I'm currently in the process of moving to the Eastern Tennessee area. Both my family and friends in the area recommended weigel's. So a couple weeks ago I got one of their cards. And while installing the app on my phone it asked through the app mind you for my banking information. To be able to get the club price. One this is a poor choice on their part. It would be better to do like other companies and use a debit or credit card. That way if there's a compromise the customer can immediately lock up their card or request another one. Instead of having to change bank accounts because they insist you use your bank account information. Now granted not everybody knows this but I've got over 15 years in IT and dealing with such things up north. Poor choice on their part. They should take a strong look at the Sheets model. After 2 weeks of trying to reach the numbers on the back of the card. One of the employees at a location near Morristown gave me a direct number to headquarters. And I tried reporting this issue. All they wanted to do was argue with a bit of arrogance. I explained my background. I explained clearly the app asked for this information. I pointed out that online when I searched for resolution it said go through the app from their own stuff their own web page. And then yesterday I finally got somebody higher up so I can say hey this is poor customer relationship training. And they finally sent me an email saying oh you have to do it through the web page. Getting nothing in the app says you have to do this through the web page. So today I go to that link and for an hour trying to use my known username and password. With multiple resets. It would not work. Finally get them on the phone again and they want to argue again. After more resets it finally did work. It's pretty arrogant of an employee to think that their stuff is 100% perfect if that was the case they wouldn't have the job, they wouldn't be needed. I also brought up that yesterday I noticed a second weigel's card was added to my account. Which was not me. It showed up through the app. So immediately deleted it. The lady wanted to argue again that that is normal. If that's the case why did it take two weeks to show up? So I came to the conclusion that I will not use their service to pay at the pump through the the card. If you're wanting to get convenience points to get a better gas price which just goes to prove these gas stations overprice anyway this is how they can afford to lower the cost for members. Then it's not worth it. Fortunately the location I'm moving to puts me within earshot of sheets at exit 5 in Virginia and I'll be sticking with them. Store employees plus five on the review. Higher ups negative review in my opinion. read more

This Weigel's must be where they hire RUDE employees! My wife was in there today and got waited on by Whit. He asked if she needed anything else from the other side of the cashier section before he walked over there. As to be complaining about the amount of steps he had to take. Which is about 10! This Wiegels is conveniently located and open late, which is a great quality of a fast-store with a gas station. In my experience, it's never been overly crowded, and I always manage to find something to snack on when that's what I come for. The staff that check out my items are always friendly and helpful. I stopped by for breakfast this morning with my sister and the donuts did not taste as soft and fresh as expected (we were just here the night before, and the donuts weren't there last night so they were definitely recently provided). The coffee was okay. Besides that, my only major complaint is that they don't have any bagels that you can get with your coffee or for your breakfast. Otherwise, they're a great store when you want to run in for a quick snack while you're on your way to somewhere. I'm sure I'll be back again when I need a quick snack while on the go. read more

Today I was in Weigles 74 on Lovell road with my small child my child had to use the restroom so we were trying to find the restroom and finally asked where it was so we head that direction as we come up onto the kitchen area we over heard a very large argument going on numerour vulgar words being yelled at by a middle height man to a young woman and she just seemed very uneasy about the situation and another heavy woman just stood there and didn't say anything at all and just let this man talk to this young woman like she was a pile of trash after my child used the restroom I went straight to the front and asked for a manger and to my surprise the young lady up front said the managers where in the back in the kitchen area. If this is how you let your male employees talk to your women employees shame on you guys he needs to be removed I will never step foot in this store again and I will tell my family and friends about this as well because no one deserves to be treated this way and you guys let this happen and don't do anything about this shame on this company read more

This is a great Weigel's location, easy to get into and with a friendly staff. They have a good selection of food and drinks including reasonably priced fountain drinks and Krispy Kreme doughnuts. A great place to stop for gas or grab a quick snack. read more

Can't say much about this location. It is comparable to all the other Weigel's. Affordable gas, friendly service, clean environment. They even serve Krispy Kreme inside. Staff are always friendly. I usually book in and book out for gas with no issue. read more

I have purchased gas at this location the last 4 Saturdays and had to go inside each time for my gas receipt-a big inconvenience. Not once has the cashier or Manager offered any apology for my having to come in. Needless to say, never has there been a thank you for your business or have a good day.
