Don't even waste your time at this place. Just horrible. Especially the auto center. Everyone acts clueless and slow. If I didn't call about my appointment for my oil change I would've been screwed over. They won't tell you they don't have oil filters. If I could put negative stars I WOULD!!! Just horrible. And customer service is even worse. What do they even get paid for? Being lazy?!!! That's basically what it seems to be. I'd go to a different Walmart. I don't like the new checkout routine. We can no longer use the self checkout if you have more than 9 items and the lines to the cashiers was long. Personally I like using my own bags and even though I place them on the belt they still put them in plastic. When I arrived at my car I transferred them into my insulated bags. Walmart used 13 bags that easily needed two of my bags. I know the moral values of people today steal whether at the checkouts or opening and eating while shopping without paying by getting rid of cans or wrappers before they head to the checkouts. I guess they feel if it is consumed in the store, it's not stealing. Shameful! read more

I am giving this store a two star rating because there are certain departments that are good such as the pharmacy, customer service, and deli. Tonight's review is specifically about the grocery pick up department. I would give them a one star rating because there is a severe deficiency in this department. I have been to other Walmarts where the staff in the grocery pick up are excellent. They greet you within 10 to 15 minutes and deliver your order. At this Walmart I have had two occasions where I have sat waiting for more than a half hour. Today I sat for longer than 35 minutes until one employee finally came and spoke to me. He suggested I try to come back later and get my pick up at that point. Here I am at 9:30 at night. I've been waiting for about 20 minutes. And all 16 parking spots are filled up. Nobody has moved since I've gotten here. I really hope that someone at corporate reads this and sends in a rescue team to help this Walmart because right now the service is dismal at best. read more

This has got to be the WORST store in the United States!!! I went to return a IGLOO cooler (that I never used) and was told that it was past 3 mos. when I purchased it and couldn't return it. Apparently, there's a time window that I was supposed to honor!? (pffft...) I tried contacting this PoS store of incompitent nimrods and I'm greeted with an immediate pre recorded message, where it states: yada, yada, yada... "...We appreciate your business..." yada, yada yada. I pressed the "0" prompt for operator and waited two minutes, till someone picked up. I asked for the mgr in Customer Service. I heard music and after a minute or so, I hear the line pick up and an immediate busy signal. I called AGAIN...went through the same BS, with the "0" prompt. Waited for two minutes again and went through the same crap again? The music stopped and NOTHING this time. I dialed yet AGAIN. This time I enter prompt #8...Human Resources! This was one of my worst Walmart experiences. It smelt really bad in there and it was humid. Another thing was that it was really hard to find what we were looking for. It was also really unorganized. Half of the building felt like the A/C did not work. When I walked into the bathroom it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I was shopping at Walmart with my newborn baby, and when i was about to start scanning my items in the self checkout, my baby started crying a lot because she was hungry, and this lovely sweet lady that work there helped me out, she offered to scan my grocery so I could stop to feed my baby!! Went to grab a 12 pack last night at this location. I saw this guy was staring off into the snack cake aisle. I walked past him, and he turned to face me. We locked eyes. I don't know how to describe the feeling this gave me. I've met God before, this was something more powerful. He walked up to me, grabbed me by the throat. Walmart gets a bad rap. Today I had to use Customer Service because I was doing a refund of curtains I had bought yesterday and then purchasing a different set of curtains. I wasn't sure if I had bought Ivory or White and had just bought them earlier this morning. Lori in Customer Service looked up what I purchased by using my debit card. She told me what sku number I was to look for. I still wasn't sure and she looked it up again and made sure I bought the right color to match the curtains I had at home. Good thing she did as I bought Ivory and I would have bought white and I would have had to return them. She went out of her way to be helpful!!! Heaven sent I'd what I see on some comments. That's if heaven sent rude customer service to earth. Make a quick story short. Wait for 30 mins while abandoning the station. Finally my turn. Walmart to Walmart pick up.. went easy. Wanted to deposit the cash to my Walmart visa at the very end I asked the gal a question and she cancelled my deposit. I explained what she did. But the gal with bad braids told me I had to call customer service instead of just doing again. Called customer service pretty much told she cancelled it and I was ok to deposit. Another 30 mins in line. Walked up said deposit to my card please. She kinda rolled eyes and proceeded to add it. No problems. I then explained that when in customer service you are supposed to listen to customers. You would accomplish more. Now the previous customers in front of me left her line talking about bad customer service. I agree. I also went to explain what she did wrong when attempting to add money. She got snotty. So I let her know I hope karma will find her when she's attempting to do something the same. And Wana know the bad part? Took another of your employees 5 mins to give me a name of a manager.. ended up being joushua. Hey JOSH Wana make yourself look good? Get rid of the ones whom don't even know your the manager. Although I am not a huge fan of Walmart I do shop here to save money. Our family has our favorites we buy here, we just proceed with caution. Sundays is definitely the busiest day. If you don't want to be in a crowd avoid this day. BUT if you are all about a reunion day then dress to the hills as you definitely will be seeing EVERYONE on this day. There is definitely a couple of areas that need improvement. One being the restrooms (up front esp) they need a good DEEP cleaning. I am turned off by unsanitary conditions and I have to be honest its best to avoid the restrooms. That's sad really because all it needs is someone to give a crap and put some elbow grease into it and CLEAN it. I wish they would get out the scrub brushes and freshen up with some deep cleaning. Call me crazy but I think bathroom conditions speaks volumes of the management staff and how they care. Another area that needs improvement is expiration dates on products. I find myself obsessively looking at yogurt dates as I cannot tell you how many times I have found expired products still on the shelves. I will still be a customer but I just proceed with caution and avoid the bathrooms. LOL read more

