I walked into this shop and the old salesman (Leonard Simon) immediately assumed I wasn't a paying customer and that I work for Amtrak. He told me he was going to be a while because he was dealing with a customer. No worries, I waited for him to be done. After waiting 45 minutes for him to finish with the customer, someone else came in and the salesman (Leonard Simon) told me that I had to wait because the person who came in was a "paying customer" and I wasn't.
