I don't know the name of the man I spoke with in the pharmacy 4 times today, but he was by far the…read morerudest, most condescending, liar I have ever spoken to. I went to order my prescription today and it was over $200 in the app. This medication is usually $10. I called CVS and he told me the systems were down and to call back in an hour (lie #1). I called back well over an hour later and the same person answered. He told me my medication couldn't be filled at all. When I asked why, he said it was because my prescription is a controlled substance (it isn't) and my doctor doesn't have a valid license (he does). I told him that the medication isn't a controlled substance and, if it was, I couldn't have gotten it from the same telehealth provider multiple times before. He then told me telehealth providers can prescribe controlled substances (another lie) but this dr couldn't. I called my doctor and checked the FDA site to confirm that neither of these things were true. I then called CVS a third time and the same man answered. This time, he said he must have been looking at the wrong medication when he advised me of that, which doesn't even make sense because I don't take a single controlled substance. At this point, he was very clearly annoyed that I was calling and ended the call by saying my Dr still wasn't licensed and disconnecting the line. I did some more digging and found that my doctor has had a valid, active license in VA for years and it is not set to expire for almost a year. This was confirmed on the state database, which I trust more than the guy who doesn't even seem to know which medications he is talking about. I then submitted a message in the CVS app detailing the above and asking for a resolution as I am clearly getting the run-around. The same man called me back and was immediately incredibly rude. He spoke down to me, continuously talked over me, and wouldn't listen to a single thing I said. He would not take the license info and insisted that I was wrong. When I tried to ask follow-up questions, he would raise his voice. After about 3 minutes of back-and-forth, I asked to speak with someone else. He told me there was nobody else. I know, as well as anyone, that he was not the CEO of CVS, so there must be someone above him. I also know that at 10am on a Saturday, he is not the only person working in the pharmacy. When I called him on that, he hung up on me. I immediately called the pharmacy back and spoke with someone else (finally) who told me he was someone from out of state and if I wanted help from someone I may have to wait for the regular pharmacist to return next week. I did some digging and called the 800 number to file a complaint. The rep I spoke with there was amazing. She was able to review their systems and confirm that there was no issue preventing them from filling the prescription and he was just lying to me. Suddenly, the price, "controlled substance" status, and the unlicensed provider issue were resolved. Shocker. If this is the service you all offer, I can see why the rating is as low as it is.

After nearly a week of waiting after the initial text that they received the script, I called for an update because I hadn't heard anything. They informed me they had been trying to call me (I have no messages from them) and the script was ready for pick up. I arrived to them not having the script ready and having to wait an hour after being told it was ready, then it would be ready in "a few seconds," yet it's still not ready an hour later. I left and will try again at a later time. *other people seem to have wonderful experiences with them, hopefully I just had an abnormal experience for them.

He promises to update us if having issues getting certain meds. And nothing. I don't even get emails from them anymore when or if something is ready to be picked up. My Mom and her Husband go there too and get the same rude treatment. I constantly have to call them to see if something is refilled or received. No communication on their part. They make me feel like I'm bugging them when I call. But if they did their job, I wouldn't have to constantly call. Had to have a prescription filled from another Pharmacy last month that they had for 3-4 days, only to find out they didn't have any and had to call my Dr to send it elsewhere. They didn't give me enough time to barely get it filled in time since they had it for 3-4 days. This is so upsetting and bad service. We've used them for well over 6 years. Sad.

My work only uses Costco but I'd rather spend more money and go somewhere else. Specifically Erica was super rude and out of line. I asked her a question, and she answered, but didn't offer any further assistance and continued to stare. I ended up purchasing over $200 of merchandise (scrubs, compression stockings, and shoes). Today I returned and wasn't greeted by either of the two older female associates- one (grey hair in ponytail) turned around and looked at me then turned back to the customer she was helping. The other one came to the register area and stared me down while I looked through the compression hose. The final straw for me was when another customer entered and was pleasantly greeted by the staring associate. I will take my business elsewhere. Recently we picked up a prescription but I needed extra meds since we would be on vacation for about 3 weeks, leaving in a couple of weeks. The pharmacist got on the phone with my insurance carrier and got an extension so I'd have the extra medication I would need. I've never had a pharmacist go to that much trouble, all while we waited. The services at this pharmacy are truly appreciated!
