I understand that being barefoot can be a safety concern, and I'm always responsible for my child, but there was a much nicer way to address the situation. It was a quick stop, and I was fully aware of the situation. I've seen people come into Love's dressed in much less, so it was frustrating to see so much concern over my toddler being barefoot for a moment. i don't have any complaints about the food or the store itself, but unfortunately, my experience…read morewith one of the employees was very disappointing. alyssa was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me over a buffalo chicken stick. i had taken a bite of one before paying, and when she asked how many i had, i told her i had two. which was the the one i had bitten and the one that was untouched. it's not like i was trying to take anything without paying for it yk. but the way she spoke to me and handled the situation was completely unnecessary. she was so rude and impatient that i had to physically show her both items outside of the bag just to prove what i had told her was true. i understand employees have to do their jobs and make sure things are paid for, but there is a respectful way to handle situations like this. her behavior was so immature, unprofessional, and disrespectful. i really hope management addresses this because customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or treated bad over something that could have been handled calmly and respectfully. so yeah. i have no issue with loves itself, but the customer service from this employee definitely affected my experience.
