appointment on the weekend, I would not hesitate to go to this Minute Clinic! read more

Pharmacy needs a "dose" of Empathy. They need to remind themselves they are a Healthcare provider, not a pill dispensing service. If a Doctor prescribes four scripts, there is a reason for all four. To be told it is processing and for me to call my doctor to tell them to call the Pharmacy? No, fast track it, call the doctor and tell them what YOU need? My wife calls to ask a question about what is going on with her prescriptions and the party on the other end gets frustrated with her(like who cares she is sick) and "YES" hangs up on her. This is the absolutely the WORST pharmacy the techs a very rude and it is obvi that they are here for a paycheck and that is IT. I have a child on life support machines at home and getting her medication promptly is nearly impossible. They lie all the time and blame the physicians. Two stars for the positive experiences I've had here. Prescription pickup is usually pretty quick and easy. However, one of my prescriptions was not available at the pharmacy recently and they had to order it. I need to get it as soon as possible and the app said to call the pharmacy and they could check and see if any of the nearby pharmacies had it in stock. So I did just that only to be told by some lazy person that I had to call each pharmacy individually and ask if they had it. That is such a big waste of my time, now I'm sitting on hold with every pharmacy in the city when they definitely could have just looked it up in a few clicks. Not cool. Worst pharmacy ever! Wait times are about an hour with the drive thru. Female pharmacist is incompetent... She keeps switching my medication to generic when my Dr. Had specifically wrote BRAND only. I was supposed to get 90 pills, they only put in 60 pills; I did call them about that and gave me the missing pills. I shouldn't have to deal with these errors. Horrible service. I went in to get the COVID shot and was told I couldn't get one without a mask. The man proceded to tell that everyone in there was wearing a mask except for me. And I pointed at someone without a mask and he said "well it's not her first time here". I kindly asked for a mask and he said he didn't have any as I saw the box of masks right in front of him. I asked to speak to someone else and he said "you're speaking to me right now" and I went to a different window and he followed the person at the window and told him not to attend me. I write this as I sit in the drive through line. At this point, it has been 22 minutes and 2 cars have moved. This pharmacy is always slow. Service is horrible. Personalities are nowhere to be found. And smiles, good luck. When you are bombarded with irritated customers because your service sucks, it's hard to muster up more than a defeated "next". The fastest service I have ever received was quite a story. No line, but everyone in the pharmacy was busy doing something. Someone eventually looked up and said they'd be with me shortly. Then someone asked if I was there for a pick up. When I explained I was giving the wrong prescription, suddenly the actual pharmacist, and not a tech, came rushing over. I had never seen someone behind the counter at this location move so fast. I only come here because it is required. Otherwise, my business would go anywhere else. read more

It is very normal for the CVS pharmacy on FM 423 to have insane wait times in the pharmacy drive through. The staff are hard working, professional and great to interact with...but waiting for 1 car to be at the window for 20 minutes (I timed it) is ludicrous. Get these folks some help! read more

Came here the first time to get a covid test and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was kind, efficient, and professional. I brought my 4 year old along as well and they made her feel comfortable and answered all of her questions down to what their favorite fruit was. This pharmacy is poorly managed. They are discriminatory and have little compassion for their patients. The pharmacists there are a liability to CVS Corp. I spent 3 hours on hold today. My physician was hung up on after 1 hour. Devyn and Riff were extremely rude when I asked why I was notified of my Rx's being ready, then told when I got there and waited for 8 cars to go through that they were OUT of my medicine. First off, the night shift early morning girl is awesome!!! Sidney the manager is awesome!! Besides that the rest of the staff is a nightmare!!! Most of all the early morning guy that's there around 6 am. He could care less about anything!!! I think he's dead inside. Mind you I have great insurance and always have my stuff together. It's not like I'm one of these customers that everything is a mess and has no clue what's going on. So to make me mad is very difficult! I think he literally tries to go out of his way to make your visit there as sad and miserable and as frustrating as possible!!!! God forbid you ask a question, cuz he has one answer. "I don't know" and the way he says it makes you want to jump off a bridge. Because you can read right through him. You know he's saying with the intent of I don't care!!! Came to this location because it's the only 24 hour pharmacy. Even though I was in time to fill the prescription at another location I decided to play it safe. Arrived to their system being down, not their fault but the way customers were told was unprofessional. I left to eat came back and was told system was still down but I can go to a different location which I did just to find out the first location had my order in process so the second store can't to anything until the first store releases the order. I attempted to call and was on hold for over 20 minutes before I decided to go back. When i returned the system was up so I waited in line again just to find out they filled only one prescription and I had to wait another 20 minutes. I understand the system went down but communication works wonders. I will never come to a CVS AGAIN. read more

