This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. No stars was not an option. Nearly every single experience with the staff is a nightmare. I have the same meds ordered every month, but they NEVER have it on hand. This is important psychiatric medication, for my bipolar 1 and schizophrenia, yet they make me beg for it every month. I am at their mercy because I live in a rural area with very few pharmacies. This is SO unacceptable and unprofessional. Poor app based experience.. Hit or miss on the customer service experience. Had one lady in the late afternoon who wasn't as pleasant as the other lady who helped me at the drive thru who I thanked for being kind and respectful. The absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I don't know how many times I've gone to pick up medication and it's not made available. They've had multiple kinds of excuses. Today it's supposed to be open a but due to illness the pharmacy is closed. I never heard of that before. I don't know who is in charge of the pharmacy but they should be fired. read more

All the entitled humans who go to this Walgreens is what makes it horrible. The staff is amazing. I legitimately can't complain about any human I've encountered in this store. Yes the wait time for pharmacy is long, doesn't the entire country know people rather not work and everywhere is short staffed? They do their best with what they're given. It's a remote area with minimal pharmacy options, don't like waiting, go somewhere else then. It's entirely out of their control how busy the pharmacy is and the fact they have to wait a few extra days for their meds to come in. I can't believe the attitude from the Walgreens location in Cleveland TX. When calling to check on prescription issues they rarely give you their names. This is because they are so rude and they don't want you to have their names when you report issues. Having to wait for prescriptions 3-4 days is unacceptable. Walgreens knows there are limited access to prescriptions in Cleveland so they continue with poor service because they just don't care. Do not waste your time here better off going to Brookshires or Walmart. The customer service here is absolutely unacceptable. Brought my prescription in and the lady with blonde hair and green eyebrows was so rude!! Over heard the workers saying my prescription would be ready by 5:51 but "tell her to just come back tomorrow at 11am since we close at 6pm". Wow. Who's in charge of these people? Would give them zero stars if possible. Scheduled a covid test. They were the only ones available. Drove the 50 minutes there. Wait about 20 minutes in the drive through line just to be told that the approval canceled because they don't have the supplies. Said I should have gotten an email to notify me. If I could give this location no stars I would. Walgreens is holding Cleveland, Texas hostage. They are slow and very inefficient. They place folks on hold forever on the telephone. They are obviously understaffed and work in a small confined space. They text folks that prescriptions are ready and when a customer arrives it's not ready. No professional at all. My PCP placed an order on Friday morning for an increase on my diabetic injection. Guess what most people would think it would be ready that evening or perhaps the next day. But it's ready on Monday maybe!!! Then I call to get my prescription on Saturday when I'm due to take it they place me on hold, conveniently, until their lunch break and disconnect me. I'm furious and extremely disappointed. I hope that this one pharmacy town we'll get another pharmacy that will treat their customers better!! read more

Tonight's visit. Pharmacy drive thru. Rude female employee in gray. Not friendly at all. Tossed meds in drawer, saying nothing then turned around. It's always such a friendly experience at this drive thru. I take care of people and often have to pick up meds. No other Walgreens are the pharmacy staff like this. read more

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. I felt so horrible for the lady working there. There were three other employees there talking chatting about how horrible Walgreens treats their employees. The girl who was helping me turned around and said " hey ,there someone there, can you help" . The lazy employee turned and said okay and turned back and they kept laughing and chatting mean while the phone had rang three times not one of those ladies picked it up and I know one of them was me as I was standing there. not one of them picked up the phone. I was a CVS customer for the last 6 years and CVS closed my location in Cleveland, Texas. CVS transferred my Prescription to Walgreens in Cleveland, Texas. Today was my first visit there. I recently lost my job and thus my insurance so with my heart problems my medication cost over $500.00 for a 90 day supply and the Pharmacist signed me up for their program to help the uninsured and saved me over $400.00. I was very great-full She went out of her way and she made me a loyal Walgreens customer! read more

I wish I could give this location a zero star. This is absolutely the worst Walgreens ever. If you can at all help it, do not ever waste your time shopping at this Walgreens if you need to get a prescription filled. You can plan on waiting at least 20 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a prescription that was filled 2 hours previously. I believe they're either completely incompetent or they're actually filling prescriptions as people pull up. If my health insurance wasn't forcing me to use another pharmacy besides CVS I would never ever ever ever spend another penny at Walgreens in Cleveland Texas. The poor excuse for an employee running the drive thru actually told me when I complained about how long it had taken in the drive thru that the gentleman in front of me who had 5 prescriptions had to go in the store and she had to help him before me!!! I have been there several times and they are always busy. They get yelled at and customers use such fowl language and they have to take. What is wrong with you people. I stood there one day and a man just kept yelling at the young girl behind the counter and nothing.. AND I MEAN NOTHING was done. Granted the customer is right but not in this instants.
