I get all my shots there and they are administered competently and painlessly. I have observed their patience and empathy serving an elderly and somewhat confused patient. Of course, behind them is our dysfunctional medical system, so it's expected that they could have a bad day. Anyway, I am a decades-long satisfied customer.

My doctor's office sent the prescription over more than 24 hours ago, so I sent my spouse to pick it up. He was told that I wasn't in the system and that they hadn't received anything. I called my doctor's office, and they confirmed that the prescription had been sent. When I called the pharmacy back, I was then told that they were not accepting new patients for this medication so they just filed it. So how am I not in their system? That was surprising, especially since they filled the exact same medication for my child just last week without any issues. At no point did anyone call to let me know there was a problem. Initially, we were simply told the prescription hadn't been received. There also didn't seem to be any concern that I was now out of a medication I've taken daily for years. I make a point of supporting local businesses whenever I can instead of larger chains, but based on this experience, this won't be the pharmacy our family of five chooses going forward.

The pharmacy was clean and the staff followed all of the COVID-19 protocols to the letter. My registration was processed promptly and efficiently. The pharmacist was solicitous and made sure I didn't have an allergic reaction. My second shot was scheduled before I left. I've heard horror stories about the disorganization that plagues some vaccination sites and I would encourage anyone who needs a shot to check out the Acme on Byers Lane in Concordville.

People are shopping here as their preferred local store. Right now there is an impressive array of pumpkins, corn stalks, and autumn plants on sale for Fall. They carry local, they celebrate the special. And those who are looking for home made meals come here for an ever changing array of meal options which reflect seasons and holidays. It's incredible the amount and types of prepared food they offer. I love watching people try to decide what they want. It all looks delicious. I think Janssen's is fabulous. This was my first time getting food from Janssen's. All of the wonderful items were packed so well. The best turkey that I ever had the strings bean were crisp sweet potatoes so yummy and the stuffing marvelous and the turkey gravy so good and the salad amazing but the two biscuits so fluffy and the pumpkin pie tasty. My sister Sandra Beatty told me that she often shops at Janssens. Told her it was the best turkey ever and she stopped at Janssens last Sunday. She agreed with me that the turkey was the best.
