    No prescriptions were filled for me or any other customer. Gigantic waste of my time and they could not be slower

    Literally had to wait in line for half an hour for a prescription. Cvs should be ashamed as a company, hire more people this is ridiculous.

    Apparently this is the busiest Walgreens Pharmacy in Denver. I'd believe it. There is always a…read moreline! The frustrating part is that if you have an appointment for a vaccine, you must still wait in that line, which often checks you in well after your scheduled appointment time. They should have a separate check in area, however, I doubt they have the pharmacy staff to accommodate the need. The rest of the store is relatively tame, and generally has products in stock (though no one has been immune during the supply chain shortages post-covid). There is a large parking lot which is easy to enter from Colorado Blvd, Alameda, or the shopping center. Staff are generally friendly and easy to find throughout the store. There is one lady in the skin care area who is particularly helpful, should you have questions about face lotions. Photos are printed pretty expeditiously, which is nice, but rarely is someone ever behind the counter to get them for you. There is often only one person at the cash registers, so a line to check out can form quickly. That's sort of the theme to this store: hurry up and wait. It would be nice if they could implement self-check outs, faster check ins at the pharmacy, and less waiting at the photo department for help.

I heard them pick up and brief snippets of conversation and they just put me on hold without speaking to me. I know for a fact my doctor called in a prescription that they said they didn't receive. Never EVER come here.

Instead, my car was called "finished" less than 20 minutes after I arrived, which immediately seemed suspicious given how busy they were. After leaving, I quickly noticed the interior had not been properly cleaned. There was still dust on the dash, pet hair on the backseat doors, liquid left in the cup holder, water pooled on the floor mat, and several areas that looked like they hadn't been touched at all. To make matters worse, one of my floor mats was completely missing which was the only reason I went back, otherwise I would've just finished the cleaning at home myself never to return. I got back to the car wash and pointed out the issues. The manager found my missing mat and initially told me I was good to go until I showed him the obvious areas that had been missed, including dog hair and dried drool still on the doors, windows, and interior panels. He had the car reworked and told me it was "much better, thanks for coming back." Unfortunately, when I got home and inspected the vehicle again, many of the same issues were still there--including the exact areas I had specifically pointed out. The photos are only from the left side of the car and after they had "fixed" the issues. Mistakes happen, but when you're charging nearly $60 for your highest-level service, customers shouldn't have to inspect the work, return to the business, and still end up with a partially cleaned car. This was an incredibly infuriorating experience. I basicaly paid $60 to drive my car through their car wash.

Then, my first prescription refill was needed, and they told me there was a shortage (I was aware) and there was no date in sight to get it. Unhelpful. Sorted that out by going elsewhere. Thought I'd give them another chance with another prescription refill. This one needed a prior authorization. I requested it several weeks before I would run out to give time to navigate these hiccups. I was traveling internationally for a few weeks and came back with no communication. I texted them to check and they let me know the prescriptions were ready for pick up. I went to pick them up and the one prescription was still being charged as self-pay/out of pocket for $1k. When I asked, they said it still never got the prior auth. They also had my number incorrect, which would explain why they were not proactive at telling me what was available for pick or up not. Now I'm about to run out of my asthma medication and have no resolution in sight due to the lack of communication. Overall: communication was terrible, service not much better considering all the issues I was up against. Some of that is not their fault, but they didn't handle it very well either. I've transferred my prescriptions back to my last pharmacy.
