    I don't know the name of the man I spoke with in the pharmacy 4 times today, but he was by far the…read morerudest, most condescending, liar I have ever spoken to. I went to order my prescription today and it was over $200 in the app. This medication is usually $10. I called CVS and he told me the systems were down and to call back in an hour (lie #1). I called back well over an hour later and the same person answered. He told me my medication couldn't be filled at all. When I asked why, he said it was because my prescription is a controlled substance (it isn't) and my doctor doesn't have a valid license (he does). I told him that the medication isn't a controlled substance and, if it was, I couldn't have gotten it from the same telehealth provider multiple times before. He then told me telehealth providers can prescribe controlled substances (another lie) but this dr couldn't. I called my doctor and checked the FDA site to confirm that neither of these things were true. I then called CVS a third time and the same man answered. This time, he said he must have been looking at the wrong medication when he advised me of that, which doesn't even make sense because I don't take a single controlled substance. At this point, he was very clearly annoyed that I was calling and ended the call by saying my Dr still wasn't licensed and disconnecting the line. I did some more digging and found that my doctor has had a valid, active license in VA for years and it is not set to expire for almost a year. This was confirmed on the state database, which I trust more than the guy who doesn't even seem to know which medications he is talking about. I then submitted a message in the CVS app detailing the above and asking for a resolution as I am clearly getting the run-around. The same man called me back and was immediately incredibly rude. He spoke down to me, continuously talked over me, and wouldn't listen to a single thing I said. He would not take the license info and insisted that I was wrong. When I tried to ask follow-up questions, he would raise his voice. After about 3 minutes of back-and-forth, I asked to speak with someone else. He told me there was nobody else. I know, as well as anyone, that he was not the CEO of CVS, so there must be someone above him. I also know that at 10am on a Saturday, he is not the only person working in the pharmacy. When I called him on that, he hung up on me. I immediately called the pharmacy back and spoke with someone else (finally) who told me he was someone from out of state and if I wanted help from someone I may have to wait for the regular pharmacist to return next week. I did some digging and called the 800 number to file a complaint. The rep I spoke with there was amazing. She was able to review their systems and confirm that there was no issue preventing them from filling the prescription and he was just lying to me. Suddenly, the price, "controlled substance" status, and the unlicensed provider issue were resolved. Shocker. If this is the service you all offer, I can see why the rating is as low as it is.

If you're going to lock something up, at least have the decency to have an employee in that location readily available to 'help'! I can't stress enough how poorly managed and staffed Walmart is - every.single.location. Their 'rollback' pricing is a joke and so false - I've purchased enough items over the years to know exactly how much something is and when they claim 'rollback' they're just plain out lying. Unfortunately in order to stretch my food budget, I'm stuck with them. No other place is affordable for this family.

The first time he told me he was trying to get home to Baltimore and was short $35.00 . He then told me a minute later that if I gave him a ride somewhere he would pay me $40.00. He also asked if I could go in the store and get money from the ATM. I was already in my car and drove off. Yesterday night February 4, between 9:00 - 10:00 pm, I had pulled into a spot by the entrance by the Dunkin Donuts. I was sitting there not even a minute and he shows up again and taps on my window. I waved him off and he walked away towards the store entrance. By the time I got there and went inside he was talking to someone else. So if Walmart looks at the video they will see him standing right inside wearing a dark hoodie talking to another but taller man. Going to be spending more time shopping at another location for now on

    It's been about 18 months since I started using this CVS and I have regretted every instance I have…read moreto come pick up medication. Multiple stories come out for each reason why medications cannot be filled. This is my final straw. It started a few days ago. On March 19, 2025 my son's Pediatrician changed his medication. On the CVS app, that night, it said we were waiting for pre-approval from the insurance company. No surprise. The doctor had already told us that would happen. Waited 2 days. Approval supposedly went through. Then this cvs was not stocked with this medication. Okay no worries it happens. Then the app said it would be ready on March 21, 2025 after 7pm. Came out the next morning to pick it up and the girl at the window said there was an issue. She said it could not be dispensed before March 19, 2025. -- but today is March 22, 2025. She said it's an issue with the insurance company. I need to call them. While on hold I get another message from the CVS app saying that the pharmacist had questions for me. Okay I went inside. The question was whether or not the doctor had switched medications or not. To recap. I would like for someone to look into the leadership and the policies that are in place here away this particular cvs. My time should not be wasted for no apparent reason. It happens almost on a monthly basis where my time is wasted by incompetence. I think I should just be done with CVS.
