This is the most awful, slowest, unorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with…read more Every time I call to confirm something is ready, there's always an issue when I walk in. Besides standing in the crazy long line, it never fails, they screw something up, and I'm stuck sitting in one of their metal folding chairs (see picture)... they keep adding more each time I walk in. Spent 9 minutes on the phone with them on a Saturday. They told me my script will be ready for refill on Monday. I then asked if I should call on Monday again and she said "nope, we'll have it ready!" I said "Really? I should call just in case, and she said "it's in the system!" I had to travel, and went to pick up the scripts on Thursday - and it wasn't ready! I don't know what their problem is. They don't look short staffed. I was only forced to go there when my local pharmacy shut down unexpectedly... ughhh. Sorry to be negative. But hopefully the already low rating, plus this review will make them take a deep dive into their terrible customer experience.

Everyone works hard there for us to get what we need..and yes they can get cranky too. If we all could look at the people around us and look at their faces and think how they may have a crappy today too. Empathy, if we all can just look into your neighbor's eyes you'll see.. see their pain and struggles. Be kind, give someone passing by a compliment or just smile with your heart.

I walked by a bunch of times before realizing that it was even open, because the outside looks like it might be abandoned. (There are many closed shops on nearby side streets, so it was a distinct possibility.) You can find all the essentials here, from beauty to bandaids and snack foods. The store is clean and not empty but sort of low on stock. Basically, nothing remarkable. If you are in this part of the city and need something in a pinch, Walgreens might be your only option.

The last time I went, it was literally less than 5 minutes for a new prescription.They're quick! They are even polite and helpful on the phone when I called with a question in the middle of the night. They're usually pretty well stocked but the only thing that freaks me out is that there's a guard at the door. I get scared for my safety as to him looking around around the store. I haven't used the drive thru but I do find that this is my go-to drug store because of its quick pharmacy. It's also close to Wawa and a few ways to get out of the parking lot. I always have gotten a space near the front of the store.

The two Toms in particular have been very kind to me. It's become difficult for pharmacies to get enough meds to supply patients, as our government dies not provide pharmacies with the ability to maintain the on volume of pain meds required. This very stressful both for the staff and patients like myself who risk going into withdrawal. This happened years ago and I ended up stuck in the hospital because we could not find a pharmacy with my meds in stock. I'm sharing this information to give a heads up to other patients who suffer severe pain and to compliment the staff for maintaining their professionalism.
