I really like this particular CVS. The customer service is always great and plentiful. I feel that there's a vast array of products for all ethnicities. Whenever there's a sale there's a lot of the product you're interested in purchasing. My favorite reason for shopping at this CVS location is that it's almost as great as a beauty supply store. My items of interest are always available and I can use a % off coupon and extra bucks when purchasing them. I don't have to worry about ordering online from another retailer. read more

I went to pick up an order I placed online and browsed a few sale items. There was a guy near the register, but he wasn't wearing any CVS apparel and didn't offer to help me. I eventually went to find someone who worked there, and he followed me around the store. It got awkward when he startled me as I went to speak to another employee toward the back of the store, asking for assistance. He then asked the employee for his keys, trying to play it off, before offering to help me. Why not just offer assistance upfront instead of following me around? Poor customer service. read more

This is the worst CVS known to man. When I called to pick up a photo order, the manager would not even come to the phone to help me figure out how to transfer my order to another CVS. Then when I asked for her, the employee on the phone gave me the name Elsa, and I could literally hear the manager in the background saying no I'm not gonna talk on the phone that's why you're here so I don't have to work and do those kinds of things to her employee and she kept just to pick up the phone when I asked for her name again the woman on the phone said her managers name was Ms. Yuna???? Honestly, I'm shocked that a manager would not pick up a phone for a simple question she should be fired because obviously she does not know how to do her job and obviously she treats all her employees terribly. read more

I waited in line for 20 to 30 minutes, and as I pulled up to the window, they shut the screen and I needed my antibiotic for my UTI and I was hurting and they didn't care and they had just been sent my prescription! What is the point in having you doctor send your prescription straight to the pharmacy? So it's ready sooner? This place don't start filling it till you get there. Why? "Oh, I will have it expedited so it will be ready in 10-15 minutes." Why not an hour ago when it was sent to you? If it only takes 10-15 minutes to fill then why wasn't it waiting when I got there? 6-8 ppl behind the counter, most on the phone. Better get it filled somewhere else or call ahead so they can know to fill the prescription they received an hour prior. read more

This is by far the best cvs I have ever been to. Everyone is super nice and quick. I usually hate going to cvs because the people are rude and it takes forever in the pharmacy but that is not the case here. The store is a very nice and clean and in a great location. read more

I wanted to like this CVS because it's the closest location to my new home in Savannah, but I've never had such consistently bad experiences at a pharmacy: refills being messed up, unnecessary delays, lack of communication...the list goes on and on. From the looks of the reviews, it seems like the location was off to a good start a couple years ago, but the more recent reviews of the last year should give you some insight into just how terribly this pharmacy is being run. I do my best to avoid negative reviews of all kinds, but I'm now on day 3 of being without a medication because of the pharmacy's incompetence, and this is just the most recent incident in an obvious pattern. I hope CVS Corporate does something about this ASAP. People's health is on the line here. (Note: the staff of the CVS itself are very nice. This review is only for the pharmacy.) read more

This should show 1 star and 0 if I could do it. This is the worst place I have ever used, 3 hours after dropping my prescription off and they are still not getting it done. They told me 2-3 hours max. They want me to move to the end of line. I said no. They said move or we are calling the cops, I said go ahead. You wasted my time so I am wasting yours. I told them I will leave after I post my review on Yelp. I am sick and tired of people disrespecting my time. I have been here twice now and still no prescription. Head's up for those looking to get PASSPORT PHOTOS! DO NOT come here for passport photos. The lady that helped me (God bless her) did her best with the Nikon camera that they have behind the front desk but after 4 attempts, the photo she took was blurry. She reassured me that it was fine and that all the others that she had taken for other customers never get kicked back by the Department of State review process and even ran the photo through some kind of digital check list. I was skeptical but the photo passed the digital check list program so I paid the $15 and submitted the 2x2 photos with my passport application. 4 months later, I get a rejection letter from the government because my photo is too blurry and I need to resubmit. I will NOT be coming back to this location and will take my chances with taking a photo at home. read more

This place is terrible. They have on multiple occasions not filled our prescriptions. My wife went to pick up her prescription they said they didn't receive one. She goes back to the doctor the next day and he call with my wife to this location and they tell him they have it and its ready to be picked up. She goes back in and again they don't have it and act like shes a crazy person. This is the 4th time they have done something like this to us. Absolute worst pharmacy ever. Short older lady that runs pharmacy is so rude and hung up on me the first time I called, gave me the wrong medication and then tried to cover her tracks, and then was rude again when I called. I don't think she is qualified to work in a pharmacy please CVS fire her. I have never had a problem with cvs until her. I will be contacting the manager at cvs as well to let them know their pharmacy needs to be evaluated for customer service and please everyone needs to know how to speak English and read english. Recently moved to the area and had to find a new pharmacy, I'm so happy I have found this one. The staff is courteous, efficient and very helpful. They are extremely busy but it's worth the short wait. I did notice today that they will be closed for 45 minutes at 1:30 so the pharmacist can have lunch. I applaud CVS for this! read more

