I'm new to Lehigh Acres Fl, I chose the CVS Pharmacy located @ 1350 lee Blvd Lehigh Acres Fl, I've attempted to pick up one of my prescriptions 5X & give 5 different lies by incompetent Pharmacy staff; 1. I called the week of the 9th of June & was told I could pick up on June 15, 2. I text via their app to find out the earliest time I could pick up on the 15th & was advised I couldn't pick up till 16th 3. I texted on 16th & was told I couldn't pick up till 17th & the person hung up when I got upset & loud 4. I went to the Store, Spoke to Lucy the supervisor & was advised that I couldn't pick up till the 18th *** in America the New Day begins after Midnight 5. Apparently someone gave them the wrong number on accident or purpose. They have been calling me every single day, multiple times a day. It's funny how they can blow up my phone everyday but when I try to call them back to tell them they have they the wrong number no one answers, sitting on hold forever. Still this pharmacy continues to not improve constantly i and other patients are put in hard situations by there negligence. My doctors have to call in scripts 3 and 4 times before they attach it to correct profile. They tried to sell me some one else's meds not paying attention. I never had this problem with other pharmacies i have used but unfortunately my work forces us to use cvs with the insurance they provide. I have made formal complaints to management and reported various breach of protocols to fl board of pharmacists hope others reading do the same as instances occur otherwise nothing will continue to get done. read more

SO MANY THINGS! If I could give ZERO stars for this pharmacy, it would be too many. I have for the last 9 years had to put up with CVS because that is where my insurance is accepted. Continually they have not filled prescriptions for up to a month or more, lied about having ordered medications, when you bring up your concerns you are met with statements like ' okay is there anything else I can help you with?' What have you helped me with??? I am a chronic migraine sufferer and on more than one occasion this location has NOT filled my prescription after multiple attempts of telling them I need my medication. I understand we are all overwhelmed right now but at least own up to your company's mistakes and when a manager is asked for they need to respond. They never take anything seriously and certainly not the well-being of any of the patients that need their prescriptions filled in a timely manner. On many occasions they have lied saying they don't have the prescription from the doctors office when I heard the provider calling it in, thus delaying starting care for my sick child. I am just plain sick of the lack of service, professionalism and sense of urgency for medications. If you treat your employees anything like they treat the customers I can see why it is such an awful store and experience all around. read more

I dropped off my prescription for a controlled medication and they lost it. They "had no record of it" and were less than helpful when I asked them to call my doctors office and let them know what happened. I spoke to the assistant manager Kim and idiotic pharmacy staff who said there was nothing they could do... exact words of Kim "our hands are tied". I will never spend another dime in this store again & I will do my best to ensure that everyone I come in contact with knows how horrible this store is. read more

If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. The lack of urgency, professionalism and customer service is beyond poor. Waited an HOUR on a RX that "was being filled" only to drive up to the window curious to know what's going on, just to be told "oh we don't have it." Then I was told to take it to Walgreens down the road. This is my 3 encounter with this CVS in Lehigh with their lack of knowledge and care. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with , they have marked up some generic medications $200.00 to $300.00 more than other pharmacies in town, if you are paying out of pocket , don't even think about this place, many Elderly men take Sildenafil to help them with some sensitive issues most insurance companies will not cover they have these marked the same as the brand name, go to Leeland Pharmacy 700 Leeland Heights Blvd W. Ste 100 you may see an 80% decrease in the price , don't pay extra. Note if there is an issue with your medication after waiting 20-30 minutes to drop it off in their drop off line , then you wait 15-30 in the pick up line , you get to the counter to pay and then they tell you there is a problem they will send you back to the drop off line to find out 15-30 min wait again , many of our Elderly and Vets can not endure standing this long in lines , their drive through will send you inside likewise so you can wait some more , the staff can be rude and spiteful if you dare complain about anything , watch out ! They will get revenge. Stay away from this CVS there is one on the corner of Martin Luther King and Colonial[Lee] if you have to use CVS go there instead, they treat people better , but beware there also CVS is in with certain drug companies , shop around especially if you have to pay out of pocket but even if you don't , you help keep premiums down by doing so. I have to give at least a star to post this review but if I could this poor excuse for a pharmacy would be in the negative. Please do not get your CDL medical exam here. You will lose your license. They refused to give me my (Medical Examiner's Certificate) I submitted what they would give me, and my license was disqualified, got a $160 violation ticket and lost my CDL. Now have to go to court to straighten things out. Poorly trained personnel. I hate CVS. read more

After being on hold for over an hour. (See Picture for proof) I drove over there to see 3 to 4 employees laughing hanging out. I question why I was put on eternal hold, and the Dark skin girl with a long weave just laughed. They all got together for a while in a huddle and came back to me with the conclusion that it was the new girl. The knowledge that these employees have is elementary! My husband went to get the medication for my son. And they couldn't fill it because they didn't know the bin number. We all have the same insurance! He said just look at mine. The employee said their not allowed to look at the parents insurance! Really. Wtf. The customer service is just heartless. I went to get antibiotics for my son and they weren't even capable of handling that. Zero stars. read more