You should only shop here before 11pm (so you can use self checkout) or if you're using the pickup service (this is the only dept in the store that seems to do their job). On 3 separate occasions, people have cut in front of everyone waiting to checkout. When waiting in line, someone will come up to the cashier and say they need to checkout now and ask to cut the next person in line. THE CASHIERS ARE TOO AFRAID TO SAY "NO" SO THEY LET PEOPLE DO THIS!! When the managers see this happening, they will actually open another lane, just to let the line-cutter checkout (and not the customers waiting patiently). What is the point of waiting in line for 30 minutes, when you can just walk up to the register?!? read more

I'm not sure why I continue to waste my time because no matter what I come to the store for, they don't usually have it. Today it was white paint! Just basic pre-mixed white paint and of course they don't have it. Last week I needed some paint mixed and three associates, including a manager, did not know how to do it... SMH. This Walmart is not a supercenter as advertised but a smaller store that doesn't carry the diverse collection that the bigger stores have to offer. The reason I gave this store 4 stars for the convenience, along with the slower pace atmosphere this store has to offer. What I mean by slower pace has strictly to do with the smaller crowd size. Plus if you are just refilling the fridge with staples like milk bread and butter this is the store for you..If you go a little later in the evening you can easily get the feeling that you have the whole store to yourself. This is the exact opposite of the big Supercenters where the pace is frantic, the traffic is almost unbearable at times and if you don't get going you stand a good chance of getting run over. Customer revise and employee training at an all time low. Mind you, I realize that we're living in a strange time (corona self-quarantines, immense demands on retailers, etc.) but being treated as though I were a criminal and a mad bomber was so far beyond the pale. I wanted to purchase a propane tank so I could barbecue tonight and I went out into the lawn and garden section where all the lanes had been closed down. This left no one to assist me (tell me where propane is located, etc.). I wandered around the garden center and located the propane. The enclosure was unlocked and accessible. I grabbed a tank of propane and went to continue my shopping. I was stopped by a security guard while on my way to get my final few items and kicked out of the store. Mind you, rather than assisting me, they chose to treat me as if I were some mad bomber when they could have had someone in the garden center ring it up, hold it up front, had me go to the garden center and pick up a tank of propane when I completed my shopping, etc. I self checked my groceries and decided to let a manager know that his propane inventory was unsecured and to try to make sure that no one else was treated so abysmally. The male individual at the customer service counter would not let me speak to a manager and simply told me tanks weren't allowed in the store. I attempted to explain to him it was about the way I was treated and a (apparently dangerous) security issue that the store manager should have been made aware of. This individual then accused me of yelling at him, called security on the radio and telling security that I was stealing propane. I was, of course, stopped at the door and I showed them that I indeed paid for the propane. A simple desire for me to have a bbq turns into this customer service nightmare. read more

This Wal-Mart is always insanely busy. My husband and I went in a couple nights ago and informed the greeter that there were a lot of carts blocking many handicap parking spaces and in the fire lane. He just shrugged his shoulders and said they wouldn't do anything about it because it was raining. It was drizzling at most. We had just walked from our car without an umbrella. It wasn't that bad. It almost feela like most of the workers try to avoid you because there is no one ever around if you have questions. read more

This Wal-Mart fails to meet the criteria for Supercenter, as well as for a decently managed store. Although there are a few (not many) employees that will go above and beyond the call of duty to help costumers when needed, there are quite a few that prefer to reply with the typical "I don't work in this department" ... "what's on the shelves is all we have" ... "I'm off the clock and I can't help you out" ... although what was needed was only answers to simple questions. To see how long the water refill vending machines will be out of order (several weeks, perhaps months) is terribly frustrating for many people that have to carry their water bottles from their vehicles to the store and throughout the store as they do their shopping. This is only a minor example of how poorly managed this Third World store is. read more

