When I finally got to speak with someone, I showed them my phone and the fact that I was still on hold WITH THEM, a call that had started nearly 40 minutes earlier while I was still at home. After talking to the person behind the counter - who was rude, condescending and completely not helpful - I left Walgreens and drove to the CVS a mile or so south, still listening to the "on hold" recording that promised someone would help me shortly. Did I mention this was my third call to this same Walgreens in two days and that my doctor's office had called them twice in the past 24 hours regarding this same issue? As I was walking into the CVS, someone actually answered the call that had kept me on hold for now almost an hour. (I was stubborn enough to see just how long it would take.) Answering the call, I explained that I was about to walk into the CVS to move my account there. Thankfully, I'll never have to deal with this particular Walgreens again.

And to make the situation more egregious, the pharmacy never bothered to call or text to say the medicines would not be available as promised; I had to call them. The prescriptions are for my cat who has a heart condition and has hyperthyroidism. Some sensitivity, much less professionalism, on Waters Wellness, hmm? I have dealt with The Compounding Pharmacy for 18 years for many of my cats, but the new ownership with Waters Wellness Compounding has lost my business. There are too many online options to have to continue using a pharmacy that promises one thing but yet does not deliver as stated. Unfortunately, my local dollars will now go elsewhere.