This store is terrible. I changed my prescription from Publix to CVS because of my insurance. Publix is great...Not so CVS. I have been trying for over a week to get my prescriptions transferred from Publix to CVS and finally today it is done. It was a good thing I wasn't out of my meds. I have called the store 4 times in the past week and each time I was put on a long hold up to 30 minutes. I went to CVS last Tuesday to pick up my medicine (it was supposed to be ready) only to find that after waiting in line for 20 minutes that that had on record of my prescriptions. Then I was sent to the drop off window to check on the meds. The girl at the desk was not nice and then she pulled out a disheveled stack of papers that she went through. This took about 10 minutes and of course she found nothing. Finally the pharmacist got involved and called Publix and they sent my prescriptions over again. The pharmacist promised that they would be filled that day and he would personally call me when they were ready. He did not call so I called today and talked to him again and he told me my meds were now ready. There are other issues like a very messy prescription area. It 's no wonder they have trouble as they are in total disarray. I could go on but I think I made my point. Absolutely the worst CVS that I ever used. Don't ever go there between three and six. It is usually packed and the wait time is terrible. The service is slow and they seem to always find something wrong or can't find your prescription. No one seems to care if they wait on you or not. This is the worst store ever. Absolutely hate going there. Two years in a row, the pharmacy could not fill my prescriptions because their electronic systems were down. You can't reach a pharmacists because their phone system does not work, then drive to the store, stand in line with 6 other customers in front of you, to find out they don't have your prescription because of THEIR poor operating system. The company can fill your text messaging and voicemail with messages, but can't deliver on prescriptions. read more

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I dropped off my script at 11:03 AM. They told me it would be ready in 55 minutes. So I called them at 12:00. The recording said my script would be ready at 1:00. So I arrived at the CVS store at 1:15. After waiting in line for 15 minutes " there were 7 people in line ". I was told it wasn't ready and would be about 40 minutes. I lost it!!! I told the clerk I dropped off my prescription 2 1/2 hours ago. And how the hell does it take 2 1/2 hours to fill a script. She said wait a minute. She went to the pharmacist then returned to me and said. He's going to do it right now. This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. It's no wonder every other review of this pharmacy is horrible. I only wish I would have read them before I went there. I'll never go there again. If you're thinking about going there be prepared for the same thing. After talking to people Every one has the same horrible experience I had. I would be better to drive an hour away to a different pharmacy. just to avoid the aggravation. I will never ever go here again. read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They are far too understaffed for the amount of business they have. Prescriptions take hours to fill, even when it's a refill of a fairly common drug. The lines are always at least five people deep, with the current status being 10 people in line and another 10 standing around, waiting for their prescription to be filled. The intercom system is constantly announcing more pharmacy calls, with three to four calls constantly being on hold. I would highly suggest that people find any other pharmacy out there and avoid this one unless they enjoy waiting. CVS corporate headquarters ought to be ashamed of themselves for this piss poor managing of a pharmacy. If they would perhaps staff it properly, they may be able to keep their business. As is, I'll be happy to transfer my prescriptions to a place that has a basic grasp of how to hire enough people to actually fill a prescription. (I've been waiting over 3 hours!) read more

The CVS in Lehigh Acres, Florida (off of Lee Blvd./Homestead) sucks! As mentioned before, the wait time in pharmacy and drive thru pharmacy is ridiculous. There is never enough help and often finding only one person at register. I have complained over and over for many years. CVS just ignores the problem which is very clear and evident to everyone. I have now moved my prescriptions to The Medicine Shoppe as well as five of my family members. I will no longer put up with this. The Medicine Shoppe is great and should have transferred everything a long time ago. Screw you CVS. Next time, listen to your customers. Waiting 45 minutes to an hour is UNACCEPTABLE. I absolutely HATE this CVS, especially their pharmacy. I only use them because it's conveniently located to my house. The pharmacy is always super busy with customers, there isn't enough staff to fill orders and deal with customer service. You would think the revenue they are making would be enough to hire more staff and have them train on customer service skills. I know it doesn't take much when the computer pretty much does it all. They don't even acknowledge you when you're standing there for 20 min. Their drive thru is pointless might as well go inside and stand in line. Two times so far my physician called in orders (electronically sent) and they said they never received them. Called my physicians to chew them out and they verified they sent it and provided time and confirmation when it was sent. Also, the front could use some extra help. There is always a line and never anyone to help with photos because they only assign one person to the front. CVS just needs to get it together, maybe because people are "just dealing" with it and not speaking up they figure oh well. read more
