I was amazed of the CVS pharmacy on Owen Drive provided the best customer services. Very polite, friendly and super fast services

When I inquired if the Covid vaccine person was in I was informed that the dispensing/tracking machine had issues and was being worked on. Then the Pharmacist told the entire CVS Pharmacy team that she doesn't care about anybody waiting or their feelings and that her license is the one on the line. That in my opinion was very unprofessional and should not have been said for all customers to hear. That attitude does not make me want to patron this Pharmacy in the future.

I had recent shoulder surgery and had pain meds prescribed. I was on hold 3 different times for a total of 5 hours. They never answered. Finally, I had to get the store manager to assist. They filled the order the next day after 4pm! I had to literally get out of bed and go to the pharmacy in my pajamas to deal with what should have been a simple transaction! The pharmacist who claims to be employed at the Hope Mills NC store is incredibly unprofessional and insanely rude. She yelled at me in the store because she was bragging how mean she is and I responded what a good job she was doing in proclaiming just that. I was in so much pain as I had to listen to her hurl comments in what a terrible person I was. I was driven to tears because of her. I'm considering legal action against this individual and CVS. Stay away from this horrible pharmacy!

Not everyone in this season of the COV-19 is willing to go beyond the normal to help someone…read more However, upon my arrival at the, Bordeaux Drug Store in Fayetteville (NC), I couldn't ask for better customer service if I tried. In my attempt to find gloves to protect my hands during the Coronavirus pandemic, I decided to try smaller businesses within the community I live in, rather than stores further away from my home. Thus, my visit to Bordeaux Drug Company. I remember during the hurricane season three years ago, I was able to get all the water I needed from them because of a bottled water shortage in other stores. I thought to myself that I would seek them out again for medical gloves. Not to my surprise, they were able to help me in my dilemma. Unfortunately, the gloves weren't the ones I was looking for (as they were out of a traditional medical glove) but, I was still able to use the ones they offered and carried at the time. With this said, the representative that helped me is, Ms. Jennifer Bass. She was not only kind and concerned about my predicament, but was eager to help me in any way she could. So, she suggested a different kind of glove with the same benefits as the ones I was looking for. She took the gloves out of the box to show me what they looked like to aid in my decision whether or not to purchase them. The gloves I purchased are "Dermatological Cotton Gloves." Per the label on the box, these gloves are notably "comfortable, soft, and sanitary protection for hands." Likewise, the gloves are "100% cotton, hypo-allergenic, hemmed for a neat appearance, and packaged for easy use." The name of the glove is called the "Cara" Dermatological Glove. Needless to say, I purchased two each, a large and an extra-large. If your fingers are long like my sons' figures are, then you will probably need the extra-large though the glove will not fit snug. That's okay, although the glove doesn't fit snug, it isn't so big/loose that you're having to repeatedly adjust the glove (or pull it up) for it to fit. Ms. Bass told me the price of each glove, (which is $2.05) and stated that she could order more for me if I needed it. I told her "yes, I would like to order 4 more pairs of the gloves." As promised by Ms. Bass, someone called me the following day to inform me that the gloves had arrived and are ready for pickup. My suggestion to anyone looking for anything because of the shortage of items on shelves everywhere...let us not forget the smaller local businesses. They are a great source to meet our needs and it will help to keep their businesses thriving (preventing closures) until things are better.

I contacted my insurance and there was no issue with the medication on their end and they had proceeded to send out an override so i could get it refilled urgently. when I contacted the pharmacy they said that it was out of stock and that it would be ready later that day, but it never did. The second time I reached out to the pharmacy they again said (and lied to me) that the medication was out of stock and I would have to try elsewhere, but a little later I had gotten a call back from another pharmacist there that had said they did have it in stock and it would be filled by the time I got there (but was not and I had to wait for it to finished being filled). Today, I go to the pharmacy with my support lady to pick up 2 medications that were ready and everything was ok until I had to pay $30 dollars for one of the medications that already has coverage from my insurance (I probably shouldn't have paid but I was feeling anxious and I wasn't having a lot of patience to wait a long time to talk to someone and didn't feel like making a scene) so I ended up leaving and when I got home I contacted the insurance's pharmacy support. I proceeded to ask him why I had to pay out of pocket for a medication that was already covered and previously never had an out of pocket payment. He said that the issue might've been because it could've been due to two other medications I take for anxiety. But when he contacted the pharmacy the pharmacy kept joking around and hanging up on him several times. He found out that the issue was one that could've been resolved during it being processed if the pharmacy had contacted the insurance about it and then I wouldn't have had to pay out of pocket, but the pharmacy had never reached out. When he called again he was finally able to reach someone, he asked her why they didn't call the insurance and she proceeded to give him an attitude and they argued. He told me that she said that she told me that there was an issue and that I had agreed to pay out of pocket. That was a big lie! Never at any point had she told me that there was this issue with the medication, I went to the monitor thingy as told and filled out my information and then saw that I had to pay, so despite being tight on money and even though I had questioned it on the inside I ended up paying $30 for something really needed but also something i shouldn't have had to pay for if the pharmacy did their job and contacted the insurance to fix it. And the only thing she had said to me was "How was your day?" and nothing more than that. When the guy from the insurance tried to see if I could be reimbursed, she refused to reimburse me and proceeded to complain to him and give petty excuses for why she isn't going to. So afterwards we decided that I am just going to switch to a different pharmacy and fill out a direct member claim on Navitus to be reimbursed because CVS is clearly lacking in good customer service and is just greedy. This is very unacceptable, and clearly an unreliable and unsafe choice if you have to have your medications without delay. They could've seriously harmed someone if the medication was a really urgent need and they just decided they were gonna lie and withhold the medication, that's very cruel and they should be held accountable for it.
