It is with regret that I am leaving this review. CVS is my go to drugstore and I have frequented…read morequite a few locations. This one is most convenient to the Fort Myers airport. On a visit yesterday afternoon a sole elderly employee stood watch at the front door. As I entered there was no greeting and understanding that people are not always in a cheery mood I smiled. She chose to respond by just turning away. Again, to each their own. I later noticed her helping some folks in the back of the store and I could tell that it would take a long slow walk for her to get back up to the register. As such I decided to take advantage of the self-checkout as most locations are now pushing that option. I scanned my item that happened to be Nyquil and painfully applied each discount/coupon from my extra care card. At this point she was now back at the register slowly helping to check someone out. The self-checkout prompts for me to wait for attendant due to the age restriction. The prompt is loud and I am now standing waiting for her to slowly get through her transaction. A gentleman next to me expressed his sympathy seeing that there was no expeditious option to finish the transaction. To my surprise she seemed to purposefully go even slower. Asking obvious questions of the current customer almost as though she was offended that I used self-checkout. After what seems to be forever I am expecting her to come over and do whatever is next for self-checkout. She lazily yells that she can take me over there while the customer is still there gathering her items. I just already went through most of the entire checkout process. Annoyed I told her to cancel. She yells "you can go I will clear it." I explain that I would like to ensure that all of the items taken from the extra care card are returned to the card. She shuffles all of the way over to me. Not once apologizing for the wait or inconvenience. Begins to cancel the transaction with an attitude and no offer to instead logically finish the transaction on the kiosk. I mention that it would be helpful to note on the kiosk that not all transactions can be carried out on there. She makes a snarky remark to the effect of it is a normal assumption. Just a rude miserable individual that does not belong in a CVS. I wasted so much time already that I was just happy to get out of there. Went to another CVS today and met with a pleasant and cordial employee. As it should be. The two stars are for the amazing pharmacy. You guys are awesome.

Some of our favorites are their ice bream bars, fudge cycles, wine and the roasted chicken, of course. We didn't get one today, though, as it was too late and they were about to close. I was informed the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced, but that it qualified for free replacement under warranty because of my millage. I was then told I had to prove i had an alignment recently or that warranty was void. I informed the gentlemen that the place that does my garage work was already closed for the day and I had no way of getting them proof right there on the spot. I'm a competition archer and had a very important meet that weekend, I couldn't wait to get this done so they voided the warranty out. They then told me that they only had two tires that would fit my car. Both tires were listed on the screen he showed me, under my vehicles make and model. A $100 tire and a $170 tire. I chose the cheaper one. As soon as i picked the cheaper tire, another tech stepped in and said, 'No, bad rating.' and I was explained to that the cheaper tire "Wasn't rated for your car and would cause an accident, we can't put that on." So i came in for a free flat repair, which turned into a warranty, which got voided, which became a $100 tire that showed on their computer as working for my car and was offered by there tech, but suddenly became a $170 tire when they knew i had no choice and they had me over a barrel. Now for the REAL problem. Clearly someone was either unhappy or just completely careless. They dropped my doughnut tire into the trunk with force. It bent the floor covering, damaged the 'spare tire' well and tore a chunk of the internal trunk facet off. I'm a disabled vet on a limited income. The $200 for a tire that should have been covered was bad by itself, but now there is actual physical damage to my vehicle, lowering its value and making it more difficult to store things in the trunk, including the spare. That is not just carelessness and casual disregard for someone else's property, but to do this on a job for a client shows a complete lack of respect for the people who choose to do business with you.