Literally have nothing good to say about this store except that the employees are nice enough. It's extremely difficult to get to, especially after work when traffic is heavy. Wait times are horrific whether you go pick up your prescription or overpay for their delivery. I paid almost $10 for my meds to be delivered to me. Waited hours past the delivery time frame. Tried calling the store and couldn't get anyone to answer for an hour. Called customer care and they had no clue what I was talking about even though I had an email receipt. Waited in severe pain, barely able to breathe because my throat was so inflamed, only to have to go get it myself. Pretty livid to say the least. This CVS is THE best CVS I have ever been to. I have been on the same medication for the last 5 years and could NEVER get the other CVS stores in the area to place orders for my medication so I have them when I need them. The pharmacist at this location followed up with me, by phone, to let me know the Dr sent over scripts different from what I've been taking, she made sure to actually have the medications in stock and available for fill when I needed them. She also, went through the trouble to transfer all my medications to just the one store, per my request. I'm so very happy that I will not have to make countless calls to find my medications and drive to various stores around the metroplex to pick them up. Thank you! read more

Worst pharmacy ever. Had a prescription sent here, and rather than actually check to see if my prescription was there, they sent me to the other CVS on the other side of town. When I arrived at the other CVS location, they said the prescription wasn't there and it was back at the original CVS location I visited. Of course, the prescription was there all along. They just didn't bother to check correctly, and wasted a lot of time and unnecessary pain for a patient. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

The two stars is for the store it self. Staff always say hi to customers as they walk in... store is clean... The missing stars are directly for the pharmacy. Waste of 42 min ever waiting for flu shot and the place is not busy. There's no respect for our time and the discrimination for Asian is noticeable! We came in right when they open and there was a flu shot customer ahead of us. Getting the place prep, the info, and the medicine is fine.. understable. What I don't understand is you rather helped the one that comes in after customers waiting for pick up. I don't care what is is, but if you make one wait that long, others need to wait. I have things to do, who sits around and wait for unmanageable pharmacy to waste our time of day. There's no "oh we're getting paperworks ready." There's no "oh we're preparing the meds." There's no "oh we're about to be ready." So I as the customer can work my schedule around and not be late for my next appointment! You see others come in and go but we're sitting there waiting with NO COMMUNICATION! Horrible customer service from the pharmacy department. Shoutout to R., for trying to get us some discount. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They are rude, lose prescriptions and don't take any accountability when they are proven wrong by the dr.s office. It happened multiple times at this location, and then multiple times back and they still struggled with common sense. It's clear that they don't care either as the drive thru runs at a snails pace and all the people there look like they have no idea what's going on. Do not go here for your pharmacy needs. I went to pick up my prescription after getting a text message that it was ready for pick up, but when I arrived they said they didn't have it and it was never called in. I called my Dr.'s office to confirm they had sent it, and they confirmed and said they have been having many problems with this local CVS. After confirming they had again resent the prescription, I went hours later to pick it up only for them to tell me they still haven't received it. At this point I was annoyed and went to another CVS (off Preston and 1st) who not only saw the prescription but also saw my Dr. had sent in the original prescription days before. They are all very incompetent at this location and judging by my Dr.'s offices issues with them it is a reoccurring theme. read more

You want your prescriptions? Well don't both on them contacting you to let them know you're ready. Absolutely the worst pharmacy. I have trouble with them every-time. And getting a hold of someone? Forget it. They play the blame game with every time I have a prescription filled here. My doctor called in an order over two weeks ago and I called them twice to tell me it wasn't ready. I call my doctor and my doctor tells me they sent it over the day of my appointment. I call CVS back only to discover they looked at the wrong name. So I tell them I will pick up my medicine the next day. As I proceed to do so, they then tell me I am past the 14 day period and they will need two hours to re-file everything through insurance. I call them back and ask for everything to be transferred to another pharmacy, "you will need to call that pharmacy and have them schedule it with us", then proceeds to hang up. Staff here is so awesome. Was needing help to see if another store had an item and not only did they confirm on the computer but called several stores to make sure they actually had the items in the size I needed. About 10 days ago I went into CVS to have a prescription filled. I had to pay cash for the prescription, over 700.00. The pharmacist over heard my conversation with the clerk (don't know his name)but he stopped what he was doing and told me to go ask my doctor for another prescription that would be over 200 cheaper. I thanked him and left I came back the next day with a new prescription. The pharmacist, Anita was just as nice she helped the clerk put in another coupon so I could get additional off, then told me to wait so she could go over the proper way to use the drug. I know there are a lot of people who get upset cause they have to wait at the pharmacy. There are a lot of sick people out there who need someone to care about their wellbeing. The pharmacist is not just standing in the back looking at a screen. There are protocols they have to look at. They have to make sure that any drug interactions are not fatal. New and clean store. All very well organized and prices identified. However, customer rewards machine and excellent customer service was lacking. Equipment: The coupon machine is not working properly. Display said coupons printing, but nothing printed out. When I asked for help, machine was restarted to reset. I tried again nothing... Staff: initial contact did not follow-up with customer. Second contact was at checkout. Informed the cashier and she did not acknowledge, but simply performed the transaction at hand. I love the convenience of this location, but customer service needs improvement. read more
