First they don't notify you when your script is ready. Seeing as my daughter takes the same medication every month. She says no I have to call Saturday to make sure they have it. That's when I lost it. You have my daughter script already You know I come every month to get this but you are telling me knowing this you may not have it. She goes on to say she can't reserve her medication. How are you reserving medication that you know your customer gets every month. You would think these medications are ordered regularly based on supply and demand. The pharmacist knowing I only have 2 pills left. Is telling me come Saturday to call them again and they may not have her medication. As if I can wait 3 days for them to get her medication in. This is not good customer service and working in the medical field you expect better. I understand it may to soon for the insurance to approve but I have picked up her pills before a day or so earlier with no problems. They didn't even attempt to see if the insurance would approve it.
