I ordered a Same Day Photo Puzzle from CVS Photo for my daughter's 18th birthday, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I received multiple emails saying my order was completed and ready for pickup. Based on that, I drove to the store on Saturday, only to be told they had not even started it and needed more time. I went back again Sunday, the actual day of her party, and once again they said it had not been started. Then I was told it would take 15 more minutes because there were four orders ahead of mine. After two wasted trips and a lot of frustration, I had no choice but to cancel the order. This was supposed to be a special gift for my daughter's milestone birthday. Instead, it became a huge inconvenience and very upsetting. The most frustrating part was how little concern anyone seemed to have for wasting my time. If the order wasn't ready, customers should not be sent multiple "ready for pickup" emails. Very poor customer service. read more

Currently working on transferring my prescriptions as this location is a hot mess. When you call: 1) no one ever answers and 2) there is no indication of lunch hours, but when you pull into the drive-thru, there's a man man sign that you are unable to see until AFTER you've waited for sometime. Today, I waited for over 10 mins in the line, while someone who was very animated with their hands took up a large chunk of time, even after they were handed their prescriptions. Then the window was closed right in my face when I pulled up. Classy. I don't understand why everyone in the pharmacy dept takes their lunch at the same time. Wouldn't it make more sense to always have someone around? But I guess that would be too much like right. My advice: avoid this location. read more

Someone needs to do something about this pharmacy and the staff inside the pharmacy. Most of the time it's a negative experience, I already complained directly with CVS about the pharmacist, but they seem to be careless! Today we went 3 times and it was closed, we couldn't get the urgent medication for a patient! Very frustrating! read more

Not to be confused with CBS which is a much richer and possibly slightly more moralistic TV company. Hidden away behind Lake Houston Parkway is this CVS. They seem clean, new and shiny and spacious, and not very many people were in here when we came on either occasion. They had what Barbie needed, but the prices are exorbitant and sky-high just like most CVS stores. I know that rich people live around here, but I'm still surprised as it just seems a little much. read more

I rarely write reviews but the customer service here is terrible. I requested a refill on blood pressure medication about a week ago. I was told to call my doctor because there were no refills, which I did. I then received a message that the medication was out of stock. I waited several more days and called again today to see if they had the medication in stock. I was told that is was still not in stock and there was no anticipated date to be restocked. Even further, I was told that there was still no active refills, despite me verifying with my provider that the refill was sent to them again last week. This is horrible customer service. I transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy. Do they expect people to put themselves at risk of stroke and other complications because they are extremely inefficient. read more

Although I have used CVS as my primary pharmacy for many years, this is the first time I've been to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the place, it's newness and how clean it was. It has a safe easy on and easy off routing. Also in fact the most important part, the personnel - both at the front counter and in the pharmacy - were professional and nice. I was so comfortable with the place I decided to get a flu shot on the spot. They too were professional, efficient and got me in and out very quickly. They have a dedicated private space for flu shots. Obviously they have all the online services that any CVS pharmacy has;however, I must say my first time there makes me want to go back. It must be noted that I pass another CVS on the way to this one but I think I will call this my primary location. read more

The customer service at this CVS has gone way down. It used to be excellent but now it's terrible. I submitted five paper refill requests at noon and was told that they would definitely be ready at 1700. I called at 1630 to confirm and was brushed off on the phone. Told they were not even "in the system" yet. We'll be going elsewhere in the future. It's not even the lack of turn around time, it's the lack of caring. read more

I recently moved houses, and finding a great pharmacy that was nice and polite was easy when it came to this location CVS Pharmacy. I came through and Cayra was very sweet and helpful. If you visit this place, avoid having Cayra handle your order or help you. She lacks respect and empathy for patients picking up prescriptions. Cayra abruptly hung up the phone during the drive-thru process because I didn't have all four barcodes for her to scan. Throughout the interaction, she rolled her eyes and displayed a negative attitude. read more

The staff is rude. The first time I visited, the pharmacist didn't let me check out my prescription with a bag of chips, she asked me to go to the front for that. The second time I visited they didn't have my prescription in stock and told me to call other pharmacies to see if my medicine was in stock. I never have to do this in other pharmacies, they automatically transfer my prescription. I'm never going back to this location. read more

Both the pharmacist and the cashier at the front, Ebony, were very friendly. The store was clean and they had what I was looking for.

The person answering the phone in the pharmacy really needs to understand she is in customer service & dealing with people who are not feeling their best. No need to sound so nasty when asked how much longer to fill a prescription that was called in by doctors office hours earlier. My husband warned me about this location which is less than a mile from my house. He goes to the location inside Target about 4 miles away, they understand customer service. read more
