Unlike another reviewer, I have always had such a good experience with these employees. When I check out, there is always fun, happy conversation. And I leave there with the clerk and myself giggling, or at least smiling. And returns are easy. I've not returned much, but there has been no issue when I have. And great deals on sneakers here. I always check here before heading to the shoe store next door when I need a new pair of shoes or sneaks. So for what it's worth, I really like this store. : )

They Sold us A lemon been fighting with them for months…read more The couch we bought just back in October 2025. Started frying after a couple weeks of having it . After fighting customer service they sent us covers in the mail to put on ourselves. I complained then they sent someone out to put the covers on and they only sent the three bottom cover cushions. The tech put them on top of the old ones, but the whole couch was still fraying not just the cushions then they said that it was against our warranty. I said we bought an extended pet warranty as well. They will not fix it then it started to rip at the seams and every time someone sat on the couch the rip at the seams opened up more. They will not fix it. They will not replace it. They won't do anything so we're stuck with A busted up couch that we paid $1300 for. I canceled my Boscov's credit card. I will never buy a single thing from them ever again.

This place is poorly managed and is chancy at best. I would never shop here after 7am unless it was an urgent need. But they always have my specific brand of milk so I risk it when I need to. And avoid the poorly maintained restrooms at all costs!!!

Didn't know what to expect my first time but was so impressed with their stock -- they really sell just about everything. Blenders, pillows, bed frames, curtains (SO MANY), utensils, hair products, cleaning supplies... the list goes on. I've gone like 4 times since first visiting a few weeks back.
