His response was very hateful and degrading. He slammed the sign in my face. The other time we pulled up at 12:03 unaware that the store closed at 12:00. And while installing the app on my phone it asked through the app mind you for my banking information. To be able to get the club price. One this is a poor choice on their part. It would be better to do like other companies and use a debit or credit card. That way if there's a compromise the customer can immediately lock up their card or request another one. Instead of having to change bank accounts because they insist you use your bank account information. Now granted not everybody knows this but I've got over 15 years in IT and dealing with such things up north. Poor choice on their part. They should take a strong look at the Sheets model. After 2 weeks of trying to reach the numbers on the back of the card. One of the employees at a location near Morristown gave me a direct number to headquarters. And I tried reporting this issue. All they wanted to do was argue with a bit of arrogance. I explained my background. I explained clearly the app asked for this information. I pointed out that online when I searched for resolution it said go through the app from their own stuff their own web page. And then yesterday I finally got somebody higher up so I can say hey this is poor customer relationship training. And they finally sent me an email saying oh you have to do it through the web page. Getting nothing in the app says you have to do this through the web page. So today I go to that link and for an hour trying to use my known username and password. With multiple resets. It would not work. Finally get them on the phone again and they want to argue again. After more resets it finally did work. It's pretty arrogant of an employee to think that their stuff is 100% perfect if that was the case they wouldn't have the job, they wouldn't be needed. I also brought up that yesterday I noticed a second weigel's card was added to my account. Which was not me. It showed up through the app. So immediately deleted it. The lady wanted to argue again that that is normal. If that's the case why did it take two weeks to show up? So I came to the conclusion that I will not use their service to pay at the pump through the the card. If you're wanting to get convenience points to get a better gas price which just goes to prove these gas stations overprice anyway this is how they can afford to lower the cost for members. Then it's not worth it. Fortunately the location I'm moving to puts me within earshot of sheets at exit 5 in Virginia and I'll be sticking with them. Store employees plus five on the review. Higher ups negative review in my opinion.

Furthermore the owner and manager are also rude. The owner has way to serious of an attitude which makes him hard to talk to about stocking something you continually need and would buy there. One of the other employees has horrible hygiene and can be seen smoking outside of the store at any given time. That employee once falsley accused me of yelling at the employee who uses his bird finger to ring you up. The store doesn't have prices on anything and the register doesn't display your total as the cashier is ringing you up. In fact, your total is never displayed and they never give you a reciept. The store is conveniently located but the convenience they offer isn't worth being disrespected.
