Then at some point when my lovely wife was busy in the kitchen, the doorbell rang, and as per normal, our dog went nuts. I then said to my wife "Who could that be?? Screen questions had to be activated 'twice' for it to accept and it asks for too much information. The gas at this location was much higher than it should be for comparable locations in the area. And while installing the app on my phone it asked through the app mind you for my banking information. To be able to get the club price. One this is a poor choice on their part. It would be better to do like other companies and use a debit or credit card. That way if there's a compromise the customer can immediately lock up their card or request another one. Instead of having to change bank accounts because they insist you use your bank account information. Now granted not everybody knows this but I've got over 15 years in IT and dealing with such things up north. Poor choice on their part. They should take a strong look at the Sheets model. After 2 weeks of trying to reach the numbers on the back of the card. One of the employees at a location near Morristown gave me a direct number to headquarters. And I tried reporting this issue. All they wanted to do was argue with a bit of arrogance. I explained my background. I explained clearly the app asked for this information. I pointed out that online when I searched for resolution it said go through the app from their own stuff their own web page. And then yesterday I finally got somebody higher up so I can say hey this is poor customer relationship training. And they finally sent me an email saying oh you have to do it through the web page. Getting nothing in the app says you have to do this through the web page. So today I go to that link and for an hour trying to use my known username and password. With multiple resets. It would not work. Finally get them on the phone again and they want to argue again. After more resets it finally did work. It's pretty arrogant of an employee to think that their stuff is 100% perfect if that was the case they wouldn't have the job, they wouldn't be needed. I also brought up that yesterday I noticed a second weigel's card was added to my account. Which was not me. It showed up through the app. So immediately deleted it. The lady wanted to argue again that that is normal. If that's the case why did it take two weeks to show up? So I came to the conclusion that I will not use their service to pay at the pump through the the card. If you're wanting to get convenience points to get a better gas price which just goes to prove these gas stations overprice anyway this is how they can afford to lower the cost for members. Then it's not worth it. Fortunately the location I'm moving to puts me within earshot of sheets at exit 5 in Virginia and I'll be sticking with them. Store employees plus five on the review. Higher ups negative review in my opinion.

The wash itself got about 70 percent of the dirt off; the rest i used the complimentary towels and spray to finish the effort - honestly you can't expect 100 percent unless you've got the right finish on there to make it easy to breeze through and clean it with a membership plan. With the vacuums, mat wash and rags/spray all available at no extra charge I'd say this is of a better value than another location I go to off of Emory road (which charges for the cleaner). The worker was helpful to get me lined up and I observed them going through the lanes when cars weren't present. Will be back to likely get the snow and dirt off before I go into work.

Filled my tank without filling out a loan application -- a rare treat these days, Cowboy. But here's where Petro pulled a fast one on me... THE PUMP HANDLES ARE GREEN. GREEN. Like diesel green. You ever see a grown cowboy almost dive-roll across the parking lot because he thinks he's about to ruin his gas-burner? That was me. I grabbed that handle and my heart dropped faster than a calf at branding time. Thought I was about to commit mechanical war crimes. Turns out it's regular ol' gas -- Petro just likes to keep you alert, I guess. Nothing like a little existential crisis at Pump #7 to make a man feel alive. But once my pulse settled, I tipped my hat, topped off the tank, and rode out into the Tennessee sunrise feeling like a million bucks. Would recommend? Absolutely. Five stars and a yee-haw loud enough to rattle the Smoky Mountains.

And by stocked, I mean they carried allllll of them. But boy I don't like the back lot covered in trash. There are no credit cards on the gas pumps which are in sad condition. But, the owners do a good job of keeping everything running, and always seem to be working on something new, while hassling their patrons to keep it moving. I also had to say something about some gross trash near a pump once and they very came out and got it, looking embarrassed, and with some thank yous to me. The chicken in the back always seems to be a favorite. And as an added bonus, they carry hookah coals, bowls, and other paraphenalia... right up front! So grab some fried chicken, and some beer, take a gander at some well priced smoking accessories, and fill up the car, we're gonna have a good time.