The only reason to go to this pharmacy is when your insurance makes them the only one they use. One would surely die or suffer from extreme pain if they depended on this place of business. This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are constantly busy... like lines across the store busy. Evidently, they can't or won't hire enough staff to meet the demand. I'm a big believer in setting expectations- my wife was trying to get a prescription refilled and store was out of stock. Expectation was set that medicine would be in next day- great, no problem we have two days till out. I follow up two days later to pick up the prescription and found out they never ordered. They were reluctant to refill and transfer in the first place. The tech encouraged us to use the cvs target 3 miles away because they were too busy to help us. The Kroger pharmacy is much more efficient, even Walgreens across the street. Hopefully they will hire more people to help during their rushes. read more

I just don't get it. My phone is sending me text messages that my prescriptions will be returned if not picked up within 3 days. Problem is, I went to the CVS to retrieve whatever is still sitting there; register dude is adamant that there is nothing waiting for me. Did I get a call? If they didn't call, the prescription isn't ready. But I got text messages (I show him my phone) - maybe it's at a different location? (If he has my profile up, he should be able to see that, right?) This is like 9:30 or 10pm - but even with the low volume of customers, dude is having a hard time with this. I finally give up and go home empty-handed. Then another text message comes.......... hurry and pick up your waiting prescriptions!! Can't even give this place one star. I'm sorry but they are just terrible. They don't answer the phone. I had a prescription called in yesterday morning and the pharmacy never filled it. I called and waited on hold for 25 minutes before giving up. Not the first time I've called and no one ever answers. When I went to there the next morning after waiting 20 minutes for them to help the one person in front of me they first said insurance wouldn't pay it and tried to say it was a first time prescription. Just basically gave me a run around. I told them I've been taking it for years and two seconds later they said yes it's $10. They just didn't want to be bothered?? The girl at the front counter at the pharmacy was HORRIBLE. I have never had to pick up medicine and was unsure of the process- even today when I was at the doctors they explained they would submit my prescription electronically. When I walked up the counter and gave her my information, she could not locate my information. She looked for about 3 minutes, came back and said they had received nothing. I was at the doctors at 2:30pm this afternoon, giving them 3 hours to fill my prescription.... when the doctors office told me most likely 30 minutes. I didn't have my phone with me as I was dropped off by a friend while they went across the street to drop off a package, so I politely asked the lady if she could call the doctors office for me (because I had the receipt from my doctors visit), to confirm and she said, no. I then proceeded to ask if I could use her phone to call them myself, and she also said no- without any hesitation. She did not care that I drove all the way in traffic and told me I'd have to come back later. I then proceeded to walk out, walk next door across the street and ask to use their phone. They let me use their phone, no problem. I called the doctors office, they confirmed the order went through on their end and they then called CVS and were put on hold for 5 minutes. CVS said they had a patient they were helping. Moral of the story is- I have never dealt with someone so rude and inconsiderate. Definitely would not recommend this location, these people don't care. So... I will be driving home, having the doctors office switch my location just so I don't have to deal with that sort of customer service. Absolutely disgusting. Let me start this review off by saying I very rarely give 1 star reviews. I'm a retail manager and understand bad reviews are damaging. No one ever likes visiting a pharmacy. It's always busy, employees are stressed and customers are usually sick and grumpy. My very own husband is always grumpy waiting in line at the pharmacy and is one of those customers who probably ruins a poor techs day. He is so terrible I don't allow him to go because I feel bad for the employees. Now every visit to this CVS has been a hassle. I move my scripts from one CVS to this one when we moved. Nothing was put on auto refill, and this was after it took two different visits and four different people to try and get it done. Their computer systems must be a joke or they are not trained. They lost a rx for a drug that has to be hand written on special paper. Our doctor actually charges $10 per script because this is a drug that is abused. We dropped it off on a Friday night and asked for it to be filled asap. Two days went by, no call, no text so we went up there to find out it was lost. We had to wait 4 hours till that employee arrived to work to find it. Once found it took 6 hours to fill...That was the first huge annoyance. Many other little issues happened between them and now. Too many "little" things to write and remember. The last thing to happen was a seasonal allergy drug was filled at this location back in late March. I got a text asking if I wanted one rx filled and I replied yes. When I went to pick it up I asked about the seasonal allergy meds and they couldn't find it. Not as in on the shelf filled, they couldn't find it in the computer. After 8 minutes another tech found it and said it was at my old location. I showed her the bottle that they filled in March and she still said the other CVS had it. I asked her to transfer it and she said I would have to go to the other one. Uh no, no that's not how it works. The CVS you want to fill the drug request the other location to transfer it. We told them that and they said sorry not sorry. She was nice enough to say there was an over the counter alternative. I said yes I know but I want my rx. She then went on to tell me there was no difference at all. I was annoyed to say the least. I asked her to get the alternative and ring it up for me. She said I would have to come in because it was on the shelf. I asked her to guess about how much it was, knowing it was around $60 for a 30 day supply. She estimated $50 and I said okay how much is my rx. A few clicks and it hit her...1.94 for 90 days. I get my doctor to write the script for a reason. This simply added to my frustration. My past bad experiences they tried to help. They did everything they could to right the wrong. That is all I ask. My past reviews would of been a 3 but I didn't review them because I feel they can never win. Well this was the it! My Negative review is here to stay. Get it together pharmacy staff. At least make it look like you are trying. Perception goes a LONG way in customer experience. read more

