I had to have jaw surgery and my husband went to pick up my prescriptions two days before, which was a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. The liquid anti-biotic prescribed had to be kept refrigerated and he wasn't told about it, so it got left out went bad (I do admit I should have checked the bag). However, I have also always been told by other pharmacies. I did call on Sunday and there was a number to leave a message for urgent matters, which I did. I figured at the latest I would get a text or call Monday. They never followed up. I would not care too much if it was not something major, but surgery is pretty important. I am not trying to be cruel or hurt their business, but I hope they see this and change how they handle certain things, because it was very badly done, and the last thing I want to worry about right now is chasing down medicine I need that I should have had.

I have been to this Walgreens twice. My first experience was wonderful. My second time was…read moredisappointing, as it was closed. Let's get to the positive experience first. This store is super close to the hotel where I'm staying. It takes less than five minutes by car. I came here to get some beverages. I ended up getting a twelve-pack of Diet Dr. Pepper. This store has everything you need. Fake nails? Yep. Shampoo? Sure. Advil? Yes. Sugar-free candy? Definitely. I was in the hair care section. There were two women getting hair dye. One was on the phone and abruptly left. Her offspring had swallowed something toxic, so she told the person on the other line to call 911. The other woman followed suit. I hope that everyone is fine. It was so unexpected to hear. This drugstore had a lot of plushies. It had Disney pride plushies. There were along a bunch of Squishmallows. Everything made me happy. I went to the checkout to pay for my items. I had a man help me. He was friendly. I entered my phone number to take advantage of discounts. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth. My second visit was at around 10:40 pm on my birthday. I wanted to grab a bite to eat. Nothing major. I wanted a snack of some sort. The local Taco Bell was closed. I came to this Walgreens, and it was closed, too. The reason why I was disappointed was that this drugstore is supposed to be open 24 hours a day, according to the sign outside. It shuttered at 10 pm and was scheduled to reopen at 8 am, according to another sign. Bummer. It's a good drugstore. So if you're going in for something over-the-counter, a late night snack, or something along those lines, then I would recommend it! However, every time I've gotten a prescription filled at this location (which I have many times), something has gone wrong. For example, I received a phone call informing me that my prescription was ready, but when I went to the pharmacy, I was told that they didn't have any in stock. The next day, I received another phone call telling me the same thing, but when I went to pick it up, their order hadn't yet arrived. It took me three different trips (out of my way) to finally pick up that prescription. Everyone's really nice, but it can be quite a hassle to get something filled there. There's also almost always a line down the aisles, so it takes a while to pick anything up.