The worst store ever. It's bad enough that this Wall-mart is unable to keep their shelves stocked with items. However my last time there was my last time. I spent over 1:45 minutes walking around filling up my cart with everything from food, tools, clothing, electronics, etc. Because of a medical condition I sometimes have an emergency and have to go to the restroom. So I left my cart in between two displays which was definitely out of the way from everyone. Then I rushed to the bathroom and was only gone for 10 minutes. When I came back the cart was gone. I went to the service center to speak to the manager who was an arrogant, condescending, conceited, nasty man. He said that my cart was taken and the items were being put back on the shelf. His exact words were if you don't want something like that to happen in the future don't walk away from your cart. He actually had the gull to say next time bring the cart up to the service center and we will watch it. I told him there won't be a next time because neither I nor anyone in my family will ever shop at Walmart again. He just rolled his eyes and said thank you and walked away. Anyone walking around Walmart will see dozens of carts unattended because people leave them if they have to go get one or two items. I actually had to use the restroom. If this disgraceful nasty manager had simply said I'm sorry we should have held it here at the service center to make sure nobody was still using it before we put everything away. I would have graciously accepted the apology and excepted that mistakes happen. I'm never returning to Walmart not because they put away everything in the cart but because of how I was treated. If I had been the manager I would have first apologize then I would have gotten help and assisted the person in recovering all of his/her items. It is very easy to shop from anywhere in the world using the Internet and places like Amazon. So it's not like I will be losing out on anything. This is the problem when stores and companies get so big. They don't care about losing customers. So things like courtesy and common decency goes right out the window. Hopefully Walmart will lose enough business that they will start to treat people with a little decency. So I'm on my way to Publix now. Which is where I'm going to do all my future shopping. At least Publix isn't sold out of everything and you don't have to bring your own shopping cart in from the parking lot. read more

I want to start out by saying that Chloe was my cashier for the evening and she was very friendly, professional and efficient. Unfortunately Mel, at the exit, was not. I had my receipt out, ready for him to check my cart and after snatching it from my hands, he checked my items and threw my receipt back in my cart. Rather than handing it back to me as I did him. I'm a frequent shopper at this location and he seems to be the only discourteous person I encounter there. I understand his job may be stressful, but, it wouldn't hurt to crack a smile every so often. I went in for a oil change near 6pm as the auto shop is open till 7pm and was refused service and that they stop accepting work orders at 5pm. There is no indication of this anywhere in their automotive department or on their Web page. Their parking lot was cluttered with lawn mulch waiting to be stocked blocking the automotive area as well and a few parking lanes very unsafe practice to have a automotive area surrounded by pallets of lawn mulch. read more

I only gave this Walmart 2-stars because it is a heaven-sent for people who live in Lehigh and Immokalee. It's a convenient Walmart for locals that don't have to travel to Fort Myers for all the basic necessities. If I had the choice, I would never come here. I have to agree with some of the negative comments. With all the money Wal Mart rakes in you would suppose they would do something and remodel the interior to make it feel warmer and inviting. The restocking practices are poor usually I can't find what I need when I need the item. The employees aren't very friendly or at the most courteous but then again that seems to be the common denominator in our Country. I live in Lehigh but prefer the Wal Mart over on six mile cypress. This place is horrible. Allot of the people that come in there should be arrested. I watched 3 younger healthy people riding around on the handicap carts. They would stop and get off to get things, no problems walking at all. What if the elderly and handicapped people that truly need the carts came in and needed one? It wouldn't be available due to these lazy punks! I also observed people just opening food and drinks off the shelve and walking around until they were finished and then leaving the wrappers and cans/bottles on the shelves and walking out! Came to replace my car battery, I'm not familiar with my car yet so I asked for help. The guy wrote down the name of the battery and told me to look for it myself. I couldn't find it where he said so I had to spend 20 minutes researching online. Turns out the one he told me to look for it's not the one my car needs. I go back to pay and the line is another 25 minutes wait. Guy is pretty much clueless about what battery type I need. I mentioned what I research and turns out he's looking in the wrong book. Still clueless I decide to just go ahead and get mine. I pay and the guy tells me I have to carry the old battery around the counter and put it in the recycling bin because it's heavy. Mind you, I'm a 140 lbs 5'1 girl. He's on his 40s around 220lbs and about 5'8. Automotive Manager was right there as well and he couldn't have been more nonchalant about all this. Not only rude but inconsiderate! Horrible customer experience. Btw the line of people had over 40 customers. So over this Walmart's customer service!! Wish I could rate it ZERO stars! read more

This store is a mess. Being walmart and being one of the biggest retailers in America you think they would at least have some self check out lanes. They never have enough lanes open and the lines are always long. The people that work there aren't the brightest but what do you expect it's Lehigh.
