The pharmacy is terrible. I have made two trips there and I walked away without the prescription. First time, I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me it was going to be 20 minutes for me to wait to get the prescription. I told them I would come back, I asked for the hours and I went back and they told me they were closed for lunch for another half hour. That is absurd. The pharmacy tech did not tell me that when I asked her, and it wasn't posted on the plastic pop-up sitting on the counter of the pharmacy. Follow up to this review. I called to explain the situation because even as I got it on the third day, the Manager talked over me many times and didn't even listen to my input with respect to how they could improve the situation. Been going here since 2017, when we became full timers.,many vaccinations here! Currently having a great experience; it truly depends on the team and you have a great one in place. Give them raises! I had an RX that was due to be ready after 1; at 2:30 I was told they still needed more time. When I said "but it was supposed to be ready after " I was told to drive back around- I was using the convenient drive thru- and when I did, it was ready. Nice customer service, thank you! read more

After a long night on a guided tour, and in need of snacks and a restroom, my friend and I made our way here in hopes to fulfilling both needs. We weren't sure of the hours and were hoping that we weren't getting here at closing time. When we did arrive, we were informed that we still had an hour before they would close. Walking in we started to walk to the back of the store when an employee asked if we needed anything. We told them if we could use the restroom it would be great. Like most CVS locations, they needed to unlock the door for us. The employee was incredibly nice too. Asking us about our night and what we were doing. After hearing we just did a ghost tour, he gave us some more information on the area. After using the restroom I went to look at snacks. I was impressed with that. I saw some snacks that I hadn't seen before and not too harsh on the pocket. I made my selections and headed to pay. read more

I have always used CVS to fill my prescriptions. This is the only pharmacy where I have to call to request they fill a prescription my doctor has submitted. I was a frequent customer (once a week) of this location until yesterday evening. I made a quick trip into the store just to grab one item. I was in the store for less than two minutes when I was accosted by two male employees by the names of Christian and Thomas demanding that I "take out the item I put in my purse". Confused, I told them that I hadn't put anything in my purse besides my own car keys. They kept demanding to take the item out of my purse. In shock, I set my purse on the ground and showed them that there were no items in my purse from the store. Once they realized that I hadn't stolen anything, and that it was in fact my own car keys that they saw me put in my purse, they gave me half-hearted apology and walked off. I walked out of the store in tears. I have never felt so humiliated and degraded in my life. I am not sure what the company policy is on confronting shoplifters, but I can almost guarantee that it does not include intimidating and humiliating customers with little to no evidence of an actual crime. Accusing someone of theft is extremely damaging to their character, and if reaching into my purse is their threshold than I would be very weary of visiting this store. I will never step foot into this store again, and I have already contacted my physician to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

The Pharmacist, Tech and counter staff in the Back at this location are EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. The same CANNOT be said about, specifically two of their front counter employees. There is an older African -American "lady" that NEEDS to get another job! She is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and too old to be as RATCHET as she is. They also limit you to $20 cash back, in spite of the fact that the machine offers to give you $40. Make up your mind! She had the MINERVA to deny me cash back after I called them out on it! On top of that, they often place items in misleading places like 12 packs of soda that are NOT 3 or 4 for $ 10 with those that are. I will NOT be going back to that location again and mist likely will take my prescriptions to Walgreens. read more

Very frustrated with the Pharmacy policy of not filling prescriptions until after you try to pick them up . Even when they tell you over the phone that the prescription is ready, it's not. And this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Just yesterday I called in a prescription refill, was told they needed 2 hours to fill it. I have a 30 minute drive to my nearest CVS, I tried to run errands and use my time efficiently while using up the 2 hour wait. When I got to the pick up window, (of course) it wasn't ready. I complained that they already had 2 hours to fill the RX and got "Attitude" from the CVS employee at the window. Why don't I change pharmacies, you might ask? I would give this place 5 stars but as I was leaving the location some water fell on my face and it turns out their AC was leaking. Why wouldn't you put a bucket on the ground where it's leaking? This is the worst pharmacy in the country! I'm 55 years old and have lived and worked in numerous states. I am on disability now with multiple long term illness. Every time I have to get refills or pick up a prescription, there is a problem! I cannot deal with the Asian pharmacist, I can barely understand her, and the counter personnel are rude to the point I have changed pharmacies. Worst experience ever. I tried to get a prescription filled over here, I didnt have my medical card but i had the information. I read it off to the woman as she wrote it down, I witnessed her write it down wrong, so I told her it was incorrect. The second time I told her it she moved behind the computer so I couldnt watch what she was writing. I gave her my phone number to call me if the insurance was rejected because I had a feeling she had still not written it down right, and she assured me she would call me if it didnt go through. The next day I go to fill it and guess what? She had not written down the correct info. Unwilling to give her my info again because her hands and brain were not connected, I said i would call the next day so I could get someone else. The next day I call and give them my info. I ask the guy to read it back to me and he put an o where the L was and i told him the number over again. He checked with my insurance on thier computer and he told me it was rejected, I asked him to read it back again to me. He still had an o still where the L should have been. I was irratated so I told him to call my insurance and he refused. At this point I am super frustrated so I call the cvs down the road and she plugs in the number i tell her and guess what! It works, it isnt rejected. Now I have to drive ten extra mins down the road to get my rx but that is ok because at least i know at the other cvs there isnt idiots working. I didnt even want to give one star but I couldnt post this with out at least one. read more
