I am appalled that CVS has a pharmacist working in their facility that has the nastiest, rudest and unprofessional attitude like she does. This pharmacy is unfortunately the worst I have ever seen, mainly because of her. When needing help with prescriptions and insurance this woman is not helpful at all. My insurance had given me information to pass along to the pharmacy so that they could call to get approval in order for me to get my meds and the hateful pharmacist told me, (Thats on you, not my job to call the insurance). God is my witness, we will never use this CVS in Liberty, Texas again. I pray for the folks that have to work there with that woman. read more

If I could chose zero stars I would. I went in to pick up a script that I get every three months. Mind you I get the med every three months and never have a co-pay as I have two pharmacy insurances. This time they said it was $1000.00 copay. After picking my chin up off the floor, I asked if they had pulled both insurances. Then they said it needed a breath. So I called CareMark and they verified that there was already a preauth until Feb 3, 2026. So I then called my secondary insurance which is Tricare Prime. They said they had not been billed. So I went in and basically the Pharmacist said they hade already done everything they were supposed. And that was that. So I went back to Caremark and they called the pharmacy and processed the claim and then told me that my portion was now $1800.00. Wait, it went up. Good grief. I called Tricare Prime again and they said they the pharmacy had not billed them. So the pharmacist said she would call Tricare Prime and call me that afternoon. They did not. I had to call the pharmacy the next day. At which time they called Tricare Prime. It finally got sorted out but just being told that they had done their job was not sufficient. I live 15 miles away and this Pharmacy is the closest one. I may transfer my meds to a other CVS even if I have to drive further away. I just feel they did only the bare minimum to help me. They had the ability to care both insurances directly but instead I had to do it. I was in the parking calling around for over an hour. It might be the time to find CVS somewhere that is more helpful. read more

Yelling at me across the floor when waiting at the Consult with pharmacist line isn't professional by the pharmacist herself!!!! What if my question had been personal? Do you think maybe some people don't want to feel awkward for asking something or just simply don't want their business yelled out there!!!! I do however love this one lady that has been there forever. She always waits on me in the drive thru & if it wasn't for her great service I wouldn't have any reason to return to this cvs for my prescriptions. read more

I am a CMA at a doctors office and had a lot of complaints from patients on the pharmacist there being rude, unprofessional, and not consumer friendly at all. I have called up there for medication refills and tried to get information for prior authorizations and was hung up on and not a friendly tone at all when answering the phone. I was on hold TWICE this afternoon...first time about 30 minutes, then I hung up and waited on hold another HOUR while putting up Christmas decorations. Finally, still listening to that awful music and " busy helping other customers", I drove that way. Less than half a mile away (they must have tracking), the pharmacist answered. Said sorry I had to wait so long after I told her about the wait and no, the specialty order hadn't arrived but was supposed to today. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this location. I've gotten messages of prescriptions being ready and get there and they're not, signing up for auto refills and they don't be ready. Yesterday I even got a text message for one of mine being ready and I had picked it up the day before. read more

Terrible pharmacy. They have actually told me on occasion that they could not fill my RX because someone had called in. My doctor called in prescriptions yesterday and I came in today and was told she would fill them after she helped the other 4 customers in the store. I am beyond angry . I am glad my insurance has changed and I do NOT have to use CVS anymore read more

I am so SICK of the fact that every single time, without fail, my purchase somehow gets messed up. It's either that my CVS card somehow doesn't scan, so I don't get any of my rewards. Or it's that my rewards "don't work". Or something doesn't scan for the actual price that it's on sale for. And then, magically, NO ONE knows how to make it work or give me my money back, compensate me.. SOMETHING. If you can't handle all that comes with your extra bucks, sales, weekly ads, etc.. then you should probably just stop trying to make it work. I will steer clear of this store for quite a while. read more

If I could give this CVS store 0 stars, I would! This Is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. You wait in line for 45 minutes to an hour because they're so cheap that they won't let any more than one person work at a time...... meaning 1 person working the inside AND the outside. The far right lane is completely closed and has been for over a year (again, too cheap to fix it) and that means only 1 person working both the inside and the outside ONE lane. Not to mention the lady is very rude and takes forever when you finally get up to the window! It would almost be quicker for people in Liberty to drive to Dayton to the Walgreens to get their prescriptions because even with the drive time it still would be faster. Walgreens in Dayton is awesome and super fast every time.......CVS in Liberty is a shi* show! And no I don't work for Walgreens, I work in downtown Houston so when I drive into work I always drop off and pick up at the Walgreens in Dayton. But when I work from home and need a prescription filled I have to go to CVS and it is a horrible experience every single time! read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy! Their customer service is not good, and the pick up line is as slow as molasses! To make matters worse they only have one lane open because the second lane is for dropping off prescriptions only. I will be switching over all of my prescriptions to brookshire bro's! read more
