Kara and her team do a fantastic job and work their tails off to care for all their customers even when the customers don't appreciate them. I was asking questions about what the prescriptions were for, and she gave me an attitude said she didn't know I'll get a pharmacist and told me I didn't need to throw a fit about cause I'm grown. Extremely unprofessional. Also, when I mentioned the cost, and if it was under my insurance, she completely refused my insurance card or to look up anything further proceeded to write down the drugs that were prescribed to me, but I still didn't know what they were for and that was what I was trying to figure out. The pharmacist that I dealt with, answered all my questions and was able to help me no problem but this young lady needs another job because she made it very unpleasant for me. Someone who was just trying to gain knowledge on the prescription I was getting and if she didn't have that knowledge, she could've directed me to someone who did without the attitude.

He told us You have to wait. I was ok no problem. Now it's noon ,so people are starting to come and leave. After 30 minutes of seeing others get their script and leave. We started to approach the register area again. He yelled at my daughter who was standing like one inch by the sign to stay back. At this point I realized he knew we weren't from the area and didn't like us. He asked us our name again ,I told him. It's not ready. So again we wait ,we see them get more customers and they leave. Again we are there waiting again ,now mind you this is a sleeve of prednisone for her asthma. Nothing complicated. Finally after 1 hour and 23 minutes it gets script filled and done. The pharmacy again is empty all the customers are gone. First there and last to leave.As I'm checking out I pushed no notifications from Walgreens on keypad, this JK person yelled at me do it over again and accept it ! Every visit has involved significant delays because the pharmacy attempts to bill me before processing my insurance, even though my insurance information is already on file. Each time, I have had to wait 20-30 minutes while the issue was corrected. Today's experience was particularly frustrating. After waiting approximately 20 minutes in line, I was told to step aside while they fixed the billing issue. Instead of resolving it efficiently, I was instructed to get back in line and wait another 20 minutes. This resulted in nearly an hour spent picking up a prescription that should have taken only a few minutes. I work in healthcare myself and understand that mistakes happen, but I have never experienced this recurring issue at any other Walgreens location. The staff consistently seem rushed and dismissive, and the overall process is disorganized and inefficient. After a long day at work, spending nearly an hour correcting the same billing error for the third time is extremely frustrating.
