worse experience ever! got out of surgery and they told me they couldn't fill my prescription. I called the on call doctor who had to call the. and he said the pharmacy made a mistake and I could pick the prescription up at 6:45. the pharmacy called back and said they didn't even have the medication and that they close at 7. Absolutely horrible!!!! the pharmacy technician couldn't answer why he couldn't fill the prescription! they need to train their employees or if your that illiterate go work in fast food! not a pharmacy! read more

This is my home CVS and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences from prescriptions to vaccines they have been courtesy and professional. Today Michelle (I hope I remember her name correctly) went above and beyond helping my husband activate a prescription discount card that we did it even know existed. I have been to this CVS many times for shopping. Sorry I go to another one for prescriptions but it's by my work. Their front register people are always very friendly. It's laid out similar to other CVS stores. it is frequently visited because they have been cleaned-out of pop for the big sales. Tough to get out of the parking lot in rush hour if you want to make a left. read more

I went to the CVS to get a prescription, they gave me a prescription that wasn't even for me. I understand everyone is human and mistakes happen so I wasn't too upset. I went back to resolve the issue and talked to the pharmacist, Dr. Le I believe, she was super sweet! But the technician that gave me my prescription... she heard about the incident and came over with a rude attitude. I don't know what happened to this lady to be so rude to me because I wasn't even talking to her and I was not rude at her or anyone else in the facility. I wish I got her name but the best description I have of her is that she's a middle aged heavier set woman with thin blonde hair and glasses. Having been a loyal customer and filling my prescriptions at CVS for the past couple years, I feel like I am Norm on Cheers. Most days when I walk in or pull up to the drive-through, the pharmacist recognizes me. The pharmacist, as well as the other workers, have always been overly friendly. I am constantly asked if I have any questions, and I am greeted with a smile. Price-wise, I know everyone's insurance plans are different; however, when I have checked around at other pharmacies to compare prices, CVS has always been very compatible, if not cheaper. The best thing I like about CVS Pharmacy is that they communicate information about my prescriptions via text. I can easily ask for a refill or have them call my doctor in response to a text they initiate. It makes life easier, especially if you are not sure when a prescription is expiring or if you are anticipating a prescription needing refilled. I also love the drive-through option! So far, I am a very satisfied CVS customer. read more

Pharmacy tech is rude. This has happened several times. Today, she rudely put me on hold, then put pharmacist on, but I couldn't hear pharmacist because she was loudly talking about me in background. This pharmacy does not care about the people it serves. A year ago I needed a prescription filled I just got from urgent care for a back injury. I was in intense pain when we pulled up to the pharmacy window and my husband was told they close in 10 minutes so they would not fill the prescription. I am a nurse and as a care provider I know not to, nor would I ever, tell someone I get off in 10 minutes so this is not my problem. As long as care is needed during my shift or hours of operation I must provide it. I had to go into this pharmacy today and once again the woman in the pharmacy did not even try to provide the vaccination I was scheduled for. Since my insurance changed once she realized that CVS was no longer my preferred provider she flipped me off. I would have paid the $200 out of pocket and filed with my insurance but she did not even take the time to speak to me about options. She turned and walked away to the next customer. Cheri the "shift supervisor" was so incredibly rude to me when I went to pick up my photos that I had printed. I told her I was here to pick up photos and she asked for my name and I when I gave it she said the order had just come in and that I don't need to rush in here as soon as I place the order. I informed her that I placed the order an hour ago and that I received an email confirming that my order was ready for pick up. As she continued to fight me on how my order was not ready and it takes time to process and told me again to not ever come in again as soon as I order them, she walked over and got my order that was ready!!!!! When I pointed out that they were ready and she was wrong she blatantly ignored me! GO TO COSTCO FOR YOUR PICTURE PRINTING THEY ARE CHEAPER AND BETTER QUALITY ANYWAYS! IF YOU DONT HAVE A COSTCO MEMBERSHIP GO TO WALMART AT LEAST THEY ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP YOU!!! read more
