Overall, for us anyway, as local residents and this being our pharmacy I'm giving a 4/5 for the in-person experience. I definitely score the others lower. And even though in-person is way better there I can also say it bears some risk (as the area you would pick up Rx is right against where other sick may be, so come prepared). I am a UT student as well but don't expect the world handed to me on silver platter with a brand new car I didn't earn. Kara and her team do a fantastic job and work their tails off to care for all their customers even when the customers don't appreciate them. I will fill my prescriptions here for as long as I work downtown and go to UTK.

Sue, the store manager would always ask me, how I was doing in my pregnancy. I would use CVS Pharmacy, for all my prenatal care. The entire staff, at CVS Pharmacy was always kind and very professional. They took very good care of me, when I was pregnant and after I had my youngest son. Sue, the store manager always makes me feel welcome at CVS Pharmacy every day. CVS Pharmacy on Clinton Hwy is more than a drugstore. It's a community of professional; people helping people like me have a better quality of life through medicine.
