The envelope was all bent and wrinkled too so they clearly do not care. Look at the pics for reference. Also the pharmacy is lacking staff. They only have one pharmacist and one tech. I know all Walmarts have a standard staple items for their stores and groceries stores. However, all states and cities always stock some kind of local things specific to the area. Like the local coffee beans or honey as an example. For that, I am the crazy person who looks for that! This store sells everything. You can find the meat department, dairy, vegetables/fruits, bakery, drinks, pastas/rice, frozen, candy, miscellaneous household items and much more!!! The aisles seemed spacious. Overall, a great experience! The store was clean and stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ample parking. My better half bought some things for family. We found some specialty coffee beans and spices. I only purchased drinks for our room.

In addition, I could receive the bars the same day w/ free delivery. I ended up liking the bars and will buy more. Nonetheless, I will buy them from Walmart bc the price is cheaper vs Amazon, and Walmart offers the bars in smaller packs.

I'm not a huge fan of having ice cream from the counter since the prices have significantly gone up, but I love coming here and buying a little bit of everything (food, snacks, supplements, ice cream quarts for friends, drinks, seasonal products and even dog toys and dog treats). I've been here quite often (we come here about 2x/month) especially because this location is dog friendly (your dog has to behave though or they can ask you and your dog to leave) and because I've bought a little bit from each aisle in this location (over the total amount of times that I've been here). I love that this location is open until midnight (I'm pretty sure they stop serving ice cream before midnight though) and there's been plenty of late nights that I've come here to buy something I need for late at night or last minute. There's usually always customers in this location shopping for something here and the employees have always been friendly and even talkative, at times. You can't tell that this location is located in Huntington Beach because they don't have a bunch of Beach items perpetually for sell or tons of clothes items with "Huntington beach" on them.

If you don't mind being treated like you don't matter, then by all means stay with them. I understand pharmacies get busy, but being unable to reach someone who can actually address the issue or provide a clear resolution for several hours is unacceptable especially when the issue involves access to medication. I also asked to speak with management because I wanted someone to take ownership of the situation. Unfortunately, my experience has left me seriously concerned about the communication, accountability, and customer service at this location. I'm sharing this review because I think customers should be aware of my experience before relying on this pharmacy for time-sensitive medication needs. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves communication and responsiveness for patients and customers.
