It was an episode of Seinfeld about a pharmacy. My husband and I walk in, several people standing by the register apparently for several minutes. One customer is picking up an order of some sort, one lady needs change, one person doesn't want to use the kiosk and then more people come over. Apparently the store runs on one cashier and a floor person on a busy Saturday. People walking in and out, and not an employee in sight, not a great idea for inventory control. Employees were nice when they came over but I saw no manager and there were too few employees to adequately help customers and run the store. I went in to buy an Ace bandage. Couldn't find them in their disorganized shelves. Asked the pharmacy where I could find them, they said I had to talk to the store manager because they were responsible for stocking the shelves. She (manager) came out and waved her arm around saying over in that area. Which were regular band-aids. I told her again what I was wanting and tried to explain to her what it was, she hands me a roll of gauze!! I'm sorry, but this is ridiculous! A store manager that can't speak or understand English!!! So I went out to my car and ordered it on Amazon! I like to give local/box stores my business, but it's getting harder and harder! read more

Seriously, nobody answers the phone all day? Not even an option to leave message. Update you phone number if necessary.

Terrible service. The pharmacy only filled half the prescription and when we realized it and tried to call, you can not get anybody on the phone. Your only option is leaving a message. When someone did call back and I explained what happened they admitted it was their mistake. However, they explained I would have to call the Dr's office and have a new prescription called in. I explained that it was Saturday and nobody was there and I was out and needed the balance of the script today. Nothing they could do until Monday when their manager gets back. Their mistake caused me to go without my prescription and they want me to do their work calling the Dr. will never go back. This is not the first issue we have had with this place!!! read more

Self checkout and empty store early in the morning. Needed help with OTC items. Will return later or use online ordering. My health plan obligates members use CVS. New pharmacy hours posted. My wife prefers the competitor across the parkway. read more

This pharmacy is the worst I have seen here. For example, had a prescription and was notified. That day I went to the pharmacy and they said we cannot allow you to have it, your prescription expired yesterday. It was hard understanding the pharmicist as he spoke very bad English. There always seems to be a problem in dealing with these employers who do not have an expanded knowledge of pharmaceuticals and are slow and rude. Do not recommend this CVS to anyone. Argumentative staff with less than acceptable knowledge on administering meds and zero patience or comprehension. Argued with me that pen needles should be used over syringe to administer insulin. Pharmacist is too scared to intervene or manage staff. Place is an embarrassment. read more

I sometimes can't decide on whether I want to go to CVS or Walgreens for my notion type items. Well, I have made up my mind-CVS. They appear to have a much larger selection than Walgreens. I also have found that their brand make up remover wipes are just as effective or better than the more expensive Neutrogena wipes. read more

Normally I am very happy with this particular CVS store. Unfortunately lately the wait time for prescriptions is ridiculously long. They need to hire extra help during season. The last two times I went in there was such a long line at the drive-through that I went into the store, then the prescription that I was told would be ready in 30 minutes was not ready after 45 minutes necessitating an additional trip to the store. Then they were out of a medication that I use regularly. I'm hoping this is just a Snowbird/tourist season problem. Two days later and again the medication I need wasn't available until the truck came in the next day. What is going on with CVS? read more

This store is very caring. There was an attempted scam on me that sent me to this store for a pay card. The cashier saw what was happening and took the time to help me realize I was being scammed. She saved me from losing money and my pride. Not many stores would have taken the time she did to help. read more

Friendly staff at night. I live closer to a different CVS but will drive the little difference to come to this location. Happy customer.
