They did however make the point that I would not be given any sort of refund. Even though good Rx is a bit more expensive it's worth it. I had a prescription at Kroger that was supposed to be free. They charged my son $11.48. When I called for a refund they refused to give it to me even though they agreed it should have been free. My advice? Don't waste your time or money as they are unprofessional

Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in.
