I went to get my mental health medication this morning, ofc I went thru the drive thru after requesting a fill 5 days ago. The pharmacy technician seemed really bothered that I was needing to get the medication I asked for, as she kept offering my other asthma medications. I let her know I had a flight to catch later today so I asked to wait because I had my 2 toddlers in the car(and I needed my meds out of country for the duration). She told me I HAD TO COME WAIT INSIDE for the meds for 30 minutes. I am writing this review from my own home, we never made it to the airport. Maybe I should do better as a mom. The emotional turmoil and torment waiting for the fill, and the girl walking out on break as soon as she saw us allllll walk in. I also did hear and see others wait in the drive thru to have their meds filled. So, to the girl who made me come inside with my 2 toddler boys on the verge of a mental crisis- you won. No vacation was had, no vacation is being had. Maybe next year. read more

They never have medication done in a timely manner! Waiting for over 30 minutes, and only one person was ahead of me just to check out. The person in the drive-thru had no customer, and didn't offer to help. read more

I was discriminated again by the head male pharmacist. I have multiple disabilities and he refuses to fill any of my prescriptions. Being disabled he makes me go into the store even though my disabilities makes it almost impossible to walk from the parking lot all the way back to to the pharmacy. My wife wasn't ALLOWED to pick up and pay for my Prescription Don't shop here. Better service at Cape Fear discount Drugs one block away. read more

The best thing they could do for their customers is go out of business. Guaranteed to be unnecessarily frustrating and complicated thanks to the way their accounts are manage. Utterly absurd. read more

I have updated information about the incident that happened yesterday @9:35,the Pharmacists name that violated my HIPPA rights with disclosI h of my personal information around other customers being present is (Daniel Bauer) he works T the Walgreen's off Camden Rd, he is very unprofessional and very rude this man shouldn't be allowed to work around or with people in a public setting where he has access to their private information read more

well, I went to this location to get covid tested and the Pharmacists and his techs were very rude and very unprofessional, they had me waiting for about 3 minutes until they even acknowledged my presence. When the tech came to the window to help me, she was very rude and didn't have any professionalism by working in the pharmacy, she then turns to go ask the Pharmacists about my appointment, I heard him and his staff discussing my personal business in the open when other customers were present, they totally disrespected me as a client and violated my HIPPA rights. The Pharmacists keep repeating my full name loudly and discussing my business in front of people who were shopping and standing close by me as my business was being rudely disrespected and my rights being violated. The Pharmacists was a tall light skinned guy with a beard that works at the Camden and Hope Mills rd location. I will be taking this matter of my HIPPA rights being violated to an Attorney they knew better and did very poorly with protecting my privacy as a client of Walgreen's. The staff at this Walgreens needs to have more training on Customer service HIPPA. I don't recommend this Walgreen's to anyone. read more

Wonderful & very friendly staff! They do their best to accommodate everyone even with covid shots & testing going on. Won't go anywhere else

On May 24th at 5:50 pm my niece was here to pick up my prescription as I was not feeling well. My niece needed to confirm my address while in line I replied immediately to her but the lady working the drive through said "Do you have the address or not there's another car behind you and we close in 2 minutes." Very rude behavior I'm not sure if she talked to her this way because she's a young adult. My niece did not take long to provide her with an address. This woman needs to be retrained or to not work with customers. I'll be calling today to speak with a manager. read more

The absolute worst service in the pharmacy. I will NEVER come here again. The blonde behind the counter is fucking stupid or she hates her job. Either way, the place would be better off if more people were working and actually knew how to do their job. read more

Service in pharmacy is terrible. Drive thru windows they let people sit. IT'S CALLED DRIVE THRU, NOT STOP TURN YOUR CAR OFF. Inside is worse 5 people behind counter and no meds are being sent out. Slow, slow, slow. Not friendly at all. Sat for 30 minutes and guess what? I dropped the meds off yesterday. read more

The drove thru is terrible. Employees are frustrated a d do not greet you as you pull up the the window. They make no apologies or explanations as to why you sit 45 minutes in a line of only 3 cars. After that long wait it was backed up to 8 cars. It's as if they are filling prescriptions at the window while the person waits for it. read more

I have gotten prescriptions here before. However, their automated system always seems to fail me. Yesterday, I called in a prescription through their prescription line. Today, I noticed I had not received confirmation of the order. So I submitted it through their website. I then checked the status and no order had been placed. I called Walgreens to get them to refill it over the phone and have an actual human being take the refill. I waited on the line for seventy minutes. No one ever answered my call. One hour and ten minutes. Not only have I transferred every prescription to CVS, I will never, ever use Walgreens for anything again. There is no possible reason for a pharmacy not to pick up their phone for over an hour. Ever. read more

I feel very sorry for this staff. They look exhausted. I have to wait at least 45 mins in the drive thru every time. They need help, not rude customers treating them badly. read more

This is the only drugstore I go to. Pharmacy is efficient. Selection is good. Best option when you don't want to run into Walmart or Food Lion. read more

If you are going here to get a flu shot.... run!!! That is unless you have time to wait. I waited 30 minutes...10 with no one else there. After waiting about 15 minutes one coworker told her she had a shot waiting. She still made me wait another 10 minutes and then called someone before me that got there about 15 minutes after I did. I even complained on the survey . I was contacted but not by this store. The workers here were not that friendly either. This store has mess up the way I feel about Walgreens. read more

The store is well organized and well lit however, the staff are TERRIBLE! When I came in, their were no weekly adds or monthly coupon books available, I had to wait in line to ask for them. They seemed to be very understaffed. The lady that was working the register was also stocking items in the store and ended up having a line of people form at her register before an elderly woman started yelling for her. I came in with a coupon for $5.00 off a Halloween costume and a $1.00 off coupon for some eye-shadow that was supposed to be on sale, for $1.69 as well as buy one get one 50% off. I went and picked out my daughters Halloween costume, which was originally $5.00 but it was marked down to $3.19 so, according to Walgreens' coupon policy should have been free then I went to get my eyeshadow, I found it it wasn't marked down as the add had claimed, the sale was supposed to start on 10/26 but when I got there on 10/27 at around 2:30pm it was still listed at more than $3.00. I had to go find an employee to figure out what was wrong and she had to go find the tags that were supposed to put up yesterday making the eyeshadow around $1.60. When I went to check out the cashier, who incidentally was the same woman who helped me with the eyeshadow, said I couldn't use the $5.00 coupon on the Halloween costume because she "couldn't write on the coupon." I had her call the manager up to double check and without even looking at things he said it was "their new policy." The only fine print on my coupon was that their was a limit of 3 and that the coupon expired on 11/1/14 as well as "selection may very" nothing about the price of the costume has to be greater than the coupon amount. I know this may seem like I'm complaining over nothing but in summery, I had to wait in line 3 times in one trip, once when their wasn't even a cashier at the register, and I paid around $9.00 for items which should have cost me around $0.80. That's a huge difference! read more
