We had the best experience getting my six year old's flu shot at this location. The pharmacist who gave my daughter her flu shot was so patient and kind. I wish I had taken note of his name. He did math problems with her as a distraction. I'm sure he's very busy, but he didn't rush her. After the flu shot I wanted to grab something from the store. I have to give a tremendous shout out to Roya, Nurse Practitioner who has always gone above and beyond when it came to taking care of MY NEEDS at any given time!! She was attentive, caring, professional at all times, she always listened to my concerns whenever I had one! She will be missed by me as she was my GO2 if I was not feeling well. I have moved to California for work and will miss her incredible care for me!! Jenny at the CVS pharmacy counter at the Liberty Pike branch went above and beyond in a BIG way for me as I was trying to get some emergency diabetic supplies for my son on New Years' Eve. I am so grateful for her patience and persistence as we dealt with doctors, insurance companies, and diabetic supply websites after hours on a holiday. She restored my faith in humanity. read more

pharmacy gave my son 1 month suppy of medicine and billed my insurance for three months not to mention that they called me to pick up meds because they shorted my son the last time on his ADHD meds. It's sad that they are making sure they get paid but aren't taking care of the patient. This is insurance fraud!! read more

The pharmacy is slow, unorganized, and insanely inefficient. Took almost an hour with no line to get my flu shot. This seems common amongst every CVS but this one is no different. The extra star is only because the cashier at the front counter is always really polite. read more

I would give 0 stars, if possible. Never returning. I came for walk-in clinic with 1 name listed before me as currently being seen. That person, had 2 other people listed as part of party. Wait was 80 minutes but seemed exaggerated so I decided to wait. I sat 15 minutes with no one else waiting. I see a family of 5 going in and out. Meantime, I decided to shop for Mother's Day cards, etc. I go to register to checkout and no one is there. I look around and down aisles. No CVS staff to be found the whole 1.5 hrs I was here besides pharmacy staff. After 10 minutes, I go to pharmacy to check out explaining no one is up front or in store to assist. They were nice but pharmacy computer is frozen so they have to restart and system login. 10 minutes later they can check me out. I go sit to wait for clinic. 1.5 hours after arrival (why did I even wait..?!?!) the Nurse Practitioner comes out saying the wait time is wrong and it would be ANOTHER hour. I asked her why it was reflected incorrectly. Also stated that I had already waited 1.5 hours. She said it's the system that is messed up and offered no explanation or accomodation for treating me. I asked her why she didn't adjust if she knew it was wrong - again no answer. Wish I hadn't given this place a dime. read more

This rating is for the photo services. I used the app (great experience) but the photos that I picked up were the wrong size - and they forgot to give me 20% of the photos I ordered. The color is off too. It looks like they printed with a sepia filter on. Fine pharmacy and convenience store but the photo services are truly awful. read more

Great pharmacy, always helpful even though they are always super busy. Don't think I have ever waited more than 5-10 minutes for my scripts.

This pharmacy is the worst, rudest pharmacy I've ever been in. The guy in charge can't communicate anything except what a jerk he is. The counter staff has one girl that's miserable and ready to fall asleep. Another that's inept and condescending. And a guy that's better suited to play video games his entire life. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. The wait times are ridiculous and nobody working there seems to know what's going on. I'll get text alerts that my prescription is ready but after waiting 25 min in line, I am told it'll be another 15-20 minutes until my prescription is ready. This happens all the time. Thank goodness for this CVS---I swear I had to stop by here several times a week either on my way to work or at lunch or on the way home. They are clean, organized, and friendly and the prices are good. They have a few aisles of light grocery and a small cooler where you can get milk. Some good candy and magazines. Seasonal merchandise and a nice selection of health and beauty products. You can exit either onto Liberty or onto Mallory or go up the frontage rd and exit over by the high school. I love that and it really helped me out when traffic is all ridiculous. read more

Such an awful pharmacy. The lines are long, the staff seems to constantly be new, and whenever I call I am always stuck on hold for at least half an hour. I don't think it's necessarily their fault, I think they are just understaffed as CVS always seems to understaff their stores. read more

Friendly staff, except pharmacy section. They greet you once you enter, and thanks you when you leave. Pharmacy, however, is a different story. Staff seem not to like to smile, and seems rude at times. Not all of them, but most. I want to name those people here, but i didn't get the names. It seems this pharmacy never has my medication in stock then they never call to let me know once it's time for my refill . Tonight I called to check on my refill , they said it would be ready in 10 minutes . I drove to the store only to be told that they didn't have a current prescription. I inquired why they told me it would be ready and they didn't know . Unfortunately I can only use CVS with my insurance or I would be switching pharmacy ASAP read more

I never write reviews because I try to be understanding but this pharmacy is absolutely awful. I'm used to CVS in general being rather slow and incompetent but after today I'm switching to Walgreens because I'm over it. I had two prescriptions filled yesterday and went to pick them up today. I was the first in line and stood there for 20 minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged me! I understand being busy but at least have the courtesy to say "be with you in a minute." Then they call someone from behind me in line to the front who just dropped theirs off! They took care of the cars in the drive thru, the person behind me, and filled other peoples scripts who weren't even there before they bothered to notice me. The kicker is if you don't pick it up right away they text you over and over until finally threatening to put your prescription back on the shelf. But with service like this can they really be surprised that people avoid coming in to pick it up?!? read more

WOW ! I have never seen this before..... While waiting for a prescription to be filled (because they are never ready here), I saw the pharmacist pour capsules into her BARE HAND as she counted them out ! When she was checking me out, I asked if that was the prescription I saw her filling, which she confirmed. I then advised her that I witnessed her pouring the capsules into her bare hand, and her response was "we do that all the time"..... She offered to re-fill the order, whereupon I advised her I wasn't waiting (and will NEVER go back again) This is absolutely disgusting, and WRONG! I advised their corporate offices, as well as the county health department. Their pharmacy supervisor told me later that they'll re-train and that she was new... I'm sorry, but my 10 week medic training must have been more complete than her 5 yr college education, since even I knew better than to handle meds... We had little plastic trays and tools to avoid handling them 35 years ago! DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH..... read more

No stars! Tried calling to speak to pharmacy staff. No one answers after 25 minutes on hold. I could not wait longer - my time is valuable too. This is not the first time this has happened. With all the money CVS makes on prescriptions they should staff their stores appropriately. I have choices! I am moving all my family's prescriptions elsewhere. We all deserve customer service in a reasonable amount of time. 25 minutes on hold is not reasonable. read more
