It felt very communist to me . Self check out was a pain in my ass .. I don't have a Kroger card . It wasn't taking my phone number so I had to call my mom and get hers and held up the line cause she didn't answer right away . Then wouldn't take my card . And everything even with Kroger discount was expensive . Stuff already expensive but this was worse . I like Publix so much better and they didn't have what I went in for anyways . This store is also about 20 miles away from me . No thanks .

I ordered a refill on Dec. 24. I got notice on the 30th it was ready. I got to the drive through on Dec. 31. They only had one canister and it should have been three. The order was for 3 and the stated cost was $116.00, The young lady at the window told me she would reorder and the cost would be the same. I arrive at the pharmacy yesterday. My 3 canisters were now $575 but dated Jan 1 - not Dec 24 when the order was place. The pharmacist and I had a review of the last two weeks. She took it on herself to fix the issue. The final cost was $125. She save me $450 to start my Happy New Year. It is nice to see customer service in action.

Once you…read moreexperience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.

I have done this several times at this same pharmacy in the past without issue, so I was surprised to be told it was "against the law" unless my doctor called the pharmacy. When I asked to speak to a manager. He stated "I am the manager". Last I noted, Laura was the pharmacy manager of this location. I fully respect that pharmacists have the discretion to deny an early fill based on pharmacy policy or professional judgment. However, that is very different from telling a patient that it is illegal, as it is not illegal in the state of TN. TN law does not explicitly forbid filling a Schedule II prescription 1 to 2 days early. Many pharmacies allow it (often calculating a 28 or 29-day interval for a 30-day supply), but a 1-day early pickup is frequently permitted. If the pharmacy's policy has changed, that should have been communicated honestly as a policy--not presented as a legal requirement. He went a little further though and stated that I have never picked it up earlier than 30 days, which is completely false as I have the receipts to prove it. Because of the inaccurate information, the inconsistent handling of my prescription, and the overall interaction with this pharmacy tech, I will plan to transfer my future prescriptions to another pharmacy going forward.
