This Walgreens used to provide excellent service; however, over the last 6 - 8 months their service has been absolutely ridiculous! As the primary caregiver for both my parents, I am having to fill prescriptions more frequently. For the last several months, I have had to deal with prescriptions being canceled without notification, critical prescriptions taking 5 - 7 days to be filled, and most recently, very rude and non-empathetic customer service not to mention that they have also hung up on me several times in the midst of discussions regarding issues about the prescriptions. I am very frustrated and will most likely take my business elsewhere. I don't know if they are understaffed in the pharmacy department or what the problem is but they need to DO BETTER!

Today in the drive through they told me they had no time to fill my prescription while I waited as there were people waiting ahead of me. I parked my car and went inside and this is what I found. Not a single person. Another woman from the pharmacy saw me standing at the counter and when I told her I needed to get a prescription, she also told me they didn't have time they are too busy and I have to come back later. Then she said "We aren't a fast food restaurant you know." They deserve a minus 10.

I was shopping with my elderly mother and my 5-month-old baby a couple days ago. I spent over $300…read morepurchasing bulky yard furniture, and as I was checking out, I was verbally assaulted by Anne, the cashier on aisle 13 and she shoved my mother. She yelled at me the moment I walked up to the checkout aisle. Anne, the cashier, stated " I could tell by the way you came up here that you were going to start a problem." When I asked for a manager to assist with the situation she shoved a children's pool that my mother was holding, knocking her off balance and nearly dropping the pool onto the stroller holding my baby. One of the team members stated that he would hold that employee accountable. He stated that her body language and mannerisms were not examples of providing good customer service during my experience. He stated he needed to see more camera angles before anything further could be done. I followed up today with the same leadership employee at the store to see what came out of the situation. Strangely, he said there are NO cameras at the check-out area that captured the angle that showed my mother being shoved. Just standing there, I counted at least 5 cameras. It felt more like they didn't want to admit that it happened. I was brought to tears once again having to explain the full situation and the terror I felt about my elderly mother possibly falling and hitting the hard floor or her dropping a large pool on my baby. All they did today was offer me a $25 gift card for my terrifying experience. I am scared to bring my children to my neighborhood Walmart. As a mother, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. It is not safe! CVS is 2 minutes from my house and the vet is 30, so sure. But they had to special order it. It took a week. When it came in they texted me I could come pick it up. So far, so good. I get there and the pharmacist is standing there with the bottle in his hands and proceeds to tell me they can't "dispense" the meds because it is a non human, pet only drug. They won't sell it to me. Really? You couldn't tell me that a week ago when I asked? They're literally messing with the health of my dog. Never going back.

The staff always greets you with a smile and are quick to answer any questions. Immunizations are provided without delay.
