A few hours go by look at my paperwork realized it was here. No biggie it was down the street, would be my first time going. I walked in and went to the side that said pickup. No greeting or be right with you. There was an older lady at the side that said drop off, she didn't say a word. After standing there for a few minutes ( this is a small establishment ) i began looking round, over the counter to see if someone would acknowledge me at least. Finally a young man came from the back, took my information, processed everything then tossed my medication and card on the counter and walked back to the back. I did not have the energy to address it. I just will not be returning to this establishment.

I just can't sleep, I just need to know where the earplugs are and I'll be out right away. She is very kind and says no worries and starts to show me where they are. At which point, my review begins.... The MANAGER BENTAH, yells at me from halfway down the store in the most disrespectful tone, WE ARE CLOSING IN 1 MINUTE!?!?! At which point, I look down at my phone and its 11:54...I respond politely(as I am both confused/surprised why she is speaking to me this way)excuse me ma'am, its 11:54, and I just need some earplugs so I can sleep. She responds with WE ARE CLOSING! I said ma'am look, I drove here because I can't sleep and I need earplugs. She says something to the effect of fine but we are closing. The kind clerk points me down the aisle. I walk down towards the end, but can't find the ear plugs. Bentah arrives in my aisle murmuring, condescendingly she says if you take it to the counter at 12am you can't buy it. She says again with insane attitude, mind you without even looking up(as I am looking at her for instruction to see where they are), you are standing right in front of them. I had it sent to Melrose Pharmacy. I was out of my rx yesterday and arrived at 9 am (their posted opening) No one was there. Around 9:15 an employee showed up and parked right in front of the door- hope no handicapped customers need that spot! She was very rude and said she couldn't find my Rx. She finally told me they don't carry that "type" medication- mentioning the words controlled substance at least 3 times. She offered no help in me finding a resolution. It's really sad to still be treated like an addict after being in recovery for over 10 years! I asked for her card and she gave me a business card with a male's name on it. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any reason.

It was a small, quaint pharmacy, but they had the service of a huge, top tier name brand pharmacy. The customer service was A1, the professionalism was second to none. They were simply amazing. They recommended the medication that they thought would help me and they also catered to my niece by offering her candy and water free of charge. They were simply amazing!! If I lived in this area, this would be my pharmacy of choice for whatever pharmaceutical needs that my family and I would ever need. I HIGHLY RECOMMED this pharmacy to anyone in the area. The atmosphere in there was Blessed!!!

You enter on the opposite side if groceries you will have to past at least 10-12 unattended checkout lanes to get to the opposite side to check out.