I went to this CVS pharmacy store today and had a horrible experience. The lady by the name Rukshana is extremely rude and arrogant every time I have seen her. There is a boy by the name Casy. he was also very rude , arrogant and cycnical who was extremely disrespectful and both of them do not understand what customer service is. it is not in them because they were both extrememly rude, cynical and arrogant. I would say the boy was worse. When I ask the boy something he acts like he does not know English. I have been going there for years and I buy 3 bottles of weight loss support pretty much every month. In addition I buy other other things on a random basis and I use that pharmacy also. This is the last time i am going to the store because of the horrible customer experience from casey and rukshaana. I've called for 3 consecutive days waited to speak with someone literally over 20 minutes before I hung the first time , second was 12 minutes. Today being 12/23/20 I called leaving Sherman to my home in litttle elm , the whole way on hold , 1hr and 8 minutes . not even worth a one star review. two months ago they put my prescription under my husbands name and said it was not there. my husband has never seen the Dr that wrote the prescription. this week has been constant lies and disrespect. I had 5 scripts sent over not knowing the price went up drastically on 4. So I asked Market Street to retrieve 4 of them which would save me $350. The pharmacist refused to give them to Market Street. So I had to call the Dr and have them send them to Market Street. I called and he yelled at me for wanted them to go there. Then he took it upon himself to only fill 30 days of the one I left there. I asked where was the other 60 days. He told me it was for only 30 days. so I called the Dr and they called him. He LIED and said my insurance would only cover 30 days a time. We have no insurance that pays prescriptions. I use Good RX. Thats why I left that one there. Normally would be $1000 for three months but could get it for $300 with Good RX. So I called him again and he said he would give me the 60 days I should have gotten. Again he on filled 30. So I had to call again and argue with him to get the meds that was written for 90 days at a time to get him to do his job. I have been respectful the whole time because he had already proven he will hold things hostage. I will now get it filled at any other CVS but this one. I have called customet service a filed another complaint. read more
