My hubby had his medicine filled here so instead of going inside, I thought Id go through their drive thru. One car in front of me. I won't gVe to wait long. I was wrong. The person in front of me was getting tested for COVID. It took about 20 minutes. I pulled up snd the girl at the window asked me if I was getting a COVID test. I replied No. she kindly apologized and explained to me that the drive Thru was only for COVID testing and that I had to go inside to pick up a prescription. She was very nice so I couldn't be upset with her. I went inside and there were 2 cash registers at the pharmacy but only one person working the window and only one person at the window. I was first in line. I thought cool not too long of a wait. Yep, another 20 minutes and someone finally came over and opened the other register. Again, they were very apologetic and sincere so I was calm. Usually everything is speedily done. I noticed another person went through the drive Thru window for a prescription pick up so I'm glad it wasn't only me. They just need to mark the drive Thru lane better so we would know not to go through the drive Thru. I still find this my favorite CVS location I just feel it was a bit of an off day for them. I will return but not go through the drive Thru for any prescriptions.

But there's usually NO ONE in front of me and the prescriptions were called in hours or even days before I walk in. And yet I'm usually left waiting 15 minutes. I called and spoke with Ed, who told me that he would do a count on that particular medication and get back with me within a day or two. I never received a call back,so I tried calling to find out what was going on, leaving 4 messages, over a 2 Week period yet still, never got a call back. So I finally drove down to the actual pharmacy, where I spoke with Vanessa and told her Abt the issue I had going on, and she got right on it , and didn't make me feel like she doubted me. I stopped today to drop off a box at the FedEx counter. I didn't even know you could do that here. I barely walked into the door when a young man employee asked if i had a FedEx box, I said he's, he asked for my phone number, scanned the label and boom, I was done. Not all transactions are self serve and some people need help using the kiosk and that scenario of an unattended front end is not even remotely helpful for maintaining inventory. No one on the floor to help either, unless you hunt for someone . Walgreens in contrast, you are greeted, directed to aisles for product and I was even given a coupon. Pharmacy is great too. It never ceases to amaze me how much better Walgreens seems to be in the state of Florida than CVS, and in SC and Arizona, the reverse is true. Literally only shop in CVS when I have to .

Any cheese in the deli case is available. I went with Gouda. So many amazing choices. A wide variety of kombucha options. And the glazed donuts are still the same tasty morsels I remember. All employees were friendly, though they did seem a little overworked and tired. Still accommodating and helpful. I truly miss this chain of supermarkets.

You can taste it very strongly on their cut watermelon and grapes. So we stopped buying produce at Publix because they cannot tell you what this stuff is. (The produce manager said their fruit is cut, packaged and sprayed at a separate main warehouse, but she could tell not us what spray they use.) Sprouts has a definitive policy that it does NOT adulterate of food with unknown preservatives, so we shop there for produce now. At least Whole Foods admits they use Apeel on some produce, but Target and Publix say they cannot prevent it because some of their vendors use it. Basically, buying produce is a crapshoot now.

I told him the automated phone said 10:15. He said, "I know but we're slammed. There's only 2 of us." There was no one in the drive through and the other person was helping the only other client. Lies. So, since I had nothing better to do for 15 min I'm using a little of it to call BS and write a 1 star review.
