If I'm gonna spend money on non essential things in this economy, I expect quality . Secondly , you are a huge corporation , get some live cashiers . I don't want to ring up and bag my groceries. I also don't want to be treated like a criminal using your self check out . Your meat is disgusting pink goo . And your polyester over priced clothing is trash . You ain't Macy's or Dillards and never will be .

Upgrading my rating for because I know the struggle of being human. Thank you. ---- Pharmacy tells patients with COVID to come in to get scripts. Then tells them to leave and find someone else to pickup at closing (7 pm) as if sick patients have the energy to play this game. Blames it on their pharmacy license because they don't have enough licensed employees to counsel patients at car. But if you come back at 7 pm, "maybe we can accommodate". Supper nice info for my 80 year old family member with COVID. In the time you could explain your no -policy, you could have completed the counseling. We're 2.5 years into this pandemic. Do better. Tell patients the truth on the phone instead of asking them to come in, then leave with active COVID. Tell them you don't care (the truth) and they should transfer the script elsewhere (sage advice).

It felt very communist to me . Self check out was a pain in my ass .. I don't have a Kroger card . It wasn't taking my phone number so I had to call my mom and get hers and held up the line cause she didn't answer right away . Then wouldn't take my card . And everything even with Kroger discount was expensive . Stuff already expensive but this was worse . I like Publix so much better and they didn't have what I went in for anyways . This store is also about 20 miles away from me . No thanks .

I ordered a refill on Dec. 24. I got notice on the 30th it was ready. I got to the drive through on Dec. 31. They only had one canister and it should have been three. The order was for 3 and the stated cost was $116.00, The young lady at the window told me she would reorder and the cost would be the same. I arrive at the pharmacy yesterday. My 3 canisters were now $575 but dated Jan 1 - not Dec 24 when the order was place. The pharmacist and I had a review of the last two weeks. She took it on herself to fix the issue. The final cost was $125. She save me $450 to start my Happy New Year. It is nice to see customer service in action.

Once you…read moreexperience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.
