Worst CVS pharmacy ever !!!! so rude and unprofessional the pharmacist decided to tell me that I was unresponsible for not bringing my insurance card, but I'm a mother with a special needs child, I totally forgot to bring the active insurance card and accidentally brought the expired one so I told him to fuck off after the comment he made so he decided to reject me from getting my sons prescriptions. This has to be the worst CVS ever!!! The pharmacists were always getting my insurance and orders wrong. Charging me for prescriptions when in actuality they were not supposed to charge a dime! I tried using my HSA funds and their lazy people couldn't do that! Who trains these people?! Who manages this store?! The worst! I went to this pharmacy twice because they couldn't find my prescriptions, decided to cancel prescriptions after all that mess. I don't understand how I would get a call that they have them ready but they have no prescriptions TWICE. Also customer service is terrible. Worst CVS ever! I have been going to this CVS for over 20 years. I don't know who is in charge there, but their customer service absolutely sucks. Completely rude over the phone. They act like they don't need Customers. So completely disappointing. Their drive-through takes a ridiculous amount of time. I waited second in line for 15 minutes. I ended up leaving without my prescription. If they are going to do Covid testing through the drive-through, they need to come up with an alternative plan for those who just wanna pick up their prescriptions. read more

This is the WORST cvs location! They don't open on time and will have you waiting nearly an hour to open. I called while standing outside and the worker told me they were having electrical issues and I told him I'm standing outside & the lights and everything seemed to be working perfectly fine. Still refused to let me in. Also, this location closes like 15-20 minutes early and they will straight up look at you and tell you no from coming in. My advice: GO TO WALGREENS they actually know how to open on time and close at the allotted hours. I've had enough with this location. I'm contacting whoever I need too because this is ridiculous. read more

Photo department was decent but I had to find someone to help me. Their machines were working so I was excited about that (I went to two other stores beforehand and none of them worked). I have found this CVS to be very convenient for me to use since it's near where I live. It has an Allpoint ATM which is helpful when I need cash. Pharmacy, food, photo, etc....you know the drill! These stores offer so many different things they are nice to have nearby and can save you trips to Walmart or the grocery stores where it takes more time to get in and out. Sometimes at night I wish the parking lot here had more lighting. read more

Worst Manager on duty she is so rude!! Why come to work if all you're going to do is be on your cell phone and stock...she won't even let you ask a question before telling you to go ask someone in the front when she is in the area I have a question about! Well, they screw up again. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. My health conditions require a fair number of long term medications. Over the last year the pharmacy service has deteriorated to the point that I expect some snafu with every refill. Telling me auto refills are not due while I am holding the bottle showing the refill date occurred a week before. Claiming they had not received a prescription when the report from the doctor's show that it was sent to the pharmacy. Shorted pill counts, and once, even the wrong medicines. I don't if it is incompetence, short staffing, or just "don't give a damn". Either way, it is not good....... and never their fault. read more

I love this CVS -- its been my go to place for pharmacy. The technicians here are knowledgeable and helpful. I drop my prescriptions off, they help me with the insurance costs and find me the most value I can. It is very convenient for me --- they even have a drive through if you hate to park. For other things, they occosionally have sales and if you can catch them, by all means do so. I scored some serious Summer merchandise for 90% off --- you can't beat that :) Awesome place to get your prescriptions filled. read more

If I could rate lower than one star I would I drove out of my way to come here and was treated so poorly! Austin really does not know what customer service is!!! He was beyond rude and had a horrible horrible horrible attitude for absolute no reason! I come to CVS a lot and being treated like that I will stop coming it's not my fault the guy doesn't like his job. Pharmacy is ridiculously slow! I called from home. They asked me to hold. I held for 10 minutes before I decided to go ahead and go up there. I get there and there is one customer. I walk up and show her that I'm still on hold for 20 MINUTES!!! O_o! She gets defensive and says as you can see we're busy! I said no way! It was horrible. No apologies? I frequent this CVS at least once a week. They have great customer service and the pharmacy department is always helpful. Sometimes I like to try and attempt my couponing skills and the CVS employees have been very patient with me (lol). This CVS is getting a makeover so it might look a tad bit messy at times. Ordered $6.99 photo book on line. What my husband picked up & brought home was $3.30 worth of prints with instructions Inside to CVS employee on how to put the photo book together, but there was no book. I took it back to the store to simple ask them to complete the book and I'd pick it up tomorrow. No big deal.....it slipped through the crack....maybe a new employee......no big deal, right....I was fine, all was fine until the Manager (I think ) got involved. OMGosh! He was unbelievably rude, defensive, AND couldn't find the book needed for my photos. Truth is there were boxes, papers, other "stuff/junk" piled up all over the photo department making it impossible for anyone to fill any photo orders. Maybe this guy was having a bad day & I was just there at the wrong time. Regardless, life is too short y'all. Especially when there's competition down the road. read more

The retail employees are very friendly and extremely helpful, but I can't say the same about their Pharmacy department. All I needed was a tetanus shot and I had the prescription/script in my hand. Their pharmacy department had more than 10 employees and there wasn't even a line, yet I was left standing in front of their service desk for a good 10 minutes. Finally one of the employees glanced over at me, but resumed back to typing on his computer with annoyance pretty apparent on his face for no reason. He finally walked over and snatched the script out of my hand and said "What do you need?" I said I needed a tetanus shot. He gave me the strangest look ever, like I asked him for a urine sample or something. He calls over his supervisor and asked her if they have anymore tetanus vaccines in their inventory and she replies with a no. He says "Sorry dude" and they storm off. How in the blue hell do you run out of tetanus vaccines? Check your inventory levels CVS! Jesus Christ man! Their pharmacy is only good at providing Flintstones vitamins to their customers for every diagnosis. read more

This one is my neighborhood cvs and I come here often but it is by far the worst one I've ever been to and I don't plan on coming back even though it's less than 5min away I will drive further to another one. The older white lady with gray/white hair is one of the rudest person I've ever met. She gives you attitude for no reason and is simply just rude. The photo department here the awful! The photo equipment never works and no one ever seems to know what they are doing. I was called and told my photos were ready. I went the next day and all the prints were either gouged or had roller marks all over them. How they did not see this before putting them in the package is beyond me. I remember working at Eckerds in the photo dept years ago, and it was never this hard! All the prints had to be reprinted along with my mysterious online order that was never completed. Two days in a row, waiting over an hour for prints. And don't even bother with the instant print machine. It didn't work either. Never again. read more
