I have usually had success when dealing with them, until I didn't. I attempted to refill one of my medications with this pharmacy, and the pharmacist, who must have been new, told me that my prescriptions were TRANSFERRED to another pharmacy!!! WHAT?!? How do you do that WITHOUT my permission? How do you do that WITHOUT informing me? He didn't know why, and after putting me on 'hold' for 5 seconds to ask another pharmacist, I was told it was out of stock. I called the second pharmacy, which had 2 of the 3 prescriptions, but NOT the main one that was needed. I called ASP Cares back, and after NO explanation as to why my prescriptions were transferred, the pharmacist asked if I'd like my prescriptions transferred to a local pharmacy. I told the pharmacist where she could send it and politely asked if she could send it the same day, as I was almost out. She told me she would, EXCEPT she LIED and did NOT! I had to go to my doctor's office and explain the situation to the staff, who called ASP Cares. The pharmacist that the staff spoke to LIED and told her that I called, out of the blue and requested my prescriptions be sent to the local pharmacy. This is NOT true! ASP Cares LIED on me, the patient. And, to make matters worse, the pharmacist HUNG UP on the staff from my doctor's office! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! ASP Cares staff are LIARS! If you have prescriptions that you take on a daily basis, CHANGE YOUR PHARMACY to a pharmacy you can TRUST! ASP Cares DOES NOT CARE! I will NEVER have prescriptions sent to this company EVER again in life! I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone! Look locally or for a pharmacy you can WHOLE-HEARTEDLY TRUST! I had not used this Pharmacy before they had a prescription that I needed. His pharmacy assistant was delightful and helping guide me to the location and she even walked me back out to my car to make sure that I didn't have any issues. Paul went above and beyond it was an easy check in check out process and I was done in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the knowledgeable information he gave me on the prescription and told me to call him if I had any questions or problems. I can't think of anything better I can ask for knowing that my local CVS did not have something that I needed but I was able to Outsource it quickly and found a new Pharmacy to add if something should come up in the future I would use them permanently but they are not close to my home.
