I have the same meds ordered every month, but they NEVER have it on hand. This is important psychiatric medication, for my bipolar 1 and schizophrenia, yet they make me beg for it every month. I am at their mercy because I live in a rural area with very few pharmacies. This is SO unacceptable and unprofessional.
