Every single time I go into the CVS, which is only to get my prescriptions, it is a wreck. I dropped off my script one day and saw all this mess - and the next day this was still there so I decided to take a picture. How is this acceptable? The rugs are all stained And they are off an out of stock, shelves and shelves, empty - maybe these things are unavoidable - but the trash, all over the floor and products laying in the aisles is definitely avoidable. It makes me embarrassed that this CVS is in my hometown. I miss the walgreens and the Rite Aid. Their parking lot also is always covered in trash, and the trashcan overflowing with garbage and blowing down the street. The people that work at the pharmacy are quite nice and adept at their jobs It seems, So this review is strictly for the state of the store, and the people who work in it. read more

[978] 8/2019 I stopped at this Pharmacy to have a prescription filled. It took a while and I was waiting. The store had good after season sales. One cashier but it wasn't too busy. Ill definitely be back for the sales but probably not the pharmacy. read more

OK I truly truly felt compelled to write this review on CVS location 119 Baltimore Ave 19050. I wanted to be clear. Please tell me is it me or am overthinking. I previously complained about a very uncomfortable experience I had with a staff person and guess she had the audacity to call me in regards of the complaint that I wrote because it was her. Now I won't leave names in this review but I Must a definite head scratcher on my end. I write and complained about your rudeness, lack of customer service and you call me back on my personal line. How is that Right? So I ask is it me? Did this just happen? Is this acceptable? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! And though this occurred 3 weeks ago I must say I'm shocked, and offended to say the least. We have to do better all is forgiven but let's do better. You should never think that ot is ok to call customer back when the complaint is in regards to you not acceptable and just out right unprofessional do please in future lesson be learned read more

This drugstore is a JOKE! I Get a call to pick up my script and when I go to pick it up it isn't there. Okay I understand but since I can't wait for it I am told to return at 7 that evening. Come back the next day and it still is not full. The lady working named Banedicta informed me it was not ready.... hmmmm interesting. She said it would be at least a 15 minute wait. Well I didn't have the time to wait and requested since it was for something already made and not needing to be filled she should be able to get it quickly. Unfortunately she was not able to do that and I have to wait again for the pills. I'm upset with this business because I made two specific trips for these pills and both times although they weren't ready, they never contacted me. Maybe if you're a pharmacy and you tell your customers their meds are ready either have them be ready or I don't know.... Maybe call them??? Done with this place forever I am so annoyed read more

There are a lot of issues with this CVS. It appears to be understaffed. There is no one to clean the store. Staff are incompetent about processing insurance. CVS needs to have a system to ensure the supply for monthly scripts. The drive through window is never open on time. Pharmacist is often late to open the pharmacy. The staff seem to be overwhelmed and over worked. read more

I enjoy shopping at CVS for discounts and coupons use. However this particular CVS has a customer service issue. There are some sales people who have been here for years and they are very nice however, the newer workers are not as pleasant. The manager her delivery comes off terse which could be deemed as rude, she may not mean to be but it just appears that way. Although I never use moneygram when I'm waiting in line and people are attempting to use it never works! This is speaking for the front part of the store. As it relates to the pharmacy I really avoid going inside to the pharmacy because they are really lax in acknowledging you when you come to the counter. You're better off going to drive through to pick up your medication if you have a refill or dropping off a prescription. The service there is a little more prompt not necessarily more pleasant. read more

Almost soviet era lines to get a prescription filled. Not a fan. The store is in a prominent location and near other stores I go to so it was easy to just stop in here while I'm completing other errands. I actually only came in here to get a prescription filled. I had questions for the pharmacist who was very unhelpful and made it seem like I was bothering him by asking questions. I think that this is a huge problem, because customers could leave not feeling comfortable with their prescriptions because he is so standoffish and there could be consequences later on for the company. As such, I will never refill my prescription here again. Most pharmacists are helpful and welcome questions. I decided to also look around the store for other things I needed. I could not help but notice the dirt on some of the shelves and the huge carpet stains, which is a huge turn-off from purchasing anything in the store knowing that it is surrounded by dust and dirt. I ended up buying a giftcard to save a trip to another store and even the sales associate at the front wasn't pleasant. You would think since they have a walgreens, and two rite aids within a 4 block radius they would attempt to compete or at least be friendly - but no. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am appreciated as a customer. read more

