I'm only putting 2 stars to show mercy to the other people who have to work with the "not so…read moregentle" man, I had to encounter this evening while ATTEMPTING to pick up my depression medicine. Because I'm not wealthy, but also a working civilian with subpar insurance that won't entirely cover my medicine, I needed to use a coupon. I was told that he "couldn't hold up the drive-thru" for that, so I'd have to come in. Mind you, I've always been through the drive-thru & I've always used a coupon and it has NEVER been an issue in the past. It's the same sweet girl at the window usually. As well, I've sat in that exact CVS drive thru for at least 20-30 minutes multiple times and never complained, bc honestly, that's every CVS I've ever been to. Either way, I'm confused -- it's okay for me to come in and hold up customers with my coupon, but not okay to sit in my car?? Mind you, this is depression medicine that I've been out of for about a week because I couldn't afford to buy it -- so when I could afford to buy it, I hadn't showered, threw on a hat, biker shorts and a big t-shirt with no bra CLEARLY not thinking I'm having to get out of my vehicle and go into a store or I wouldn't have ever left my house in the first place.. I say all this to say, I know places are understaffed and I know how it is to work too sir! But I just wanted my medicine so I can try to get my life back together, instead, I drove home crying and questioning my life and why I ever left thinking I'd be able to do something small, like pick up my medicine, without issues in the first place.. On May 31, the cake was picked up at 11:20 AM and arrived to the venue. While the cake was pretty, and a personal topper was added to make it even prettier, regretfully it was not the flavor that we ordered. Contrary to the "baker's" confirmation, the edit/change was not made. This was not observed until the cake was cut. While the other desserts, from other companies were demolished, 3/4 of this Harris Teeter 2 tier chocolate something flavor cake was untouched. What a waste of money! Of course there was nothing to do at that point. We called 2 weeks later and was put on hold for 13minutes after sharing our concern then eventually disconnected. Since a contact name (Diana) and number was left with the order we were hoping that at the very least someone would call back. Nothing! What a disappointing low-grade experience.

Very nice and friendly my daughter loved her "Troll Hair" and getting her face painted. We looked around the whole store. I was not impressed with the selection of gas grills, I did settle on a 3 burner. The toy section was a mess,we walked around and looked at the toys we stopped near the bikes and we were right beside an associate for several minutes and she looked at us several times and never spoke or even acknowledged us. We went to the Easter or "seasonal" isle to get some Easter eggs. It was disastrous and highly unorganized. You could not tell the prices of anything. We also looked through the clothing department for kids and was only spoken too by the associate after I was telling my daughter to stay by my side because people were crazy. (In regards to strangers approaching kids in our area) She had many times to acknowledge us. We then had to head all the way across the store because the Easter candy is in a completely different section of the store instead of with the Easter items. Since I was buying a grill we went to check out in the Home and Garden Dept. When we first got in line there were 2 cashiers and I was unable to get the grill and the gentleman that checked me out said he would get a buggy and get the grill for me, however by the time we were finished and I paid the other cashier had left and there was a huge line behind me. I went and found a buggy and got the grill down myself. I am not that tall and the grill was up fairly high and for a female it was not that easy to get. We left the store and the gentleman that checked me out was apologetic about not helping but I told him not to worry about it, it was fine. The ladies that did my daughters face painting spoke as we walked out and the guy at the entrance of the garden center spoke and said thank you and gave us a huge smile. I wish I knew there names. I truly appreciate kind and helpful associates. It can make or break your whole shopping experience. The associate I encountered was not only unhelpful but also seemed indifferent to my questions. When I asked for assistance in locating specific towels, she appeared frustrated and dismissed me without offering any guidance. It felt as though my presence was more of a nuisance than an opportunity to help a customer. Additionally, I approached the manager to express my concerns, hoping for a resolution or at least an acknowledgment of the service issue. Unfortunately, she mirrored the same lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns, she was curt and seemed uninterested in improving the customer experience. Overall, my visit left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope management takes these comments seriously and works to improve the training and attitude of their staff, particularly regarding management training. Very unprofessional.
