Myself and a coworker, we both carry the exact same insurance from our employer, we see the same doctor, and we are on the same progesterone compound injections from that same doctor. We take identical doses, of the same exact compound, through identical insurance. I am paying full price for my progesterone, because this pharmacy told me that my insurance (which they do accept) will not pay for it. My coworker had the same issue, but she contacted our insurance to see why it isn't covered, and they told her that it IS in fact covered, but it is being rejected because of how it is being billed by FW Custom RX. Her husband went in and argued with the pharmacist several times, telling him exactly how to bill our insurance so that it would be covered... Now since they file her progesterone differently, she gets hers for $30 less than I pay for mine... I've talked to Fort Wayne Custom RX on the phone about the insurance billing issue, and explained to them how they bill insurance for my coworker and that they need to be doing it the same for me. The man on the other end was extremely rude and refused to do anything about it. So I am still paying full price for my progesterone, when my insurance DOES cover a portion of it, but they won't do anything to correct their filing problem.

I go here for my pharmacy prescriptions and they are very friendly, fast and explain things to you if you're unsure of a drug. They order things for you if needed and they call your dr with any questions they can't answer. Grocery shopping is such a cinch too. The isles easily fit two carts and they're always clean, well stocked and I can always find a store associate to help me locate a product. I've never been mislead either. I've purchased clothes and tried on clothes in the dressing room area. I always find courteous staff and I have to admit it has been a complete mess before over there. Clothes strewn all over, carts in the way making the area smaller than it is, hangers lazily draped over piles of clothes and such. That drives me nuts but I'm sure that happens everywhere. Store #4230. I purchased the road hazard protection @ $10 each and the lifetime balance and rotation pkgs @ $12 each for a total of $98. I took my truck in today to have my tires rotated and balanced. The woman that checked me in varified what I had and told me there would be no charge. They took my truck to the bay and in about 10 to 15 minutes another girl brought me out my keys. I asked her are they done? They can't be done? She said I don't know they just told me to bring you your keys. I walked up to the desk and the original woman that checked me in was there. I said they're not done already right? She said no they told me to tell you they can't do it because my tires are over 6 years old. Oh really? Why does it say lifetime? The pkg I bought is Lifetime. So lifetime is only 6 years? She apologized to me and said I was just told to let you know. I told her I wanted to talk to whomever that was. 2 gentlemen came out. I mainly spoke with Ismael. He told me my tires are junk. They are far from junk. Got no where. Asked to speak to the manager. He said there's not one there. I asked when would one be there. He said he didn't know. I said, you don't know when a manager will be here? He said I know there won't be any here all week. I asked, OK how about next week? He said I don't know if one will be there or not. SERIOUSLY? The woman that checked me in spoke up and said there will be a manager here Monday morning. Thank God for some honesty. When I purchased these tires our mileage was 228,597. Today my mileage is 260,674. That's 32,077 in 7 years. 4,582 a year. We don't drive this truck fulltime and the tires are in good shape. No reason at all that they can't be rotated and balanced. I made the decision to buy from Walmart versus anywhere else #1 because of the price and the road hazard/balance and rotation options. In hindsight what did I save? Nothing. I actually spent $98 more for absolutely nothing. My next call will be to Cooper tire to let them know Walmart says their tires are junk at 6 years. I have had several vehicles that I have purchased tires from Walmart and have also purchased these pkgs. Thanks for nothing Walmart. This is nothing but a scam you are taking people on. SHAME ON YOU WALMART!!!
