So I have Covid I had a window to get my PAXLOVID they had 3 hours and it's in a pre packaged box I can see after I got it two days after the prescription was sent and missed my window so my dr said to hold onto it and sent me in a prescription for cough medicine and something to help my symptoms and it was yesterday and it was in process with an estimated time of noon today then at 12:14 I received a message stating that the prescription is in process and now being delayed this place is terrible it's really a convenience store with a small window pharmacy that's open 5 days and 10-6 is the schedule with being closed for a half an hour for lunch which I've realized is basically all CVS at this point but Walgreens I realized is open 8am to 8pm. This place is a huge fail to me. Also 45:04 waiting to speak to the pharmacist to figure out what the deal is luckily they go to lunch at 1:30 so they'll dodge the phone I'm assuming but when you have COVID what else do you have but to wait? If you get COVID do not go to CVS they don't have the staffing to take care of the medications and they aren't thorough by any means - obviously personal experience I'm assuming some have better but if I was seriously ill I'd go with another pharmacy.

Now they are just another elitist corporation treating hard working folk like they aren't even human. My son was diagnosed ASD and my husband notified his boss (David) that our responsibilities toward our son and his treatment would require Casey's to be understanding of appointments and time. David threatened his job. He has repeatedly threatened my husband's job if he wasn't at the store 24/7 to cover every shift for every staff member that has quit because of David's demands on them. He told my husband to leave our 4 year old autistic child alone at home and get to work to cover. It wasn't "his problem". David threatened my husband's job if he didn't work open to close back to back to back until it was no longer safe for my husband to drive. My husband got in an accident coming home from work after that exact abuse and we paid nearly 1000$ is repairs to the car after. Thank god he's still alive. My husband asked over and over to step down to a smaller position so he could help with our son's needs (autism is considered a severe medical issue) and was denied without a valid reason being given. David has refused to work with us to get proper FMLA paperwork on file and has chosen to give my husband a final warning for a bogus accusation. All of this is documented. And all of this has witnesses. I've also spoken to several other customers and family of employees. Things are just as bad if not worse across Davids district. Several others have sent complaints to corporate but nothing is being done. No improved conditions for staff and continued shortages because people refuse to be treated poorly for long. To everyone shopping at Casey's: put the blame where it belongs. It's not on employees in the stores. Better workplaces make for full staff. Full staff means the food is available and the shelves stocked. Our experience is a symptom of David's gross mismanagement.
