The rating here is 100% relevant to your expectations. The store itself is clean and adequately organized/maintained, the employees are mostly super friendly and helpful. The store seems to be fully stocked. I came for a TB test/shot one day last week and waited for quite a bit before giving up to reschedule-- the staff at the minute clinic was super transparent about the delays they were experiencing and helped me reschedule easily....as I write my review now, I'm about 10 minutes past my new appointment time and have yet to be acknowledged.. eeek. Overall, it's a convenient service, and decent store, great employees, but time management or expectation setting might be a great opportunity for growth. Know what you're going into, allow time if your visiting the minute clinic, and be flexible. read more

Clinic cancelled my appointment after I was 1 minute late lol. Main point of contact was rude when I alerted them I couldn't find my appt at the kiosk. Told me she was booked up for the day. That was a lie. Makes me wonder would I receive better treatment if if my skin was a different color. It was hard not to notice how she spoke to me vs the other guest. Okay, so I was reminded again last night why I continue to give this CVS 5 stars. I was fumbling with my coupons trying to make the most of my $ and Doug, the manager, was so so so helpful and patient. He truly could not have been more wonderful in how he helped me and worked with my order. Doug is the reason I will continue to patron this location. Great job!! read more

I can only give them three stars because it would take too long to fill a prescription the wait is 30 minutes. But they get five stars for the appearance of the outside of their storefront. The disparities are ridiculous. Why is one store cleaner than the other one who manages the property? and why does CVS allow it all the money they make I know they could do better. read more

I never heard of a pharmacy closing for 2 days like the CVS on southeastern did recently. People were unable to pickup needed prescriptions. CVS stores have become very unreliable. This is the 2cnd time I have had issues with 2 different cvs locations. I am switching prescription to Sam's club read more

The pharmacy is horrific. Be prepared to be hung up on by the pharmacists and to wait on hold for hours. Just got off the phone with the pharmacist on 11/23/21 at 11am. They denied making me wait on hold for hours and hanging up previously. They won't be filling a script. I'm not sure how they're allowed to deny patients medicine but it's honestly negligence. read more

Honestly this is a great pharmacy. Sydney and the rest of the team is very thorough, I always feel like I'm getting concrete answers when I ask my questions. They generally are not friendly and are out of stock of medication often. Save your time and go some where else.

I have all my family's prescriptions sent to this pharmacy but the customer service is just awful. I don't understand how 5-6 employees can all be working in the pharmacy and not one notices or makes eye contact with the several people waiting in line for prescriptions. When I was waiting in line today I became so frustrated with the lack of attention to the customers waiting I just left and will have my prescriptions transferred to a pharmacy that cares about their customers. read more

I came into the minute clinic with my 2 and 4 year old boys. We got in line at the kiosk in hopes of being seen. While the kiosk seems convenient at first, the elderly man in line ahead of us took over thirty minutes to sign in. Multiple times I had to assist him, because there was nobody around to notice or offer any help. The system required him to enter an email address, and he didn't have one. When it was finally our turn to sign in, we found that there was only one appointment left, and we needed three. The next appointment was for an hour and a half later. By this point, my boys were quite unhappy and loud. We decided to leave and find somewhere else . read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years. In the last 2 months it has really gone down hill. I use the app to have prescriptions filled, and my kids doctors send in there meds. Well they don't fill them without me still having to call them. So what's the point of having the app and having doctors call? It will say processing for days! I asked one of the pharmacy techs why things have been so slow . She said they are short staff. Today my kids doctor send in a couple or prescriptions . I tried calling since I know they won't get filled other wise. I was placed on hold for over 20 min: hung up waiting awhile and tried back . Was placed on another 30 min wait. I was at my parents where the have a cvs next to them. I went in to see if they could fill it. They too have to call the original Cvs. They where placed on a very long hold and said they would just have to call me: so here I am needing my kids meds and I can't get threw to anyone to get them . I will be leaving cvs all together for a new pharmacy! This is ridiculous. I wouldn't waste your time having this location as your pharmacy! read more

I visited the minute clinic and had a great experience. I needed steroids for poison ivy. I waited for 40 minutes for the pharmacy to fill my prescription. When I asked how much longer, I got an annoyed response of "it's in data entry". So, I waited another 15 minutes to speak to the doctor again so I could take my prescription somewhere else. Leaving more than a little bit annoyed at the lack of efficiency and manners. read more

I went to their Minute Clinic to get an immunization. Walk-in service, sign in on a kiosk. Saw a Nurse Practitioner, who was professional and respectful (and cute). The shot was the same price as a doc-in-a-box place. read more

Think again if you feel like crap hoping to get help at this place.. I can hear myself wheezing because of how congested my chest is, can barely swallow due to sore throat and hacking globs of flem all night, two nights no less. Me thinks this physicians assistant named Deborah needs an attitude adjustment and maybe could take the chip off her shoulder in order to take proper care of the people in need looking for service. read more