I really don't "do" reviews for ANYTHING but I felt like i NEEDED to with this one. Im sorry this is so long but i got ALOT of history here! First off I don't live here personally but my sick aunt lives a block away so Im here alot. this is also her pharmacy, so I shopped here pretty often when picking her meds up. Thats all BEFORE I finally had enough of the bullcrap I went through EVERY time I came here! Here's the thing- the ppl here we're always kinda nasty to customers, isles we're always half empty, everything was always dirty (esp the ladys bathroom and floors) but I kinda was used to all that and just rushed in and out. However about a year ago i finally had enough when I got totally treated like a piece of trash for the last time.(i don't remember the name of the lady who was ignorant, but the name tag thing said she was the MANAGER of the store. Greasy looking older woman) I came in for a quick trip as usual. I saw her and said "excuse me miss?" And I proceeded to ask her if the candy left on the shelves (two bags that were ripped open and skattered all over the shelf and floor) were the last or if they had more in the back. I was very nice!!! she kinda rolled her eyes at me, sucked her teeth and sighed real loud. She didn't answer me directly and just turned around and mumbled under her breath like "can't I ppl just go somewhere else?" And "can't she see I'm busy here?" Then I heard "We're about to close"(Wich was b.s. because they were still open for a good hour!) She mumbled the whole way waddling to the back room. I guessed she was going to see if they DID have any more bags of what I needed. Well I waited a few mins and she never came back out....but a few mins later when I was looking at something else I heard her yell to another employee to "tell that customer there is no more here!" Very angry like. I've been given major attitude by the ppl here many times already and usually ignore it, but I guess I just wasn't in the mood this time and I was getting aggrivated. I gave up on what I was looking at and my candy and just went strait to the front w my stuff, my new headache and a chocolate milk I grabbed for my son. They rung me up...."eventually"......i say that because the two cashier's were busy talking about some guy they both liked. let me tell you, the stuff said was down right disgusting for employees to be prattling on about in front of a customer let alone a little kid! When I was done I was happy to finally be leaving but I stepped away and I noticed chunky stuff or something in the bottom of my sons chocolate milk. turns out it was REALLY out of date. So I returned it. I didn't even walk three steps away before I did but THEY LEGIT GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT IT!!!! Of course the girl was new and the other one was just laughing about it not helping at all. (Honestly now that I look back I dunno if the other girl even worked there!) she had to call the manager up to the front. (this took the manager like 10 mins just to waddle her ass up there.) She was bitching under her breath AGAIN. I just cldnt wait to leave! I honestly shld have been in and out 5 mins tops and it took over 15 just to get rung up! After THAT Nightmare I refused to EVER step foot in there again! I strait love CVS, but I wasn't about to deal with this one ever again! Fast forward to a little over a week ago. Im sorta sick w the tail end of a looong summer flu and I needed DayQuil. I didn't want to go farther then I had to so I sucked it up and just went in here again. All I can say is----WOW! the store was CLEAN, BRIGHT, full shelves, and OMFG.....I was actually greeted with a" welcome to CVS!" and a smile!!! I don't know his name but he was a really big white guy in a tie that was running around like a crazy man happily helping some little old lady who wasn't exactly being pleasent to him lol! I got my DayQuil and a water and the same big white guy who greeted me at the door also rang me up. He was so nice! Asked me how I was doing and if he could help me with anything else. Said hello to my son and said he liked his deadpool shirt and said how his daughters love Deadpool too! Even told me that there was a sale on the cvs version of DayQuil and that it works just as good.(I was the only one in line at the time but...HE EVEN RAN BACK FOR ME TO GRAB ME A BOX WHEN I SAID" WOW OKAY MAYBE ILL SWITCH IT THEN!!!!!"I can't remember ANY store ever doing that for me! EVER!) I stood there dazzed like -OKAY....I walked into the wrong store. This is clearly NOT the same store that alienated me last year! When I was leaving I finally saw another employee working down the last isle putting signs up and even SHE seemed super nice and waved, smiled and said "have a nice day! Just wow!!! Newer CVS but a bit shop-worn for its age. Has the typical CVS stuff and a drive-through for the pharmacy. Service was fine

Pharmacy staff is unfriendly and rude every visit. Always a wait even though there are workers standing doing nothing...If you don't want to wait go to a local pharmacy and not a chain. I will be doing so from now on, this is ridiculous and I was a regular customer. read more

The pharmacist at this cvs seems to write his own policy when it comes to medications he's changed dates on me of when I can get my meds , he' an oriental guy , but acts like he's a god even told me he doesn't fill narcotics on weekends , I guess he just thinks if you have a narcotic med your automatically a drug attic , I've called corporate several times to no avail , I'm switching my meds elsewhere and I would advise everyone to do the same and costumer service doesn't even get a star , the rudeness and hassle isn't worth it go elsewhere you've been warned. My wife had to pick up medications after getting her surgery and we I went to fill her script at 4801 market cvs and the pharmacist there ask why is she getting this did she just have a baby, Excuse me but that's none of your business , poor, so poor , GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOU OWN GOOD AND PEACE OF MIND. read more

The customer service of this location is terrible. I had the displeasure of dealing with their cashier Nathaniel who was incredibly rude throughout the transaction. Not once did he greet me and I had to remind him to ask if I had a CVS card. I spoke with the manager who said she would speak with him but I feel like it did no justice because when I returned a second time and he was there the behavior was the same. I even saw a review from someone else on Google who had a similar experience and that was 3 months ago. I understand people have bad days but that level of disrespect is unacceptable. It's a shame too because overall I've had a decent experience with this CVS but his behavior was ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope the manager has a chance to see this because Nathaniel is bringing your store down. read more
