Lehigh Pharmacy, When your tired of waiting up to a hour or…read moreso at the drive through of these big chain Pharmacies and you want to be treated like family Lehigh Pharmacy is no doubt the place you want for all your prescription needs, they have more help than 2-3 of the big chains just in the pharmacy alone, they make nearly every negative situation you might have into a positive, they just make it happen and as long as you call ahead your wait is never more than 10 minutes and majority of the time it's waiting on you ! They are extremely cordial, with empathy, and Integrity.... let's just say there way above the big box stores your treated once again like family and we have never had service like this before, and I'm counting my entire life, of 60 years, bottom line you might be with the rest, but you want to be treated like family, they are the best, we love the staff and you know doubt leave with a smile and maybe a little extra cash as well as somehow there able to beat even Walmarts prices for majority of your prescriptions. I called the week of the 9th of June & was told I could pick up on June 15, 2. I text via their app to find out the earliest time I could pick up on the 15th & was advised I couldn't pick up till 16th 3. I texted on 16th & was told I couldn't pick up till 17th & the person hung up when I got upset & loud 4. I went to the Store, Spoke to Lucy the supervisor & was advised that I couldn't pick up till the 18th *** in America the New Day begins after Midnight 5. While we were there picking up the scripts I asked the pharmacist for advice on a cream to help with husband's itchy skin (a side effect from his cancer treatment) and they sent me home with a cream that did a fantastic job of giving him some relief--much, much better than the recommendations we had received elsewhere. Also included a free first aid kit,pens, and a calendar magnet. Waited less then 10 minutes for them to be filled. Unlike CVS or Walgreens taking hours most of the time. I was the third car in line. When I arrived at the window the young lady told me it wasn't ready that they are unloading it from the truck. There was no truck around Walgreens. I talked to the pharmacist and he told me the same thing and that will be ready later and they will notify us. I live five minutes from Walgreens. As I pulled in the driveway they sent a notification that the medicine is ready for pickup. So they had it all the time just didn't want to look for it. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE WALGREENS!
